Beautiful Undead

Beautiful Undead
Chapter 2's

After finishing the bath, Nathania below returned to the room and aided the servants to prepare. That is, give and beautify himself with some trinkets made of jewels or diamonds.

"Your Majesty, I hope you don't act in front of the Duke later," Sabrina said, pleading politely as she covered her still-red face in light of Nathania's behavior last time.

Nathania who heard the reprimand, glanced at Sabrina with a flat gaze. "Should I listen to the servant?' ask her, without using a haughty tone.

Sabrina who heard that was immediately shocked. He immediately apologized for his disrespectful treatment. He had forgotten that Nathania was experiencing memory forgetfulness, and it was possible that the natural attitude of nobles who did not want to be justified by the lower standing of him, had been emblazoned.

Sabrina slightly lowered her head, and said, "Sorry for my disrespect, Your Majesty. I am not careful in speaking. With-"

"I'm just kidding, Miss Sabrina. You don't have to be so tense" Nathania chirped, making Sabrina's head look up again at the reflection of Nathania's face from the mirror.

"Aren't you angry?" sabrina asked, looking awkward and feeling that Nathania's attitude was strange enough to just be called a joke.

Nathania stared at the reflection of Sabrina's figure from the mirror. "Ah .. sorry, I don't seem to be good at kidding."

Sabrina blinked her eyes several times, revealing a foolish expression and making Nathania feel even more guilty for playing tricks on her.

Hc .. tok ....

Nathania's bedroom door was slowly knocked, making two women who were feeling awkward with each other, turn to the source of the sound.

"I will open the door" Sabrina said, rushing towards the door and seeing who was ahead.

"Mr Carlos? What are you doing here?' sabrina asked, speaking to a 22-year-old man, who was standing in front of her at the moment.

"I heard Nathania was awake. Can't I go in?" A man with blond hair looked in and saw the stature of his little sister, sitting in front of the glass. "Can't you come in?" the man said again, as if talking to Nathania.

Nathania, who did not know who it was, glanced at Sabrina and asked for an explanation of her identity.

"He was the first child of the Duke, Miss. He is your Brother. Her name-"

"Carlos Ellworth's. You don't remember me, either?" Carlos managed to break in from the goalkeeper, Sabrina who was standing at the door, to block his way.

Nathania stood up and approached Carlos. "You are the successor of this family? The eighth generation head candidate?" the chirps, look awkward and unfamiliar.

Carlos turned towards Sabrina with a sour look. "He really doesn't recognize me, does he?"

Sabrina who heard that, immediately reviewed a wry smile and nodded lightly. "As you can see, Your Majesty. Miss Nathania doesn't remember anything about her."

Carlos nodded in understanding after hearing Sabrina's explanation. Although he had actually heard of this from Father and the healer in their residence, but after seeing the situation of Nathania directly, he said, Carlos is now completely convinced that his sister has forgotten her memory after experiencing severe pain a few days ago.

Carlos grabbed both of Nathania's hands and grasped them gently. "It's okay, Nathania. Sooner or later you will get your memories back," he said, with a sad expression and a very soft voice.

Nathania who was treated like that, felt a little awkward because in his life as "Erika" there was never a man who dared to be presumptuous to make physical contact like this except the place of his best friend.

"Em .. yeah, all right. I will try my best," Nathania replied, calm an awkward voice and a stiff-looking expression. "So, can you let go of my hand? If it's too long in the hand, my hand will sweat and it's not comfortable" she said, in a soft voice.

Carlos who heard that instantly removed both his hands from the hands of the younger brother and apologized politely. "I'm sorry that I've acted as I please. I hope you're not angry, Nathania."

Carlos smiled when he heard Nathania calling him "Sister" while showing an awkward and unsure expression.

"Yes, you can call me that for now. May you quickly remember the 'favorite' call you made to me, Nathania."

***

Nathania walked one step behind Sabrina who was leading her way to Duke Carlin's room. The one who is referred to as the "Father" of Nathania who is played by Erika today.

Sabrina glanced towards Nathania through the tail of her eyes. He looked at Nathania who from earlier continued to look around without getting bored.

"You're memorizing the road, miss?" sabrina chirps, making Nathania shift her focus on the female servant.

"That includes. I just want to look around my new house" Nathania explained, briefly.

But again, Nathania's words made Sabrina feel a little confused when she heard it.

"This is indeed your home, Your Majesty. This house belongs to your family. So this is not your new home" Sabrina said, with a sad expression and a moody tone.

"Yes, for someone who remembers things like you. Of course, this residence became like a home. But for me, the one who lost his memory completely! This house feels like a new home. It felt quite strange and cold, because I seemed to know no one and was forced to live in this place. I hope you don't misunderstand that" Nathania explained, with a firm voice and a cold expression.

Sabrina did not reply, she only slightly lowered her head and showed a more dominant grim expression towards the sense of sadness.

"We've arrived, Your Majesty." Sabrina tells them when they both arrive at a room with a door twice as big as Nathania's door.

"This is the study, Duke?" nathania asked, staring at the large door with these ancient carvings before her, with a glance without letting out the slightest expression.

"Yes, Your Majesty. I'll ask permission to enter for you first. Please wait here for a moment" Sabrina said, speaking to a doorman dressed as a knight.

The knight nodded and stared at Nathania at a glance. When both eyes were fixed directly on Nathania's eyes, the young knight looked down respectfully and immediately walked into the room to ask for permission so that Nathania could enter.

Clem ....

The door opened from the inside after a while the knight went inside. But strangely enough, it was not the knight who opened the door but rather a 15-year-old boy.

The boy looked sad. But as his eyes looked towards Nathania, a smile that seemed forced to rise from his lips was clearly visible.

"You are conscious, Your Majesty. It's good to see you're healthy" said the young man, bowing respectfully and showing courtesy.

"Who's your name?" nathania asked, in a soft voice and polite intonation.

The young man immediately looked towards Sabrina, showing a puzzled expression as he did not know what had happened to this older sister of his.

"Sorry Prince Azel. Looks like you haven't heard the news about Miss Nathania who lost her memory because you just came home from academics" Sabrina explained, with a sour face.

"What's? Brother lost his memory?"
