The birds perched in the trees. Jumping from one branch to another. Whistling one another to sing the soothing sounds of nature in the morning.
"Rissa sleeping again Ma'am?" Naina asked when she had just returned from jogging which became her morning routine.
"Lacking to know Mom'. It seems like there's been a sound, but it hasn't left the room." Honest Atun.
Naina immediately washed her hands and downed a glass of water prepared by Atun. He walked to Rissa's room.
"Darling, let's get up! Rissa has to go to school." Naina shouted from the front door of Rissa's room.
Silence has no answer. "Rissa,,"
Several times Naina called, there was still no law. He opened the door to Rissa's room. The beautiful princess, still curled up under her blanket. Naina approached her daughter.
"Darling, let's get up! She'll be late for school." Naina said while removing the hair that dangled on Rissa's face.
"Rissa doesn't want to go to school!" Rissa said with her eyes still closed.
"Why not? You sick?" Naina asked in panic.
Rissa shook her head. "Continue?"
"Rissa wants to be casting!" Rissa Firm.
Naina took a long breath. It turns out that her little daughter was still sulking since last night. He still wants to participate in the casting even though his mother has forbidden it.
"okay!" Naina said briefly as she stood up.
Rissa suddenly flicked her blanket and sat up straight with a glowing face. Rissa was ready for her school uniform. Only her hair was unkempt.
"Are you sure Mom? Rissa can come to the casting?" Rissa asked with a very wide smile.
"No!" Naina said firmly.
"okay! Rissa's not going to school!"
"If you don't want to go to school. All your facilities Mommy unplug. Snack money, cell phones, even your personal computer and laptop." Naina said as she walked out of Rissa's room.
"Mommy,, "
Naina breezed out of Rissa's room regardless of Rissa's call. He closed the door to Rissa's room.
"Mommyy,,"
"Mommyy,,"
"If everything's revoked, how do I want a casting list? Ah, evil Mommy!" Rissa grumbled after Naina came out of her room.
Rissa finally got off her favorite bed. He then tidied up his school uniform that was a little tangled because he used to hide under a blanket to get permission from the mother. But it turned out to be a complete failure of the audience.
Rissa is a disciplined child. He always wakes up in the morning to fulfill his duties. After that, he will spend his time in front of a laptop or computer in his room.
With her watered-down brain, Rissa helped her mother take care of all her business. In fact, they often negotiate to find ways to advance and enlarge the scale of their business. Just the two of them for sure.
Not many know about the extraordinary abilities of Rissa, who can know and understand about business at such a small age. Naina covered it up tightly. He was afraid that if because of Rissa's ability, he would be the target of evil people who want to take advantage of his abilities.
Rissa is the man behind the scenes of the success of Naina Andini.
"Mommy! Please tie Rissa's hair!" Pinta Rissa walked towards the dining table where the mother was sitting and chatting with Atun.
"Here baby, Mommy tie her hair! Want to be tied up one or two?" Naina asked as she received the comb and hair tie that Rissa had brought.
"Just one Mom," answered Rissa happily.
"Okay princess!"
Naina immediately tied up Rissa's thick black hair. Hair with a length of almost as big as that has now been neatly tied with a tie of blue hair with a mascot decoration of a cartoon character from the land of sakura.
"Done. Rissa has breakfast now! Mommy's gonna take a shower."
"Okay Mom!" Sahut Rissa while running to her room to return the comb that she brought earlier.
"That kid! If you want, everything is done. Hhuufftt," Naina muttered to herself looking at her daughter's behavior.
Naina knows very well how her daughter is. Having the status of a single parent, it does not make Naina forget her attention to Rissa. Although, he had to work harder to divide the time for Rissa and her work to meet the needs of their lives.
Naina and Rissa have now joked back in the car. The small incident this morning, had been slightly forgotten by both the mother and the child. But Naina knows for sure, there is a small plan behind the attitude of Rissa who is now eager to return to school.
Cup. A kiss landed on Naina's right cheek. Naina and Rissa laughed together.
"Thank's Mom!" Rissa said as she shook Naina's hand. Then he opened the car door.
