How did Ken hear it?

Ken is just a child, though his thoughts sometimes almost resemble those of adults.

"Ken," chuckled Kai running over. Then crouch down, making sure Ken's condition. While Dara kept crying.

"What happened to Ken, Dara?" ask Kai in panic.

"I don't know." Due to the shock, Dara did not even know what to answer. All he had in mind right now was Ken.

"Ken." The same thing with Riko, who reacts the same as seeing Ken's state.

"Wait a minute. I'll get the car first. Ken needs to be taken to the hospital. Before he lost a lot of blood." Riko rushed back home.

"Let's go up quickly. We need to get Ken to the hospital right away" Riko said.

Dara is guilty of separating Ken from his biological father.
