Billi and Dina plan to honeymoon, but the work of each couple is difficult to manage the same time. Dina back and forth Bandung to Jakarta, because indeed Dina could not leave her job and college. One day Dina gets an offer from Doctor Jimmy as Dina's superior. He recommended Dina to visit a hospital in Japan. Dina will get a short lecture for 3 months in Japan.

"Sorry you're a doctor?" ask Dina to the passenger sitting next to her.

"Yes, I'm a doctor, how do you know?" tanyakanya.

"My name is Inayah, what kind of specialist are you?" tanyakanya.

Arriving at the hotel, Dina calls Billi to let her know.

"You're Inayah's friend? Doctors too?" dina asked a woman who shouted please earlier.

"Yes, I'm a neurologist" he said.

"Before Inayah's trip there were no complaints? because it was on the plane his face was pale," said Dina.

"She complained of dizziness and was a bit nauseous" he replied.

"Dizziness when fitting to go to Japan or before?" ask Dina.

"It's been 4 days that he complained of dizziness" he replied.

"Where's husband? it looks like Inayah is pregnant, to make sure it has to be USG. But I'm sure Inayah is pregnant. Mending check because I'm afraid the long journey affects the content" said Dina.

Dina held her flat stomach.
