"is something wrong with my words? you still have a husband, so go home now!" lewis' index finger pointed towards the exit of the room.

"Lewis, what you're saying I don't understand it" instead of not understanding Lewis's intent, Emily asks because she knows Lewis loves her. Then why did Lewis throw her out and ask her to go to her husband Allen.

It's not wrong for Lewis to ask Emily to go to her husband, but it's Lewis's feeling of loving Emily that makes this all feel wrong.

"Dawson knew it all when he saw us in this one room" Fany explained. Most likely Dawson wouldn't have known Lewis' true status if Fany hadn't been there.

"Ma, don't you understand what love means?"

"yes, long ago" Fany knew who Dawson was, surely he knew that the person who had made him fall in love understood about love. However, now Fany sees things differently.

"i can't go back to Mas Allen," Emily has decided that she will separate from Allen, because by staying tied Allen without any feelings of self-harm.
