Allen could not close his eyes even though his body was already lying on the bed. Allen's thoughts were still spinning considering Emily's delay in returning home and especially when Emily just got out of a luxury car with a man who Allen did not know because of his position to turn his back on Allen who saw them from behind emily's bedroom window. Unable to ask what Allen had seen he chose to pretend to close his eyes when Emily went into his room.

Emily sees Allen sleeping in bed with his body covered directly to the bathroom to clean himself up. Emily enjoyed every drop of water that came out of the shower to eliminate the fear that had been created earlier. Emily was so grateful when Lewis wanted to help her get rid of her fears by bringing her home. Emily had rejected Lewis' offer but because of coercion and circumstances Emily accepted Lewis' offer.

Allen opened his eyes and changed his sleeping position which felt uncomfortable at all. However, Allen's eyes were fixed on the person who had just come out of the bathroom with his kimono shirt and a fresh face.

"Mas Allen hasn't slept? " . Emily asked, looking at Allen, who opened her eyes and looked at her.

"It seems like my thoughts are making it hard for me to sleep right now. " Reply Allen saw Emily lying next to him.

"Why mas? If you want to tell a story. " Emily is not someone who easily gets along with people but seeing Allen she thinks it is not wrong to make people close to her. Although they should be close because of the status of husband and wife but in reality they are not like that.

"no need. " Reply Allen by turning his back on Emily. Allen always kept his own problems without telling anyone because Allen was a very closed person to the problems he faced.

"Mas Allen showed absolutely no attention to me after I came home late. " Murmily Emily looked at Allen's blanket-covered back.

Emily who had just woken up from her sleep did not see Allen beside her choosing to head to the kitchen to prepare breakfast as a task for a formal wife.

"Mrs want to make breakfast? ". Ask one of the helpers to Emily who had cut garlic

" yes. " Reply Emily saw the maid wearing a black and white uniform special to Dawson's housemaid

"Sorry madam, but the one in the house right now only has a mistress. " Tell the maid again

"Where are the others? ". Ask Emily with a frown

" Mrs Bella was ill and was taken to the hospital by Mr. Allen and Mr. Dawson along with her. " Reply female maid again

After she finished preparing herself Emily went to the hospital where Bella was being treated. Emily passed through several rooms filled with sick people to get to Bella's VVIP room.

"How's Bella pa's condition? ". Emily asked who saw her in-laws sitting on Bella's couch.

" He was down earlier but now he is back to normal. " Dawson.

Emily sees Allen sitting on the side of Bella's bed with his hands clasping Bella's hand without seeing the new Emily.

"You don't work? ". Dawson asked, taking Emily's eyes off Allen

" If Bella's sister has improved, I'll go to work. " Reply Emily

"Allen will take you. " Say Dawson

"No need pa, sister Bella needs more mas Allen here. " Reply Emily and ask Dawson for permission to leave.

Emily who just came out of Bella's room hit someone who wanted to go to Bella's room. The man did not wear a doctor or nurse uniform. The large tall strapping person has a stocky body even though it is covered by a shirt and suit.

"Sorry." Said Emily and was replied to a nod by the person.

"Who is he? ". Emily muttered that she saw the man put her in Bella's room.

" You just came ". Lewis has taken Emily's job

" I'm sorry sir, there was an accident that made the road jammed. " Tell Emily

"Your job is waiting. " Lewis lifted her body from Emily's chair

"Work quickly. I'll take you somewhere. " Lewis stepped out of Emily's room

"I don't want to see you fight in the boxing ring again. " Reply Emily to Lewis who's coming out.

"I'll think about it. " Reply Lewis before actually getting out of the room.

Not too much work got Emily to finish quickly. Lewis is taking Emily to the roof of his company building. They can see the sun sinking in the western horizon which then changed with flickering lights of multi-storey buildings around the Laurence group building.

"I used to fear Emily's height. " Lewis said in a loud voice as the wind blew strong.

"But since I had a dream of owning a tall building I removed that fear to make your dream come true. " Next Lewis again

"the way? ". Emily asked to see a very handsome Lewis in his neat clothes.

"Make dreams bigger than fear. " It's definitely Lewis

"I see you fear loss instead of darkness. " Lewis took Emily's hand and held it.

"This world is not forever Emily. Run what is and forget the past. " Lewis continued by clipping Emily's wind-blown hair.

"Anything you hold water will surely run out in your grasp." Obviously Lewis

"I don't want to take away Lewis' fear because I want someone to always be there if my fear comes. " Reply Emily

"Do you ask me to be with you always? " Task Lewis with a seductive smile

"I can't Emily. " Emily is disgusted by the sight of Lewis being made to tease her.

"But if you want I'll think about it. " Lewis said, drawing his face closer to Emily's. Lewis could feel Emily's every gasp of breath roaring loudly because of the distance their faces were so close.

Lewis turns his face to kiss Emily because something is blocking him even though he is not seen. Emily opened her eyes because she felt Lewis's face had moved away from her. Emily questioned her closing her eyes seeing Lewis approaching her as if agreeing with what Lewis was going to do. Emily has never had a kiss with her husband Allen or ex-boyfriend Lee Jhonson. That raises a big question mark.

"why? ". Emily muttered to herself

"Emily we'd better get home before the dark of night swallows us" Lewis said.

"yes Lewis before night swallows us. "replies Emily by stepping her foot in Lewis's footsteps.
