Let's go back for a moment, when Alven was still with a mysterious woman who suddenly called him by the name of Hugo.
Alven. His body suddenly became stiff. His sweat was flowing down his forehead. His eyes were shocked. It was unexpected that his disguise had been revealed. However, Alven tries to stay calm and asks back, "Hugo? Who'sis that? I'm sorry, but my name is Alven."
The woman smiled slanted. Although she did not see him in person because Alven had turned her back, she knew that he was very nervous.
A white magic light enveloped his right hand, before long the sound of consecutive shots rang out. Suddenly the woman had a shotgun in her hand. Back-to-back shots he released, but unfortunately all the bullets missed. Alven managed to avoid all of that.
"Ha!! Pretty good your reflexes, traitor."
The woman removed her weapon and took out her fire element magic. He attacked Alven blindly. It was as if he had a deep grudge.
"Just die you traitor!!"
Alven continued to avoid attacks from the woman, so that she could sneak back and restrain the woman's movements by curling her head.
"traitors? I never betrayed anyone, I never sided with anyone. My body and my life I'm just handing over to my master" he said, thrusting a knife that suddenly appeared from his hand into the woman's neck.
Blood began to flow profusely from the neckline of the woman's. His body was simply held down by Alven. The man stared cynically at the woman's body which began to turn pale from blood loss.
Alven turned his back to leave the body. After all, he was in the dimensional space, no one would know if there was a corpse he was hiding.
When he was right at the door, and was about to hold the handle, Alven listened to a voice that made him nervous.
Slowly, the man turned his gaze toward the corpse of the woman who had already run out of blood. He saw that the white magic light of the woman began to flash like a time bomb.
While cursing, Alven held the doorknob quickly and exited the dimensional space before the corpse exploded.
The man yelled at Noya to get the hell out of the place. However, as soon as he returned to D'Montana, a group of people in all black clothes had surrounded the building.
Noya's body shook with fear. He looked at Alven, who had just returned, with a look of help.
Alven clucked in annoyance, he immediately pulled Noya's hand and teleported the two of them to a desolate city enveloped by a green-colored protector.
"Go inside, never go outside. You're the key that can take us to a master other than me, lest you get killed" explained Alven.
Noya nodded her head. He rushed through the protective wall to enter the city. Meanwhile, Alven teleports back to D'Montana to wash away the wandering pests.
Once back, the D'Montana building was filled with people in all black clothes. Alven looked at them cynically. How dare they disturb his quiet life.
Secretly, Alven poured his tosca-colored magic light behind the dozens of people to break their leh. One by one they fell on the ground. While the others, frantically looked around because they could not see Alven.
However, there was one of them who knew where Alven was. He immediately threw a knife that shot right beside Alven.
"You'd better show yourself, the faithful servant of the Bricht family, the traitor Hugo" said the man.
Alven gritted his teeth in annoyance. Slowly he appeared before the man. His face really showed that he was angry.
"It's nice to meet you, sir. I'm Taylor, the head of the Black Mont group," the man said.
Maybe he looked calm, but when he lowered his head, he revealed a very unpleasant smile. It was as if he was underestimating the person before him.
Alven. He was still thinking about why these people were so sure that he was Hugo. There is no sign of him being Hugo. However, as soon as he regained his senses, he laughed cynically. The man made Taylor and her surviving friends, confused.
"What are you laughing at?" ask Taylor
"Ahahaha~now I understand why you're so confident that I'm Hugo."
Alven wiped his tears that came out from laughing too loosely. The man continued, "You must be drinking a distinguished potion right? That's so stupid. Don't you know that potion has side effects?"
Now it was Taylor's turn to grit her teeth. Holding back his anger, he said, "Be quiet you traitor."
"I? A traitor? Ahahahahaha~are you not the traitors? Your previous chairman dared to swear allegiance to King Dominic and all the families who supported him. But you turned your back after King Dominic died and chose to attack those who once supported him. Is it because of the money?"
