At the table Ega had already added the side dish twice to Eva's plate and now she was holding out another piece of fried chicken, Eva's hand quickly blocked the fried chicken with her spoon, the two twin brothers threw eyes at each other.

"Let your weight increase." Ega.

"It's full no longer fit." Reject Eva.

"You're too light Yuki." Eva shook her head slowly.

"It's still early in the morning, it's not good to eat too full." Said Eva.

"It's half already." Ega takes the middle path.

"No, I can't go in anymore." Reject Eva with a face.

"Bet half or you can't go?." Ega said firmly. Two burdensome choices, Inner Eva.

"You're bad, half." With a heavy heart finally Eva relented, Ega divided the chicken equally.

Ega and Eva finished with their meal, the twins walked out of the house. Ega linked his fingers to Eva's possessive fingers, on the front page of the house parked in a luxurious black car with the driver standing next to the car smiling brightly at them. Ega with his steady step towards Dimas, the man was very neat and looked cool with his jeans and white hoodie.

"Have you guys made a deal?." Ega looked at Dimas' white hoodie and then turned to Eva's white shirt.

"It's just a coincidence." Answer Dimas.

"Are you guys just going to the parlor?." Search Ega, possessive mode on, inner Eva.

"No, we're going to the grocery store first." Answer honestly Dimas.

"That's all?." This is worse than the father, the inner Eva who feels how possessive Ega is.

"Before that we're going to a restaurant near the school to pick up the order." Obviously Dimas was nervous.

"Hotaru." Call Eva gently after peeping Ega's right cheek. Ega who was called by her small name was very happy she was peeping a glimpse of her sister's forehead.

"Hurry home." Eva looked at Ega holding a smile.

"And meet every day." Eva recalled Ega's reply last night with a prank she turned it over to Ega.

"Observe you yeah." Ega fiddled with both of Eva's cheeks.

On the street Dimas and Eva were silent no one opened their mouths, now they were waiting for restaurant employees to put their orders in the car.

"Thank you." Said Dimas to the restaurant staff.

Eva gets into the car and followed by Dimas, Dimas takes the car casually glancing sideways.

"I'm envious." Say Dimas suddenly.

"Hm?."

"You guys are so close, if I didn't know you were twins maybe I'd think you were lovers." Dimas glanced at Eva their eyes met.

"I can't live without him." Answer Eva.

"You're right, what about me?." Eva raised one eyebrow not understanding.

"Of course you can still live there and without me hahahaa." Dimas laughed while scratching the back of his head that did not itch. Stupid, Inner Dimas.

A few minutes later, Dimas and Eva were greeted by children and several caretakers. Dimas picked up all their luggage putting it in the parlour kitchen.

In Eva's parlour just sit and watch the children learn and play Dimas also participate in it painstakingly teach them. Eva does not realize it is time for them to eat, two caretakers go to the kitchen to prepare lunch children also gathered in the dining room waiting for their food to come.

Eva walks silently to the side of the parlour checking for a moment that no one saw her then she opens the bag taking some medicine that she immediately drank at once without being helped by plain water.

Eva walked back to the dining room suddenly a plate came from behind her. Eva looked at the big hand.

"Don't like to say young lady." Said Dimas behind Eva.

"You should eat too." Dimas continued, Eva received the plate to observe for a while and looked back but Dimas was gone, the man disappeared somewhere.

Eva enjoyed the food that almost ran out of her eyeballs earlier looking for someone.

"Who's looking?." I don't know since when Dimas has been sitting next to him enjoying the food that is on the man's plate.

"Rian and Ista, where are they?." Eva asked who had just realized the peculiarity she felt since she was replaced. Silent moment.

"They're in the room." Answer Dimas.

"Room?." Eva stopped eating she put down her spoon and stood up, Dimas' left hand deftly holding Eva's hand squeezed it for a while. Eva stared at the puzzled Dimas.

"Once again, I don't want to be pounced on by your twin for not being able to take good care of you." Said Dimas looking up at Eva's eyeballs. Eva with her blue eyes looked flat at Dimas, Dimas understood the meaning of the gaze he gave his gentle smile to Eva.

"We're going there after this." The girl seemed to be thinking, Dimas was a little hesitant Eva would obey but it seems like Dimas today is lucky Eva is back sitting quietly with Dimas removing his hand from Eva's hand. They continued their lunch.

"Where's the room?." Ask Eva. Dimas and Eva are now walking towards Rian's room.

"A little while." Dimas answered leading the way, Dimas stopped at the brown door with a small garden in front of him.

"Here, let's go in." Dimas opened the door and stepped in behind Eva.

"Not sleeping yet?." Said Dimas approaching to the side of the bed, Eva stared at the bed expressionlessly.

"Sir Dimas brought a beautiful sister number two." Dimas looked back where Eva was standing.

Dimas could not guess what Eva was thinking or feeling with such an expression. The wife with tears flooding her cheeks ran to hug Eva. Unlike Rian who was lying in bed, the boy smiled brightly showing off his little teeth.

"Hi brother nomol two, it's been a long time since you've been here." Cheerful Rian said, Eva looked down at Ista who was crying so much, Eva stroked softly Ista's mane.

