At the Company, Elvano just finished a meeting. The man returned to his room followed by Risma behind him. The woman placed some documents on Elvano's desk.
"Is there anything I need to do again, sir?" Ask Risma.
"Nothing. You can get out."
Risma nodded then lowered her head slightly. "I'm sorry, sir."
"Hmm."
After Risma came out, Elvano leaned her body on the sofa, then grabbed her phone. He was already thinking about what Anta should do to make up for her mistake.
"Ck. Damnit damnit! I don't have Anta's phone number yet." Decak. He then switched to contact Bi Ijah. Strange indeed. He has the mobile number of the ART, but does not have the mobile number of his wife.
Her phone was connected, and Bi Ijah immediately answered her. "Hallo, sir?"
"Hallo."
"What's up, sir? Is there a file left behind?"
"Nothing. Where's Anta?"
"Mrs take care of young master Evan."
"Take the phone to Anta."
"Good, sir."
Bi Ijah immediately went to the playroom. There Anta was accompanying Evan to play.
"Son Anta." Call Bi Ijah half-whispering. The middle-aged woman slightly kept the phone away from her lips.
"What's up, Bi?"
"Mr Elvano would like to say something."
Anta gulped his saliva. What does Elvano want to talk about? Anta grabbed a cell phone from Bi Ijah.
"Ha-Hallo, Mum."
"Hmmm..." Answer Elvano. "Pink,"
"Yes, Mas?"
"Scook lunch for me and drop off to the office. It's your redemption of guilt."
"I'm the one who delivered, Mas?"
"Yes. You must also cook yourself. Not Bi Ijah."
"Yes, it's."
Evan who was busy playing looked at Anta. He seemed unwilling if Anta ignored him and was busy on other matters. The boy stood up and tried to reach the phone from Anta's grasp.
"Maa... Maa..."
"Yes, honey. Mama say yes, son."
"Yes..."
"Why Evan?" Ask Elvano.
"No, Mas. He doesn't let me talk."
"Yes already. I hung up. Don't forget, take me to lunch."
"Yes, Mum."
After the call was interrupted, Anta sighed. He thought, Elvano will give him a punishment or something incriminating. It was just cooking lunch and delivering it to the office.
"It's Bi, the handpohone."
Bi Ijah smiled as he received his phone. The middle-aged woman looked at Anta. "No, you usually ask for food to be delivered to the office. Son Anta and sir what's up?"
"There's nothing, Bi. Last night Anta accidentally snapped Mas El, continued Anta apologized this morning. But El did not want to apologize. Now, Mas El asks Anta Masakin as a sign of Anta's apology."
"Ooh..." Bi Ijah nodded with a smile on his lips that did not fade.
I think, sir is starting to harbor feelings for Son Anta. Hopefully sir really fell in love with son Anta.
"Let's go to the kitchen!"
"Come, kid."
Anta wakes up and immediately holds Evan. The girl peeped her cheeks at a glance. "We go to the kitchen first, yeah. Mama wants to cook lunch for Papa."
"Paa... Paa... Paa..."
"Yes, kid. Papa, Evan's father." Evan smiled and hugged Anta tightly by the neck.
"Oh yes, Son Anta. If you cook later, do not forget the same fried shrimp. Sir likes the fried shrimp made by nak Anta."
"Really, son. The time for Anta to stay at the house of the big master, Bibi masakin fried shrimp, but the word master tastes different than usual. He prefers the usual."
Anta smile. His heart was very happy to hear Bi Ijah's words. He was very happy that the food he cooked favored Elvano.
While in the office, Elvano began doing her work with smiling lips. He could not wait to taste the food that Anta cooked. And again, he already had plans to hold Anta to accompany him to a meal.
***
The car that Mr. Tarman, the driver who worked at Elvano's home, stopped in front of the Elvano company. Elvano stood by the large window in his room. A smile appeared on her lips as her eyes caught the figure of Anta walking in from the gate to the front yard of the company.
"He's coming" the man murmured. As Anta's body disappears entering the company, Elvano returns to her seat. The man sat down as he continued to watch the door in front of him. He had asked Risma to ask the receptionist to take Anta to the floor where her room was.
Geck... Geck... Geck...
The door that was knocked on made Elvano fix his seat and tidy up his suit. He also pretended to focus his gaze on the files on the table.
"Lake in!" His orders, which made the door pushed in from the outside.
Risma entered with Anta who was following her. "Sorry sir, Miss Anta has come." Risma.
"Yes. You can go back to work. Let him in here."
Risma nodded. "Good, sir. Then, excuse me."
"Yes." Yeah."
Risma retreats and leaves the room, leaving Anta and Elvano. Anta turned towards the closed door. It felt awkward to be in the same room as Elvano, given their incident last night.
"Why is it still there?"
"Huh?"
"I told you to come here with food. Not asking you to hang out there."
Anta gulped her saliva then stepped towards the front desk of the sofa. He put the food he brought on the table.
"Mas El's..."
"Lunch is 1 hour away." He said, cutting off Anta's speech. Suddenly, Anta's hand movement that was about to open the food rant stopped.
"Then Anta Taroh here's the food. Anta go home first. Evan..."
"I don't want to bother bringing that thing home. I'm still busy with my job." Elvano. "You should take responsibility for your work. Is this how you apologize? Not until it's over."
Anta fell silent. The girl took her breath. Does he have to wait for Elvano to finish lunch?
"If you want to go home, go home! But, bring back your food. No apologies for apologies."
Anta shakes. "No, Mas. Anta won't be home until Mas's done eating." Anta. Without Anta realizing it, his words made the corners of Elvano's lips interested in forming a thin smile.
After that, he went back to pretending to do his job. However, his eyes continued to glance at Anta who was sitting on the sofa. The girl tried to drive away her boss by reading Elvano's book lying on the table. Until lunchtime, Elvano stopped his work.
"Bring the food here."
Anta looked at Elvano. The man spoke to her but remained focused on the files in her hand.
El must be very busy. His work must be a lot too. Thought Anta.
"Pink,"
"Eh, yes, my mother." Anta immediately approached while carrying the food. The girl put a food crack on Elvano's desk.
"Why are you standing? Pull that chair over here and sit down!"
"Sit here, Mas?" Anta looked at where he was standing now. Close to Elvano. If he were to sit so close, his heart would not be safe.
"Yes. Wh why? You don't want to?"
"It's not so, Mom."
"Yes, just sit down. What's difficult?" Elvano's voice is quite sniffy. Anta just nodded, trying to avoid making a mistake.
Anta pulled a chair in front of Elvano's desk, then sat down next to the man. He opened the bushel on the table and let Elvano eat.
"Let's go eat first."
"My cow!"
Degs...
Anta glared at his eyes. He did not believe what he heard.
"M-Bag..."
"My hands are holding these files. It's quite troublesome, so I have to focus."
"Yes, Mum."
Slowly, Anta began to spoon the food and directed it to Elvano. He fed the man gently and painfully. And again, Anta's treatment makes Elvano's heart beat fast. Even a faint smile continued to linger on Elvano's lips.
