[Buying a House.]

Ryu walked and arrived at the place he was headed, which was a housing where many houses were sold there. He looked around and looked for a house worth three hundred rupiahs.

“It looks like I need to go to the person who is the middleman of the seller of land and houses here.” Ryu then walked following the sign towards the house of the person who was the intermediary.

Arriving there, Ryu sees a rather large building. He saw there is a signboard that says ‘Sales of home and land Trakan.’ area He smiled and looked towards the security guard standing guard at the entrance, he approached him to ask further.

Ryu arrives near the security guard and the security guard senses Ryu's presence, saying a formal greeting. “Siang Sir, can I help you?”

Ryu was a little surprised, he did not expect that Satpam greeted him first. He nodded and asked, “Siang is also Mr. Satpam. I need to buy a land and a house, can you take me to the place of the person concerned?”

The security guard nodded, he came out of his post and said, “Follow me, Sir.”

The two walked into the building, then headed towards the door that contained the name of the person who became the seller of the land.

“Excuse me, Sir.” The security guard knocked on the door and said. Then, a voice came from inside the room.

“Please enter.” The sound was so light and a little firm. The security guard and Ryu enter the room, then both see a man with a thick mustache, blonde hair, in formal suit.

“Sorry Sir, disrupt your activities..” The guard said politely, then looked towards Ryu and continued his words. “This master wants to buy a house and land. So, I'll take her to you, Mr.”

Ryu and the Black-clothed Man stared at each other, then the Man in the suit nodded and said, “Good work, continue your work.”

The security guard went out and left the room. In the room only Ryu and the Man remained. Then, The man said, “Please sit there, Sir.”

Ryu nodded and sat down on the sofa that was in the place. The man, approaching while carrying a book file that reads ‘Home for sale.’

“This is Home related files around this. Please see, if there is anything you are interested in tell.” The man said with a smile, after all he is professional and knows how to discuss things comfortably.

“Good, Sir.” Ryu then opens one by one a file containing photos of the House and its price. He was a little surprised because the price of the House was only 250 Rupiah to 500 Rupiah.

Ryu finally found a pretty big and nice house. “I take this one, price 300 Rupiah.”

Ryu shows the photo, The man nods and asks, “Cash or transfer, Sir?”

Ryu replied while taking out his money. “Cash.”

The man smiled and picked up various documents about the house. Then, Ryu and the Man signed each other.

“Thank you, Sir. Because have bought at our place.” The man thanked her in a polite tone. Ryu nodded and replied lightly.

“I also thank you, Sir.” Afterwards, Ryu leaves the room with a file of documents related to the house where he lives.

Ryu came out of the office, he took 50 Rupiah and gave it to the security guard who had helped him. “This Tips for You, Sir.”

The guard was surprised, he wanted to refuse but Ryu immediately put it in a pocket pocket on his shirt. “Accept only, also happy working.”

“Thank you, Mr.” The guard slightly bowed, he really felt that Ryu was a good person.

Ryu just waved his hand, he walked while checking that there were only two exchanges, his money was now left 750 Rupiah.

Unbelievably, Ryu had already arrived at his house. He looked at her with a smile on his face, he really did not expect that in his present life, he had a good home.

Ryu entered through the gate of the house. He looked at the spacious courtyard of the house with thin grass. Later, he also saw a house for the Dog and a Sakura tree.

Ryu nodded in satisfaction, now he looked at his home. Large house with white color, two pillars on the outside are sturdy, very beautiful lamp hangers.

“Home is this big, how do I clean it?” Ryu was confused, but he thought about it later. Now his mind just went in and saw the contents of his house.

Ryu pushed the door and arrived inside the house, he was a little stunned when he saw the classic design of the western house.

There are two stairs leading to the second floor, each from the right and left sides. Then there is a statue at the end of the lower stairs.

Ryu also sees a white sofa with an attractive design, a clean kitchen place and complete with cooking tools.

Ryu explored every place, he arrived behind his house which was a fairly large swimming pool.

Ryu then tried to climb up and saw there was some space. If, he counted it there were about thirty rooms.

There are five large rooms devoted to the owner of the House. Ryu was now standing in front of the door of the largest room, more precisely his bedroom.

Ryu came in and saw a white sofa, a dressing room, a large wardrobe, a door leading to the bath, and lastly a King Size bed.

“Hmm, big bed enough for two people. Also, let me see the bath. According to the word of the owner... That, the bathroom in the largest room is very large and nice.”

Ryu walked over and opened the bathroom door. He was a little amazed, when he saw the bathroom with a ceramic tub, similar to a swimming pool but not deep and only a quarter of the original pool.

“Truly a luxurious house, I thought it was normal. Turns out very luxurious.” Ryu shook his head, then he took his phone and contacted Risa.

“Hai, Darling. I've bought a house, I sent the address via message, let's see, Okay?” Ryu tells Risa.

“Good, Honey. In a minute, I'll be there. Wait for me, also tonight we go for a walk.” Risa said with her soft voice.

“Yes, Iwait.” Ryu lightly said, while coming out of the bathroom.

“Alright, I close first, the phone is Dear, See you.” Risa said with a light voice.

The two end the conversation on the phone, Ryu walks towards the kitchen and prepares food to welcome Risa. He is also still thinking about work.

“Hmm, looks like I need to open a food store.” Ryu said while nodding lightly. He arrived at the kitchen, he had forgotten that he could only cook fried rice.

“How can I make a restaurant, if can not cook.” Ryu shook his head, he thought about it later. Now, he needed to prepare food to welcome Risa.

Ryu only cooks fried rice. Lightly, he cooked slowly. He really seemed to enjoy making fried rice.

“It seems, I need to talk about work related, when Risa arrives home..”.
