Chapters. 12 - Xiao Ruo II

”How is he currently doing?” xiao Lian Lei asked after she found out that her son had fallen from a tree.

A male healer who had just checked the state of Xiao Qing Xuan replied, ”Young master only has a fever. He must have been very exhausted after playing around. Let him rest for a few days until his condition improves.”

”No! If it was just a fever, it would be impossible to be this severe even to the point of making him vomit blood. There must be something wrong here.” Liu Zhang Chen who suspects the diagnosis of the healer in front of him.

Liu Zhang Chen stared at Physician Wen with a serious look and asked, ”Tabib Wen, why did you poison this child? Do you have a grudge against him?”

”Xuan'er? You're sober?” xiao Lian Lei asked as he walked up to her.

A while after, everyone left except for Xiao Ruo who was still waiting there. He did not want to leave Xiao Qing Xuan alone in his room because of that, he decided to remain silent even though Xiao Qing Xuan would be mad at him.

”Why are you still here?! I've asked all of you to leave without exception!” ketus Xiao Qing Xuan while looking at Xiao Ruo in annoyance.

”Who are you calling sister? I still don't accept it.” Xiao Qing Xuan said.

Xiao Ruo lowered his gaze and his face looked disappointed. He sighed again and said, ”Sister Xuan might hate me but, I will still stand next to you!” he said enthusiastically.

Xiao Qing Xuan turned her attention and muttered, ”Think! I want to sleep!” he said as he pulled the blanket and turned his back to Xiao Ruo who was still standing there.

The atmosphere instantly became quiet and silent. Xiao Ruo remained silent on the spot without doing anything. Then, a moment after, Xiao Qing Xuan glanced at Xiao Ruo and said, ”... Oh yes, thank you for bringing me here. If you're not around, maybe I've been the food of the magic animals there.”

Xiao Ruo looked extremely surprised after hearing that. This was the first time Xiao Qing Xuan had thanked him. As he continued to think about it, Xiao Ruo did not realize that he was currently in tears. So moved that he made his breath sob.

11 Years later, Xiao Qing Xuan was shocked by the existence of Xiao Ruo who should have died a few months ago. He also opened his bamboo hat so that he could see Xiao Ruo very clearly.

”He's the one who killed them all? Since when? Who brought him back?” inner Liu Zhang Chen who looked at him seriously.

”Why did you become like this, Brother Ruo? I believe you are a good person but, why have you changed so much this time?” xiao Qing Xuan asked as she walked over to him slowly.

Xiao Ruo was speechless without staring at Xiao Qing Xuan. He looked sad and did not dare to show his face at this moment. His two bloodied hands trembled and his steps continued to move backwards.

”Sorry, brother Xuan. Please do not approach.” Xiao Ruo's pinta that made Xiao Qing Xuan's move instantly came to a halt.
