Zhafran is already in the IGD room for treatment. Zhafran's calf is torn, and it needs to be sewn. A nurse approached Zhafran and would clean his wound first.

Binka painstakingly cleaned Zhafran's wound before it was sewn, and after that, the Doctor sewed Zhafran's wound. Binka had not expected to meet Zhafran again here. But, he knew, Zhafran was already unable to have by him. He is just an ex-husband who now has a wife again.