Ista's lips were open but no sound came out from there. Eva held onto both of Ista's shoulders removing the little girl's hug. Eva aligned her height with Ista's height wiping away her tears. Eva began to move her hands into a pattern.

"Rian why?." Eva asked, Ista moved her hand to Eva.

"Rian's been sick for two days." The clear liquid fell back from Ista's eyes.

"What pain? have you checked the doctor?." Ista.

"Rian doesn't like doctors." Ista replied, Eva glanced at Rian on the bed.

"Ista don't cry anymore huh, let brother persuade Rian." Ista shook his head again.

"Kak Dimas had also persuaded Rian since yesterday, the housewife and other teachers had also been but Rian was always angry if persuaded." Obviously Ista, Eva smiled gently wiping away Ista's tears that were coming down again. Eva stood up slowly towards the bed. Eva's left hand touched the pulse in Rian's right hand, Eva focused on concentrating.

Dimas and Rena only saw what Eva was doing without commenting. Ista walked around hugging Dimas's feet.

"Rian's not hot, brother, Rian's fine." Rian said with a smile but Eva frowned at Dimas who had just seen Eva frowning became worried.

Eva placed her right index finger under Rian's nose, returning to concentration. The next few seconds Eva pulled both her hands staring inside Rian.

"Why doesn't Rian go to the hospital?." The smile on Rian's face faded.

"Lian hates doctel." Rian's face turned sullen.

"Can't you hear Rian's story why Rian hates doctors?." Persuade Eva.

"Doktel evil Lian hates." Eva stroked Rian's head.

"Devil doctor is Rian?." Rian shook his head slowly.

"Doktel nasty same mom, mom sick pellet scissored." Dimas stunned the man immediately looked at Rena asking for an explanation.

"Rian entered the new home six months ago Rian's mother the only family Rian had died in the hospital at that time." Obviously Rena.

"What's the cause?." Ask Dimas.

"Actal appendectomy." Answer Rena.

"Doctel killed mom." Rian held back his tears with all his might. Dimas, Rena, Ista dropped their tears without them noticing.

"Rian will take care of Ista?." Eva asked, shifting Rian's focus. Rian nodded steadily.

"Rian loves Ista?." Rian returned Eva's gaze then nodded surely.

"Rian want to see Ista sadder?." Rian nodded quickly.

"Then Rian has to go to the hospital." Rian suddenly slapped Eva's hand over her head.

"No!. The pelgi!. Lian won't look at my sister." As Rian started to hysterically, Eva looked at Rian deeply.

"Rian said he didn't want to make Ista sad, look. Ista is now crying because of Rian." Rian looked at Ista who was crying dyed Dimas.

"Ista don't be sad, Lian is fine, Lian is healthy really." Rian said, Eva's hand pressed Rian's stomach right in her stomach.

"Amghhh!." Rian screams his tears started to fall.

Ista who saw Rian not moving ran over to hit Eva's arm. Ista shouted silently, Dimas walked over to Ista but Eva told him to stop with a five-finger gesture.

Eva hugged Ista's body said softly.

"Sister just put Rian to sleep." Ista still rebelled in Eva's embrace.

"Rian has stomach cancer if not immediately operated on will harm him." Ista stopped rebelling, all eyes on Eva.

"Cancer is an evil disease that exists in the human body." Eva explained without sign language.

"Now you want to call a doctor to check on Rian first." Eva stroked Ista's cheek gently.

"Rian's not going to leave, is he? Rian's not gonna die like you and mom, is he?." Ask Ista worried.

"Rian must be cured, Ista doain Rian yes." Eva answered, Rena pulled Ista from Eva's embrace.

"How do you know?." Ask Rena.

"What matters is not how I know, now Rian has to be taken to the hospital." Eva pulled out her phone. Dimas stared at Eva unblinking.

Eva put her phone in the bag.

"We're going home now." Pinta Eva fast.

Dimas glanced at Eva worried, since the girl next to him threw his face facing the car glass his hands were sometimes clenched like holding something. Dimas was eager to ask but he undoed his intention of seeing Eva who had changed like that.

Dimas' left hand grabbed Eva's right hand by their fingers, Eva stared intently at the man beside her.

"If you're angry I deserve it, if you don't like it you can take it off." Said Dimas calmly. Eva threw her face back against the car glass.

Dimas thought Eva would be mad at him but the girl did not say anything Eva let Dimas hold her slender hand. Dimas gently squeezed Eva's hand to calm the girl down. Eva's breath up and down started to get irregular.

"We're doctors." Bring Dimas.

"home." Eva replied firmly.

It took more than an hour to get to Eva's house, Eva's hands quickly removed her seatbelt opening the car door turning briefly toward Dimas.

"Thank you brother." After saying that Eva quickly ran into the house leaving Dimas with a million questions.

Eva enters the mansion with her legs running up to the second floor Eva opens the door to the rough room that she was looking for nothing in Eva's room opens the door to the bathroom that was empty. Eva left the room running down the stairs her eyes moved quickly she focused on what she was looking for, a group of people coming in from the back door. Eva's blue eyes find the target, Eva increases her running speed.

"Hey. You're home." Ega said in surprise, as though Eva's lightning was already standing before her. Eva's hand pulled the collar of Ega's shirt, pushing the man forward.
