Anta stared at the clock stuck to the kitchen wall. The clock shows at 5pm. The girl tied up her hair that she had shampooed, then put on an apron, about to cook dinner. Bi Ijah let her go home early today, until Anta himself who will take care of dinner. Luckily, Evan is asleep right now.
"Mas El will be here any minute." Anta muttered.
As his hand moved to cut the carrot, his phone rang. Anta stopped her activities and grabbed her phone. The incoming call from his sister, Tiara.
"Hallo,"
"Hallo, Sister Anta."
"Tiara, what's up, deck?"
"Sister, you don't forget tomorrow Tiara's school is going to camp?"
"Yes, deck. Brother did not forget. Brother also wants to call you after cooking."
"Thank God you didn't forget."
"Sister will not forget. Momentarily transfer in pocket money, huh?" Although Elvano was cold and indifferent to her, the man never forgot to give her the monthly money. Anta is not so use it because all the needs of the house have been met, without having to drain the monthly money.
"No need, brother. Tiara got it from Mom." Reply to the boy. The mother she was referring to was Ms. Devita. The woman meets all the needs of Anta's two sisters. He even took the time to meet the children twice a month.
"It was from Mom. From the permanent brother of the Sister."
"Yes, deh. Tiara nurut. But, Tiara wants to ask for help with sister Anta."
"What's wrong?" Anta put her phone on the table and then restarted her carrot-cutting activities. He turned on the speaker to hear more clearly as Tiara spoke.
"Sir Anta's coming home, huh? Ricky Temenin. The waiter you sent me again is sick. I can't take care of Ricky. Tiara was reluctant to talk to Mom. We've had a lot of ngerepotin mother."
"Yes, I'm definitely home." Answer Anta, steady. Elvano will not ban it. He's not a person of any importance to Elvano. Whether or not he is in this house will have no effect. But what about Evan? No, Evan has Elvano here. The boy will be fine. That's what Anta thinks.
"Brother right? Is my husband angry?"
"Just right, deck. Brother's husband won't be angry." Reply Anta. Until now, Tiara and Ricky did not know how the relationship between him and Elvano. Let it be its own secret.
"How's evan?"
Anta fell silent. He admitted, he thought about the turn. Although his existence has no effect on Elvano, but not for Evan. However, Anta could not do anything. Elvano would definitely not allow her to take Evan.
"Just calm. Evan's son's not fussy. It's only 4 days, right, you're the tent? There's a papa here anyway. She must be okay."
"Sorry Tiara, yes."
"It's okay, deck."
After a few minutes of talking, Tiara ended her call. Anta continued her cooking show seriously. Until he realized, Elvano had gone home. The man was staring at her from the kitchen door. Anta who was behind him remained focused on what he was doing.
A faint smile fell on Elvano's lips. "Pretty." Mumbled. He admitted, Anta is so beautiful. I don't know how many times he praised the girl. However, he cursed himself who was always cold and indifferent to Anta. And now, he did not know how to approach Anta. Maybe the girl did not like him because of the attitude he had shown all along.
Elvano entered the kitchen and stopped in front of the refrigerator. "Make me coffee, Anta!"
Elvano's voice surprised Anta. The girl reflexively turned around and found Elvano opening the refrigerator door and took out a bottle of cold water.
"M-Mas El when is it?"
"5 minutes ago." Reply without looking at Anta. The man gulped the water.
"Mas El asked for coffee?"
"Hmmm..." The answer is, just thumping. "Take it to the den."
"Yes, Mum."
"Where's Evan?"
"Why are you cooking by yourself? Where's Bi Ijah?"
"Auntie clearance this afternoon. There's family business, important. He has to go home."
Elvano. Without another word, the man passed from the kitchen, heading for his room.
"Better, after dinner, I just talked about Tiara." Anta muttered.

After dinner, Anta went to Evan's room and Elvano chose to watch television in the living room. Although his gaze was on the television, but Elvano's mind was fixed on the incident while in the workspace earlier, when Anta delivered coffee for him. It was the first time he had not been angry when one of his documents was broken. He even felt anxious with a panicked face Anta who accidentally spilled coffee on his document.
Elvano commented a smile as she imagined Anta's cute face.
"Mas El." The gentle call disturbed Elvano's hearing, and made her turn her head. He saw Anta standing not far from him while looking down, not daring to look into Elvano's eyes.
"What's wrong?" His tone was cold and impressed indifferently.
Anta approached again and sat down on a long sofa, the same place Elvano was sitting. His face was still scared.
"What's wrong?" Ask Elvano again.
"That's it, I want to ask permission from Mas El. I want to stay in my old house."
Elvano. Her mood watching was instantly gone. "For what?"
"Tiara there is a camping event from the school. Poor Ricky, he's alone. So Tiara asked me to help me keep Ricky at home."
"Mama's waiter?"
"Mama's servant is sick. Can't take care of Ricky."
Elvano focused her gaze on the television screen. "Just go!" Said, indifferent.
Anta looked up at Elvano with a fluffy smile. "Just right, Mas?"
"Hm... But, without Evan."
At once Anta's smile dimmed. Just now he wanted to ask permission again to take Evan with him. But, Elvano had warned him first.
Anta took a breath and then exhaled her. "It will go alone." The girl forced a smile.
"When you leave?" Not Anta sangaka, Elvano asked when he left. Does that guy really not like him being in that house?
"Tomorrow morning, Anta departs."
Elvano simply nodded with a gaze still focused on the television screen. Honestly speaking, he did not want to see the face of this girl beside him. He could have changed his decision not to let Anta go. Actually, he's been holding her since. It doesn't feel like Anta is leaving.
"Then I go to the room first, Mom. Thank you." Thank you."
"Hmmm..." Dehemnya again.
After leaving Anta to the room, Elvano chose to continue to remain silent in the middle room. At 12 pm, he returned to his room.
Arriving in the room, Elvano's eyes were fixed on Anta's small bag. Elvano guess, the contents must be some items Anta needs when at his house later. The man snorted in annoyance. His gaze then turned to Anta who was asleep. He approached the bed and climbed it. He moved his body closer to Anta.
"Is he really asleep?" Mumbled. His hands were raised and waving in front of Anta's face. There was no response, making Elvano try to make sure once again. The man then rubbed Anta's cheek. The girl's cheeks were soft. That's what Elvano feels. Anta's small groans made Elvano move his hand away.
"Anta?" Elvano tried to make sure once again. There was no answer to make the man sure, Anta was indeed completely asleep.
A faint smile appeared on Elvano's lips. With both hands, Elvano shifted Anta to her cot, then reclined while hugging the girl.
"Because tomorrow you're gone, I want to hug you all night." Elvano muttered, starting to close his eyes.
