Meeting Someone

The sun is starting to set. It is a sign that the moon and stars will begin to decorate the night sky. It is a sign that a long day has passed.

It has been a month since Naina was proposed by Delvin and Jenita. To date, he has not given an answer. His heart was still in great worry.

And for the past two weeks, Delvin has been picking up Rissa after school. Although he had to ask Naina for permission first to do that, he did not mind. He tries to get closer to Rissa and win Rissa's heart.

"Mom!" Call Rissa spoiled when the pair of mother and child are already under the same blanket tonight.

"Yes dear." Naina replied after peeping on Rissa's head.

"Will Mommy marry Om Delvin?"

"Do you want it, baby?"

Rissa remained silent.

"What matters most to Mommy, is your happiness. If you're happily close to your father, Mommy will marry Om Delvin. But if not, Mommy won't marry him."

"Om Delvin always said that he was my father and that he loved me. Is that true Mom?"

"What does your heart say, dear?"

"Sometimes, I feel it. But sometimes not at all."

"Mommy won't force you for anything. If you really want Om Delvin to be your full daddy, Mommy will accept his proposal. But if not, Mommy will reject it."

"I love you Mom."

"Mommy loves you too, baby. Always."

Naina hugged Rissa's body tightly which had already hugged her first. The mother and daughter hugged each other in the cold of the night under their warm blankets.

The next morning, on the weekend. Naina and Rissa spend their time together as usual. And without Naina knowing, Rissa invites Delvin and Jenita to come to her house today.

Wh-wh-what for? To give an answer to the proposal that Delvin gave to Naina.

"How's Auntie doing?" Sapa Naina is friendly.

"good. Where's Rissa? He asked us to come." Reply Jenita happy.

"Rissa?" Naina was surprised.

"Yes. Rissa called me yesterday. She asked me and Mama to come home today." Delvin.

"Oh, so it seems. Wait a minute, I'll call you."

Naina immediately moved from her seat. He immediately sought the existence of the princess only wayangnya. Which turns out, was tidying up his clothes while watching his favorite cartoon show.

"Rissy! Did you invite Oma Jeni and Om Delvin to come?" Naina asked after she sat down and held Rissa on the sofa in front of the tv.

Rissa nodded her head.

"For what, dear?"

"To answer Mommy's question yesterday."

"Mommy's Question?"

Rissa nodded back.

"The question is, would Rissa want Om Delvin to be Rissa's father." Rissa Imbuh.

"Then?"

Rissa immediately whispered something into Naina's ear. Naina smiled slightly hearing Rissa's reply.

"If that's what Mommy's daughter wants, Mommy will do it for you."

"Thank's Mom." Rissa said as she hugged Naina tightly.

"Of course Honey. Whatever your happiness is." Naina replied while replying to Rissa's embrace.

"Come, meet Oma Jeni and Om Delvin! They're waiting for you." Take Naina.

Rissa nodded back. He immediately descended from his mother's lap and immediately walked with his mother to meet his two guests.

Jenita and Delvin welcome Rissa with their happy smiles. They had a premonition, that Rissa and Naina would give an answer to their proposal today. And somehow, they have a good feeling about it.

Jenita and Delvin chat a few things with Rissa and Naina. Until finally, Rissa revealed her heart.

"Om, do you want to be Rissa's father?" Ask plain Rissa.

"Are you not my daughter Beautiful? So I'm your father. We did a DNA test last month." Delvin replied quickly.

"I mean Rissa, she wants you to be her whole father." Obviously Naina is heavy-hearted.

Jenita and Delvin stared at Naina question mark. They are like dry land, which gets rain after a long wait. What they hope will soon be accomplished.

"So, can Om marry your Mommy?" Delvin asked reassuringly, after turning to Rissa who was sitting next to Naina.

"Yes Del, I accepted your proposal." Answer Naina flat.

Jenita and Delvin are very happy. They really did not expect, Naina and Rissa would receive her proposal this soon.

Delvin stood up and approached Naina. He immediately hugged Naina without permission. Naina immediately thrashed.

"So your attitude Del! We're not married." Tegur Naina is firm.

"Sorry Na, I'm too happy!" Delvin answered immediately after letting go of his embrace.

"Thank you Na!" Delvin Imbuh.

"It's all because of Rissa." Honest Naina.

Delvin smiles. He immediately grabbed Rissa's body and held her.

"Thank you, baby!" Delvin said happily.

Rissa who was not ready to be carried by Delvin, just smiled stiffly. But in his little heart he was happy. After all, he is still a child who craves the love of his parents completely. Like his friends at school.

And what about Naina?

Naina accepts Delvin's proposal for Rissa. He really wanted his daughter to be happy because she had a full family. Because of this, his parents still have everything.

And without much ado, they all immediately set a date for her wedding. Jenita and Delvin really can't wait to bring Naina and Rissa. And of course, immediately proceed with their plan to the next step.

They finally decided, will hold a wedding in a month. But on condition, there were no paparazzi or news coverage covering the event. Given, the name Delvin is now being discussed by the public because of his career success.

Delvin actually objected to that condition, but he tried to give in to the smooth plan he made. And all the wedding business, will be taken care of by Jenita and Delvin. Naina just needs to prepare.

