"Thank you, Miss. We didn't think that you brought a lot of food for all of you. Well, then"
"I'm just preventing the madness you're doing to your fellow humans." Erika stared intently at the educators. "Don't overdo it and eat enough. Then let me ask you a few questions" he said, looking cold and indifferent.
But deep in the hearts of the people, they knew that Erika was not the bad and cruel person she had shown.
For if he were a cruel man, he would not bring them food and cook for them.
"Good, Miss. We will answer any questions for you. Please say, what makes you curious" said a middle-aged woman, holding her daughter who was eating the smoked meat cooked by Erika herself.
Erika looked at the residents who started to notice her with a waiting gaze.
Sighing deeply, Erika prepared herself to face the expressions of the residents after hearing what she said.
"You guys, why let the residents out of the border? Not just here, but on the other border they do the same. What triggered your attitude to the point of being mean to your own brother." Erika noticed their expressions which slowly started to turn sour and agitated. "Can I know why?"
The middle-aged woman looked towards the other residents. "Can you not pass the punishment on to us after we explain it?" the woman asked, with a squeaking voice like a mouse cornered by a hunter.
Erika looked at Crown Prince Justin who had been watching them without saying anything.
Crown Prince Justin nodded his head. Signs, Erika must agree to their request.
Erika let out a long sigh and stared back at the middle-aged woman with such a steadfast heart. "All right, I'll do that. But please explain from the beginning until the middle of this bad event can happen!"
The residents there nodded their heads enthusiastically and docked, surrounding Erika and Crown Prince Justin.
It was as if they were deliberately setting up the formation to tell each other stories, so that their two kind-hearted guests could hear the happenings of several people at once.
"At first there was a witch who claimed to come from the empire. He had a thick darkness. Surprisingly, we felt a little doubt when he revealed his identity."
"Then? What happened to him and what did he tell you until it got so bad like this?!" erika asked, with a frown that was already wrinkled deep.
"Isn't that so simple, Miss Erika?!" Crown Prince Justin began to speak up, leading some to turn their eyes on the man.
"What do you mean, Your Majesty?" Erika showed a serious expression. Signs he does not understand the meaning of the words of Crown Prince Justin.
The man smiled and began to explain. "Isn't it all easy? The witch who had been found out that her identity was fake, must have done something bad to them. Like a curse, maybe?!"
The residents were shocked when they heard the explanation. Not because something he said was bad, but Crown Prince Justin's words were very precise with his reality.
"Why did you know that, sir? We haven't even told you where you can suspect that. But how-" a middle-aged man seemed confused by the intuition that Crown Prince Justin gave him.
"I've been living side by side for quite some time with the witches, sir. Of course I know their good or bad habits. After all, all witches have the same nature and are not much different from each other." Crown Prince Justin stared at Erika and smiled. "Just like humans who have traits that are not much different from each other. Witches are like that too."
The residents nodded in understanding with Crown Prince Justin's explanation. They did not think that any noble would be able to understand the thorny matter for them, so easily. As if the problem wasn't something big.
"Alright, but I still can't estimate what curse the witch gave you. But if you see this chaos, lest you be cursed not to have empathy for others huh?" chirps Crown Prince Justin, again just a guess.
"No, Your Majesty. He did not curse us. He just hypnotized us with some magic rich guy that we didn't understand. What is clear is that we are encouraging one person from the population to come out of the border, to be made into a mashup or food of the supernatural beings that are across there," obviously a man gave off a white beard, which seemed to be an elder from this village.
"But after you pushed one of the residents out of the border, did you face a period of peace from the monsters?" asked Erika, got a nod of the head from the residents compactly.
Erika turned her head towards Crown Prince Justin who looked surprised and a little confused by the words.
"I know he had bad intentions by hypnotizing you. But it doesn't seem like he's trying to keep hurting you." Erika got up from her seat and looked at the people around her with a stern look. "If you can tell me the witch's features, we'll try to find her."
"Sa-I can paint that guy for you!" said a 12-year-old young girl, raising her hand with a hesitant face.
Erika and Crown Prince Justin smiled happily. "Good! Then do it for us."
"Good, Sir."

David was standing in the main doorway with both hands resting on either side of his waist.
Madame Sanah who had seen the behavior of Mr. David, could only occasionally smile and mock him.
"Master, Miss Erika and Crown Prince Justin won't be coming home even if you're doing that attitude all day." Madam Sanah said, while busy taking care of dinner in the kitchen. "Isn't it any good if you send the eagles a message so that they both come home quickly? It was late enough to wander outside. They should be back soon, right?" his suggestion.
David nods briefly and calls some of his pet eagles and gives them orders to search for the whereabouts of his younger sister and Crown Prince Justin.
Five minutes after he had sent the eagles away, two men and a woman were riding towards his house.
David knew for sure that it was Erika and Crown Prince Justin. But shabby clothes and a rancid smell were transmitted from their bodies, making David immediately close his nose as soon as he welcomed the arrival of the two in front of the yard.
"Ugh ... Where did you guys actually end up hunting? Then, where are your hunts? You didn't bring him?!" chirps David, help those two take care of their horses both.
"Shut up, Brother! I was very upset at someone" Erika chirped, making David instantly shut his mouth and look at Crown Prince Justin who gave a sour and doubtful expression each time faced with the glare of Erika's sharp eyes.
David began to digest the atmosphere between the two well. "There must have been a bad thing going on between the two of them. But, what is it?" batinya, began to guess the problems of both.
