Result of Rejecting Proposal

Haya back and forth in the living room, she waited for Abi who conveyed good intentions to the family of Kiai Irfan to ask Gus Bagas to be made Haya's husband.

Haya has loved Gus Bagas since he saw Gus Bagas for the first time. The reason he wanted to teach at the pesantren owned by Kiai Irfan was so that he could see Gus Bagas closer. Haya really hopes Gus Bagas will accept this matchmaking.

Sarah's face shone glad to hear Nabilah's decision. He was relieved that his daughter would remain in the pesantren's protection during his iddance.

That very night, Nabilah came to Ning Aisyah's house. With nervousness and respect, Nabilah explained the situation. He tells his feelings about his wishes and also his concern about the potential danger that might be caused by Ranu if he comes out of the boarding school.

Ning Aisyah listened carefully. After Nabilah finished speaking, he smiled gently. "Go ahead, I totally agree with what your mother said. I also don't want your ex, forming you like my husband. You've been I consider part of this pesantren family, and we'll always protect our family members."

Ning Aisyah agreed to help Nabilah in her situation. He arranged for Nabilah to stay longer in the pesantren until his term ended, keeping information about his marital status secret among the students.

Nabilah was relieved and grateful for the support he received. He returned to his room with a lighter heart. Despite the challenges and uncertainties of the future, he feels that this step is best for safety in this time

Meanwhile, Bagas keeps his eyes on Nabilah from a distance, in the hope that someday, when his idiom has ended, he will have the opportunity to express his feelings clearly.

"Bagas, what are you doing here, snooping?" seductive Aisyah with a smile on her lips.

"Like with Nabilah? Admit it, she is beautiful. But remember, you mustn't preach it while it's still in iddah."

Bagas turned around in shock, finding Aisyah standing behind him. "Sister, you surprised me. How could you just come?" said Bagas while holding back laughter. "And believe me, right now, preaching Nablah is not my plan. I'll wait until the end of his id, and then I'll move on."

Aisyah laughed, "You, you used to like rejecting people's proposals, uh now even tempted by beautiful widows. But anyway, I'm glad to see you like this. But, to be honest, is your main attraction just because of her face?"

Bagas smiled, contemplating for a moment as if remembering certain moments. "At first, maybe yes, I was attracted to him because of his appearance. But the more I know him, the more I feel like there's something different. Like there's a vibration in my heart, it's hard to explain with words."

Aisyah listened seriously, "That sounds special, Bagas. There may be something deeper behind your feelings. But you must remember the rules of religion. Be patient to wait until the time of his iddo is over."

Bagas nodded, "I know, Brother. I will respect that rule and wait with patience. It's a new feeling for me, and I want to do my best."

Aisyah smiled understandingly, "Good then. Believe me, if this is fate, everything will go well in time."

With a warm smile, Bagas nodded in agreement. The two walked together towards the pesantren, talking about Bagas' feelings and hopes with understanding and support.

Meanwhile, Nabilah remains focused on his life journey in the pesantren, unaware that there is someone growing his feelings and full of patience to wait.

Bagas had just arrived and rushed into the house of his parents. In the pesantren, there are three main houses: the second house of Bagas' parents, the house of Aisyah, and the house of Bagas which is currently occupied by Nabilah. Just as Bagas stepped in, a voice greeted him from outside the house. Kiai Irfan and Bagas came out to see who was coming.

"Gus Bagas, why are you rejecting me? Who's the other woman who made you reject my offer? You can't reject me in this way, I won't accept it," Ning Haya said in a sharp tone, her gaze full of affirmation.

Bagas was just silent, feeling less eager to respond to Aya. He was reluctant to respond to his questions and demands. However, this action did not make Aya feel embarrassed even though he had actually rejected it before.

"Gus, where's the woman? How beautiful is she? Until you really do not see me, when my feelings for you have long grown," continued Haya with a firm tone.

Bagas remained silent, trying to maintain calm in difficult situations. He does not want to engage in conversations that could worsen the situation.