"Be careful honey!" Naina waved her hand from inside the car whose window glass she had lowered.
Rissa replied happily. He walked in the gate with the other disciples.
Rissa attended one of the elite international schools in the capital. It is one of the best schools in the country. At school, he was accustomed to using English in his daily life. And that habit gets carried away to the house.
Naina doesn't mind that. As long as Rissa does not forget the native language of this country and the language of her homeland. And Rissa, master it all. Although, for the language of his native land, he is not very proficient.
...****************...
Elsewhere, a handsome man was preparing to leave for his office. He was looking at his reflection in the mirror that was ready after his work.
"Less what am I trying this? Handsome, successful, smart. Many women are after me. But what's with him? Just don't I call acquaintances?" Dean muttered alone when he was in his super-large and spacious private closet.
"Who does not want to be acquainted? Huh uh?" A woman's voice diverts Dean's daydream. She's Jelita, Dean's mom.
"Mama. When's Mama coming?" Dean's entire suit. He was a little embarrassed, because his mother was mumbling to herself.
"You're too focused, so don't listen to your mom. My mom was worried about you getting ready."
"Sorry Ma, hhihi,,"
"Who wouldn't want to meet?"
"It's nobody Ma." Kill Dean.
Dean still wasn't sure about the girl who had been teasing his heart lately to his mother. The girl who always comes to the cafe that is right next to her restaurant.
Not because of envy, because the girl did not come to his cafe. But no matter what the feeling was, there was something that troubled Dean when he saw the girl for the first time. A feeling that not even Dean could describe.
Dean is a man who has proven his intelligence in many ways. How not? He graduated from High School when he was fifteen years old. After that he continued his S1 and S2 studies in Germany while monitoring his father's company there. And finish his S3 in this country. And he finished it all when he was just 22.
And now he was confused by a woman. A woman he doesn't even know her name yet. Actually, Dean could easily find all the information about the woman. He asks Niko, his personal assistant, to find him. But that's not what he did. He wanted to know it all from the woman's own mouth. Even if it is just his name.
"You can't lie to Mama De." Lita Cibir.
"Dean didn't lie, my dear Mama." Dean looked into the middle-aged woman's eyes with confidence. He really wanted to convince his mother that he wasn't lying.
"OK, okay, Mama believe!" Sahut Lita with a warm smile.
Dean smiled with relief. "What's wrong here?" Dean tried to shift the subject.
"Oh yes, Mama forgot. Mama wants to take breakfast, Papa's waiting under." Honest Lita. He forgot to see his son was busy with his mind in front of the mirror.
"Okay, Mama get down first! Dean wants to grab a suit with a bag." Sedu Dean while pushing his mother's body slowly to get out of his walk-in closet.
"Wait under ya!" Pamit Lita who understands the strange attitude of her son.
Dean just nodded with a smile. Lita immediately came out of Dean's room and went back down to the husband who had been waiting at the dining table.
"Hhuufftt," Dean heaved a sigh of relief when he managed to cover his secret from the mama.
"Aahh, shit! I need to know what his name is." Dean grumbled as he recalled the incident the other day while he was at the cafe.
"But why is he so indifferent and arrogant to me? Just try her like a woman you used to know, surely I will not be this target. I easily get him to know."
Dean was still grumbling while carrying his suit and briefcase out of the room.
"Maybe that's what attracted me to him. He's different."
"Nandni." Dean was blown away by a name that for the past few years seemed to haunt him.
"Ah, who exactly is that girl? His name is still remembered until now. But why are there no memories of him. Even Mama, Papa and Niko don't know who Nandini is. Or is it just my imagination? But why don't I ever forget his name."
Dean paused his steps for a moment, right on the last rung of the stairs. He closed his eyes looking for the shadow of the figure of the woman whose name was engraved in his mind and heart.
Dean would do that every name that popped up in his brain all of a sudden. He will try to find the figure of the woman in closed eyes. But again and again, he found nothing. Niente.
Dean finally just let go of it and let it go slowly will disappear with the busyness that takes up his time and mind. Although the name will come back later, Dean never took issue. Dean finally continued his steps toward his parents who had already enjoyed his breakfast.
