Chapter 30's

David returns home with a few hunts after he exterminates some of the Monsters he saw on the northern border.

"Mrs Sanah, can you help me carry these things?" asked Mr. David, to the female dwarf who now lives with them in Erika's house.

Madam Sanah who got the call from older brother Erika, immediately turned her head and rushed over to her half-run.

"There's no need to run like that, Mrs Sanah. I'm not asking you to hurry" said David, commenting on a wry smile as he watched Mrs Sanah walk in limp only to chase after her.

Madam Sanah who was already in front of Mr. David, immediately took some vegetables and hunted beasts, to help him bring in.

"My legs are short enough to walk slowly, Mr. David. I will take a lot of time just to walk. That's why running, it's my skill!" obviously Madam Sanah, cultivate a sincere smile.

Mr. David who heard that only scratched his head that did not itch and walked into the house, looking for the whereabouts of there was a woman and Crown Prince Justin.

But unfortunately, Mr. David did not find the two of them and did not even see the two horses in the stable. And the two horses belonged to Erika and Crown Prince Justin.

"Are they both gone?" mr. David asked, again walking in to see Mrs Sanah who had been in the kitchen, after she checked the stables.

"Yes, Mr. David. They were out to check other border areas because they did not receive a reply from the border guards" explained Mrs Sanah, got a nod from Mr. David.

"Once, okay. I was in front to bathe my horse. You just prepare the dinner without hurry, Mrs Sanah."

Madam Sanah nodded her head in understanding and let Mr. David leave the place.

While two people who were traveling on some border, did not seem to enjoy the scenery around the border.

Many human corpses are laid with a terrible body condition. Many of their organs were missing, as were their hands, feet, and head.

None of their body parts are intact. Everything was lost one by one and also many bones were scattered even piled up, like deliberately stacked into small hills.

"Miss Erika, isn't this kind of scene so terrifying?" crown Prince Justin asked, staring at Erika's truly ugly facial expression.

"I can even suppose that the humans and animals that exist outside of this border, are indeed deliberately left for the masters to prey so that they do not infiltrate into the border." Erika let out a rude sigh and refused Crown Prince Justin. "Actually what did the imperial witches do to deal with this matter, Your Majesty?! They were so lazy that they uprooted so many people!" he said, sounding angry.

Crown Prince Justin sighed tiredly and apologized to Erika.

Though Crown Prince Justin has asked the imperial family to guard the border well.  It even asked them to send some soldiers as well as magicians to perform the task.

But when looking at the situation outside the border was so dire like this, it seemed that all Crown Prince Justin's requests were not done by them well.

In fact, it may not have been heard by Kastara because she was still angry because Crown Prince Justin did not choose to go home, and continued to travel with these two great witches.

"Really forgive me, Miss Erika. This sort of thing should never have happened." Crown Prince Justin sighed violently a few times. "But things are so bad everywhere. Really forgive my mistake."

The two beads of Erika's eyes that originally had a deep brown color, slowly began to turn blood red and the killing aura that came out from behind her back really felt terrifying.

But for Crown Prince Justin who had been frequent or used to seeing the girl change, he did not feel the slightest fear.

In fact, some of the creatures that were about to approach them immediately stepped back and kept a safe distance so that their existence was not detected by Erika's vision.

"Before leaving, I will take care of some creatures that already live in this place to wait for the next prey. Hahhh .. Maybe I will also make a double protection so that they can't get to this border." Erika glanced towards Crown Prince Justin. "If you want to see the conditions of the settlements around the border, I will allow it. But please come back when the sun has already started to set."

Crown Prince Justin nodded his head and immediately left Erika alone at the venue.

He broke through the border with his horse and roamed around the residential area which turned out to be in a terrible state.

Glacier ....

Crown Prince Justin gulped his saliva hard to see the starving residents and ate each other like cannibals.

"What happened to all of you?!" crown Prince Justin asked, keeping all the attention of the residents glued to his horse.

Seeing the ferocious gazes from the residents, Crown Prince Justin immediately retreated, keeping a distance from them and leaving the area as the residents began to chase after him with their sinister expressions.

Crown Prince Justin exits the border and searches for the whereabouts of Miss Erika.

Not far from his place out of the border, he saw the figure of Erika who had been drenched in blood after killing one creature.

"Miss Erika!" call Crown Prince Justin, making Erika turn her head while expecting the blood that soaked her face.

"You're back? That's fast. How's things going inside?" asked Erika, walking a few steps closer to the position Crown Prince Justin was standing.

"Very bad! No one is sane. It seemed like they had been starving for days and had only survived with water. If only I could hunt around here for food, would you allow it?" crown Prince Justin asked, really hoping.

But Erika quickly shook her head while putting her sword back inside the sheath.

"No need to hunt. Just bring those bear meat to them! 6 crazy bears that I just cleared up. Isn't that more than enough for the villagers around?" erika asked, commenting on the haughty smile while pointing with her thumb, towards the back.

More precisely on the bodies of the 6 large bears he had just killed for trying to attack him.

Crown Prince Justin looked in that direction and smiled happily. "You are the best, Miss!"

Erika smiled proudly. "I know that, hahaha ...."