The sound of the raindrops was earthy with the other sounds of nature this morning. The black clouds still faithfully overshadowed the sky of the capital since last night. Making the sun, as if reluctant to show its light this morning.

This morning, Naina was preparing to take Rissa to school as usual. The mother and daughter had just done fitting clothes for Naina and Delvin's wedding in three weeks. The happy hue was very clearly visible on Rissa's face.

"Thank God, if you're happy darling." Inner Naina when seeing the face of her daughter who is getting happier.

Rissa spends a lot of time with Delvin after school. Delvin often picks her up to school and takes her for a walk to get closer to Rissa. And Naina let that go, because that's how it's supposed to be.

Naina is getting busy with herself. He does not want to be dissolved by his own feelings which are actually hard to marry Delvin. But for the sake of his beloved daughter, he was willing to give up his own happiness.

"Sorry Mom! At one o'clock, I have an appointment with Mr. William Robert of America." Sela Sinta before lunch.

"alright. Where are we gonna meet him?" Naina replied flat, with eyes and hands busy flipping the paper over her desk.

"He asked to meet at Rhea Resto." Say Sinta slowly.

Naina stopped her activities for a moment.

"alright. We'll all go to Zee Cafe later." Naina said while looking at Sinta who had been standing in front of her desk since.

"Good Mom. And one more Mom. He will take his wife later. I heard, she's a Jogja like Mom."

"really?" Sahut Naina enthusiastic.

"Yes Mom. She's Mr. Robert's second wife. They got married three years ago." Obviously Sinta.

"alright. What's name?"

"I don't know much about it. I heard Mr. Robert kept his wife's identity a secret to protect her."

"so apparently. Mrs Robert is very lucky." Naina replied with a small smile.

"Yes, Mom."

"Alright, continue your work! Just prepare what we'll bring for the meeting!"

"Good Mom."

Sinta is back at work. And when the lunch hour arrives, he returns to be a personal assistant who is ready to scold his boss if the boss is late to eat. Because it will adversely affect the health of the superior.

"We'll eat at the Zee Cafe!" Take Naina.

"Good Mom!"

Naina and Sinta immediately slide towards Zee Cafe. They cut through the capital's daylight jam with Naina's private car.

When you arrive at Zee Cafe, the condition of the cafe is quite crowded. All the tables on the first floor are filled. On the second floor there were only two empty tables.

"We eat at the office! The cafe is crowded." Pinta Naina after seeing the condition of her cafe.

"Good Mom!"

Sinta immediately ordered lunch for Naina and herself. They spend their lunch time in the office while enjoying their meal. Sinta also did not forget to check the weekly report of the cafe after he finished lunch.

And when the clockwork almost pointed at one o'clock in the afternoon, Naina and Sinta immediately exited the cafe and moved to the next building, Rhea Resto. Sinta tries to contact the client's personal assistant she will meet with Naina. And it turned out, they were already waiting at a table they had ordered on the second floor. Naina and Sinta headed for the second floor.

"Good afteron Mr. William Robert. Nice to meet you." Sapa Naina was very friendly while extending her hand to shake the hand of her interlocutor.

"Good aftermoon Miss Naina Andini. Nice to meet you too." Answer the middle-aged man with a pure bule face that warmly welcomes Naina's hand.

"You can speak Bahasa Indonesia with Mr. Robert, Miss Naina. He is fluent enough to speak Indonesian." Sela's assistant named Joe.

Naina and Sinta turned to Joe in disbelief. They were also surprised to hear Joe who had a bule face, also fluent in Indonesian.

"What my assistant said was right. We can speak Indonesian quite well Miss Naina." William Imbuh.

Naina and Sinta looked at each other and smiled.

"Well if that's what Mr. Robert is like. And sorry, we're a little late!" Naina's words are low.

"Of course not Miss. It's not even one o'clock yet. We're the ones who came early because we had lunch here." Wiliam.

"That's what it looks like." Answer Naina kindly.

"Oh yes, please sit Miss!" Pinta Wiliam fast.

"Thank you, sir." Answer Naina.

The four of them sat down immediately. Naina and Sinta sat side by side. On the other side of the table, William and Joe also sat side by side.

"I hear, you took your wife today?" Naina asked curiously.

"Yes Miss, you're right. He's going to the toilet. He wants to meet you." Wiliam.

"I?" Ask Naina astonishment.

"Oh, that's my wife." Said William with his smile, which he addressed to his wife.

Naina is very curious about the figure of Wiliam's wife. Especially after what Wiliam said just now. He wanted to know, what kind of wife of a reliable property businessman who wanted to work with him.

Naina started to hear footsteps with a woman's shoes getting closer. Oh, his heart was pounding just because of what Wiliam said earlier. He really wanted to know what kind of woman he wanted to meet.

"He's here, baby." William said quickly, as the wife arrived at his desk.

Naina looked up at his face. He immediately stood up to greet the woman who made his heart pound a little. He twisted his body slightly to be able to deal with the woman. And the woman turned her body along with Naina.

Naina's perfectly rounded eyes stared at the woman's face before her. His body froze instantly unable to move. His throat was blocked, unable to make a sound. His lips felt stiff to speak.

"Mother?" A word finally came out of Naina's mouth.