"Say quiet!!"
Taylor jumped in to attack Alven. However, he could be dropped easily by Alven, as well as the surviving members of Black Mont.
Alven took a long breath. He was completely consumed by his emotions back then. Well, it looks like the building can no longer be used for business. Inevitably, he had to close his business.
The man raised dozens of people with his magic. Move them, or rather confine them, in the dimensional space of the middle door.
Alven's body was sitting on the floor. His magic energy was not drained. They were the easiest enemies he fought. But, his mental emotions were drained due to his conversation with Taylor earlier. He was beginning to miss his master.
Alven put aside his longing feelings. He had to survive to be able to meet his master again. He can't just give up. He also could not be weak like this.
The man stood up and patted his clothes which were filled with dust. However, while he was still cleaning his clothes, suddenly a light shot towards him. Fortunately, he was able to avoid it. Otherwise, perhaps his head was already hollow due to that light element magic.
"Oh~you can avoid it? It turns out that your title streak is not given for free yes."
Alven widened his eyes in shock. A long black-haired man tied up, in a white uniform with a royal emblem was approaching him. The man did not expect his whereabouts to be known by the royal guard.
"Hmm~it looks like you're wondering, why does the royal guard know where you are?" the man asked as if he knew the head of Alven.
A smile on his face. Putting his hand on his chin, he said, "You know, I left a trace on the leader of the group. I knew they'd be very useful if I gave them the potion."
Alven. He was well aware of the nature of the royal guard. The leader is the one who will justify any means to get what he wants.
"I didn't think you were hiding here. This place is not too far from the Praesidium forest. Ahaha~I don't understand why Akai still can't find you" she continued.
Alven looked at the man cynically. He hated his laughter. He also hated the uniform he wore. They are the biggest enemies to him. They were the reason he and Noya or Tanaya, had to hide until now.
The man clenched both his hands. He was already preparing to attack the man before him all of a sudden. However, it seemed that the person was aware of Alven's intentions.
The royal guard man instantly turned his magic light into a large and long sword, and slashed Alven's body from his left shoulder into his stomach diagonally.
Alven groans in pain. His body fell to the ground. A particle of magic energy started flying out from his body.
"No, these magic energy particles will show you where the master is. I can't let that happen" Inner Alven.
The man immediately teleported himself somewhere, leaving the royal guard laughing in disbelief.
Alven ran as he could while enduring the pain from his body. The blood from his body was flowing very heavily. But alas, the royal bodyguard man managed to find his tracks. He continued to fire his magic light at Alven.
Due to his severely injured body, Alven was unable to avoid several shots from the man. But, as much as possible he kept moving forward. If he did not move within a certain time, the magic energy that came out of his body would be a pointer towards his master. That can't happen. Especially the royal guards.
Honey, no matter how hard he tried, his wounded body was unable to continue. He fell to the ground.
"Wah~thank you for being a stepping stone for me."
The man got closer to Alven who had almost lost his consciousness. He raised his hand to slash Alven's neck with his magic light. However, before the magic light actually touched the man's neck, Alven's body disappeared suddenly. Making the royal guard's man just slash the wind.
He swore. He saw happiness in front of his eyes. But, that happiness disappeared in his eyes as well. The man clucked in annoyance as he turned his body. Forced he must report himself who lost the target to his superiors.
On the other hand, Alven breathed a little relief from being able to escape from that person. However, he returned to his guard as he teleported to a place he did not know about. With the rest of his strength, Alven tried to stand up. He still has to move. He did not want his magic energy particles flying around to bring bad people to his master.
"You can't go with a body like that."
A voice made Alven flinch in shock. The man instantly averted his gaze, looking for the person who spoke to him.
Alven. His eyes began to water when he saw a man who was sturdy, but had a dignified face and could calm himself.
Alven's cry broke. Sobbing, he shouted, "Master Eden."
Shortly after, Alven collapsed from exhaustion.
