Half ran Dara out of the restaurant. Driving a taxi in a hurry. As soon as the taxi stopped, Dara came straight in.

"Where is Neng?" ask the taxi driver.

"To the nearest hospital, sir."

"Well, Neng."

The taxi started to go. Joanna's chatter in a state of panic a moment ago, was also heard by Dara. Which, Joanna will take her to the hospital. And Dara concluded, it is likely that they will take the little boy to a nearby hospital.

"Sorry, Doc. May I know what happened to Ziyo?"

Joanna jerks. Inwardly wondering, where did Kai know Ziyo's current condition? Did Jack tell her?

However, isn't this the right time for Joanna to tell Kai about Ziyo's true identity?

"The child is allergic to seafood. But it's handled well. Fortunately, his mother quickly took him to the hospital."

Now Kai throws a glance at Joanna.

"You're her mother, why don't you know that Ziyo is allergic to seafood?" Kai felt that there was something about Ziyo that he did not know.

Joanna probably didn't know Revan all this time. Revan has no history of seafood allergies. In his family, he was the only one with a history of allergies.

"Do you know where I took Ziyo to this hospital?" Joanna asked, instead of answering Kai's question.

"I was at that restaurant too."

"In my family, no one has a history of seafood allergies."

"Sir Revan doesn't have the same allergy. Do you know about that?"

"Is there anything you've kept secret from me all this time?" ask Kai to investigate.

Joanna smiled cynically. If Kai had asked, then what else would he keep secret about Ziyo.

"I never told you about this. Ziyo has the same allergy history as me."

Joanna was not surprised to hear that. Because he wanted Kai to know about Ziyo. If Kai starts to realize, isn't that better?

"Without me telling you anything, I think you can guess what I've been secretive about you all along."

Kai's face now started to look serious. There was one conclusion he took based on this incident. And he just has to make sure not to conclude wrongly.

"Joanna, please tell me honestly, is Ziyo that is ..." Kai's lips started to shake. I can no longer stop his feelings.
