The Unexpected Meeting

“Sed busy Annabelle ? Can we chat for a minute?”

Annabelle had hesitated because of her plan to go home quickly, but remembering that this was the right moment to help Alden's best friend, Annabelle decided to agree.

”Then I went home first, Belle,” told Sisi when I saw Annabelle nod.

“See you the day after, Si. There is no reason not to come,” said Annabelle.

“I think I'm going through an important moment bestie me,” Sisi nodded with a laugh.

After Sisi returned home, Annabelle and Aunt Yulia went to a nearby cafe.

“Why haven't you been home for so long?” tanya Aunt Yulia opened the chat after ordering a drink.

”I'm back in college, Aunt.”

“What is it because of another woman that you broke off your relationship with Yudha?”

“My relationship with Yudha is fine until now, Auntie. We still meet often especially when Alden is hospitalized.”

“So you already know that Yudha is cheating behind you with that woman named Lucia?”

Annabelle smiled faintly, remembering Yudha's story that her mother had hoped Annabelle would become her daughter-in-law.

“Sorry in advance for all these misunderstandings, Auntie. Actually from the beginning my relationship with Yudha was nothing more than a patient and a psychiatrist. Mommy Lanny, her mother Alden who asked Yudha for help to accompany me when faced with one problem a few months ago.”

“But you are the first woman Yudha brought home and Aunt can see that your relationship is more than just a patient and a doctor.”

“Judha's happiness is in Lucia, Auntie. Yudha once tried to like another woman, but never succeeded because her love was only in Lucia.”

“Basic stupid man ! His eyes were already blinded by a wrong love,” grumbled Aunt Yulia with an emotional face.

“Love is never wrong, Aunt,”Annabelle smiled thinly while looking at Aunt Yulia.

“One thing that should make Aunt calm down if Yudha chooses Lucia is about loyalty and sincerity.

Lucia has learned from her mistakes and is currently living out all the consequences. Learning from her bitterness, I believe that Lucia will be a faithful woman and appreciate the love that Yudha gave her.”

“How about until the child's biological father asks her back and marries her. Let how the woman must be more in love with the man until willing to pregnant her child.”

“It's happened, Auntie. But Gerry, the name of the man who impregnated Lusia, only wanted to get Judis not Lucia because Gerry was currently sentenced to not have children even though he was married to another woman.

They will be very happy if Om and Aunt join in supporting all forms of their love.”

Aunt Yulia took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. The atmosphere was silent for a while because Annabelle wanted to give time to mama Yudha to think about Annabbelle's words.

Annabelle's phone vibrates and looks Alden's name on the screen with a video call notification.

“Tante, sorry in advance if I have to leave. I should have been in retirement, but today I have to go to campus.”

“No problem, Belle. Thank you for taking the time to listen to the grievances of Aunt Yulia,” Aunt Yulia smiled and held one hand Annabelle.

“I understand how Om and Auntie feel about Yudha and Lucia. I will also do the same thing as Auntie did today because she saw that Yudha's future wife already had children.

Annabelle nodded and hugged Aunt Yulia before rushing home.

“Why can't video call ?” alden asked in a slightly taut tone as Annabelle contacted him after arriving home and finished her bath.

Alden fell silent and sighed again.

“Sorry yes, I have created bad memories with you,” said Alden.
