Chapter 66 - Ryu Vs Lade

An hour has passed...

Ryu walked into the Preliminary Arena, he looked around the room where there were no people there at all. Ryu walks in followed by his two wives and his two guards.

“Participant, Ryu Adam has entered the dugout. In that space, participants can bring some people and they will watch from the room provided it.”

Ryu who heard that tilted his head. For some reason, it was similar to the previous Mighty Bear Tournament. The person with him will be in the participant's resting room.

The various cheers of the audience who were on the bench were really lively. Their eyes were fixed towards the center of the Battle of Arshna field.

“5..” Ryu and Lade regulated their respective breaths. The two closed their eyes for a moment, feeling the air around them.

“3..” The legs and hands both began to move, forming the fighting position they had.

“2..” The eyes of both of them opened, silhouettes of light flashed right on the irises of the eyes of the two of them.

Ryu and Lade disappeared from the spot, both of them appearing right in the middle of the Arena while swinging their respective fists.

Booms!

The explosion occurred, the floor that was under the confrontation of the two of them, turned into a slightly wider crater.

Lade felt his hand really like it was attacking an extremely sturdy and powerful iron. He then did a backflip to keep his distance from Ryu.

However, Ryu did not let Lade stabilize his landing. He quickly disappeared from the spot and appeared right beside Lade.

The full long leg would forcefully sweep towards Lade's right abdomen, making Lade slide towards the side violently and fall on the rim of the arena.

Ryu disappeared back and appeared near Lade while raising his right leg straight up, then sliding vertically downwards.

Lade felt danger from above, he knocked on the floor with his feet and darted forward. Ryu attacks straight and destroys Lade's place earlier.

Booms!

Lade rolled over, then started the position of the horses, his. Lade's vigilance and seriousness were instantly at the highest level. He looked towards Ryu, before he saw Ryu disappear from the spot.

Lade immediately realized and a danger alarm appeared right in front of him. He quickly fused his two hands together to withstand the oncoming attack.

Ryu instantly appeared with his left hand tightly clenched followed by his contracting muscles. Ryu swung his hand violently forward.

Bam!

Lade was slightly surprised by such a heavy attack. He was pushed back two steps from where he was. However, before he felt relieved, alarming the constant danger, he felt from the front.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

Lade continued to be hit by Ryu's powerful attacks. He took two steps back, constantly. Lade was a little ugly, he quickly retorted by swinging his right leg towards Ryu's head.

However, Ryu is aware of Lade's attack. He did not avoid it at all. Instead, he swung his right hand violently towards Lade's right leg.

Bam!

Ryu himself was still staring at Lade. He did not attack and crack his neck to the right and left. Then, he disappeared back and appeared right in front of Lade who was holding his leg.

“Is this your level?” Ryu's question made Lade a little offended. He looked at Ryu angrily, then he stood stably despite his right leg pain.

Lade looked towards Ryu with a sharp look. “You underestimated me!”

Lade took the long cloth in his right hand. After that, he tied the cloth right on his own head.

Ryu frowned when he saw Lade who was slightly different from before. For some reason, Ryu feels that Lade is going through a strange change for this time.

Lade looked towards Ryu. A blank look with no life on Lade's body was visible. Eyes that were entirely white, his body staggered like a drunk.

Ryu felt a bit of danger when he saw the different figure of Lade from before. He raised his vigilance and seriousness to a higher level.

Lade then disappeared from the spot, then appeared in front of Ryu while swinging the heavy punch of the place towards Ryu.

The refereeing robot came out from the floor, looking at Lade. He also checked the condition of Lade, until finally his hand was raised.

“Ryu Adam.”

The audience was completely dumbfounded, they did not expect Ryu to win. They themselves were previously convinced that, Ryu was depressed by Lade's attack.

But what now. Ryu won the Tournament casually. For them, it was a scary thing.

They quickly cheered happily, especially Ryu's new idol. They were really happy when they saw Ryu win lightly.

Ryu himself just waved, he walked towards his waiting room. There, he had already seen Risa and Yuna darting towards him and hugging him.
