Chapters. 37 - Ice Water

”Master! Young master!” exclaimed a servant girl who entered without permission and tried to wake up Xiao Qing Xuan who was still fast asleep.

”Young master! Young master!” continue a few male servants standing next to his dip.

Feeling uneasy about being called young master, Xiao Qing Xuan finally woke up by directly throwing her blanket at the servants who tried to wake her up while she was having a good dream. ”... What do you want?! Don't see if I'm sleeping?!” snapped Xiao Qing Xuan without opening her eyes at all.

Some of the servants immediately put down the blankets and said, ”Young master, the villagers of Yunnan and Fujian came here! Again, they talked about the problem of the theft committed by the village of Yunnan.”

”Bodo time! I don't care about them.” said Xiao Qing Xuan who instantly hid her face using a pillow.

The servant girl again said, ”But, Young master. The people are currently on a blood ride. They're fighting each other's mouths out there.”

Xiao Qing Xuan pointed towards the door and said, ”Tell all of this to Brother Ruo! He can definitely solve it very easily.”

Suddenly the atmosphere of silence occurred when before, there were dozens of people who snapped and shouted out there. Then, shortly after, Xiao Ruo entered the room and was clearly visible outside the door, there were already dozens of people who looked frightened to speak. They were all just silent, not wrinkled like a fish in water.

”Is this some kind of secret move?!” the inner one of the servants looked astonished after the silence happened instantly.

Right now, Xiao Ruo had been standing amongst the few servants who were trying to wake Xiao Qing Xuan up. At this moment, his eyelids looked blackened. It was like not sleeping for years as if he did not want to meet his own dream.

”Adik Xuan! Wake up!” xiao Ruo said as he grabbed onto Xiao Qing Xuan's shoulder however, Xiao Qing Xuan refused to get up and remained in the same position.

One of the male servants said, ”Sorry, young master. We had tried to wake him up but, Young master Xiao did not want to get out of his bed.” he said with fear because he had just seen the killing air belonging to Xiao Ruo that made the entire village of Yunnan and Fujian not wince.

Despite that, Xiao Ruo still did a good way to wake Xiao Qing Xuan up. However, after ten minutes he continued to try, Xiao Ruo's patience finally decreased so, making him seem angry just from seeing the extremely difficult Xiao Qing Xuan to awaken.

In the end, Xiao Ruo told the female servant to leave and the male servant remained in the room to help him. Then, after the female servant left and closed the door tightly, Xiao Ruo began to think of a very powerful thing to wake up someone who was very difficult to wake up.

”Prepare the bathtub in front of her bed. Then, you fill it with water and ice.” said Xiao Ruo.

One of the waiters refused by saying, ”But, young master!” however, that remark was rejected by Xiao Ruo who had run out of patience.

Shortly after, a bathtub filled with water and ice was in front of his bed. A cold chill was felt when the bathtub was in their midst. And at that very instant, Xiao Ruo directly pulled the collar of Xiao Qing Xuan's clothes and then, he deliberately put it in a tub of cold water so, that, it made Xiao Qing Xuan instantly wake up and feel shivering all over her body.

Xiao Qing Xuan directly stared at Xiao Ruo with an annoyed expression and asked, ”Why did Brother Ruo throw me into the cold water?!”

”Should this be the way?” cut off Xiao Qing Xuan who looked extremely angry at him. ”Don't I tell you that I'm handing over all these tasks to Brother Ruo alone? Didn't you guys say it?” xiao Qing Xuan asked the few male servants who were next to her.

”Why hand it to me?” asked Xiao Ruo. ”... Right now Brother Xuan is still in the position of young master. A task like this alone, you've given it to someone else. I can't imagine what it would be like if you were the next head of the family. Shortly after Xiao Ruo left his room, Xiao Qing Xuan seemed speechless in her daydream. For the first time Xiao Ruo was acting coldly towards her. It was as if he had met and talked to someone else. He was definitely not the real Xiao Ruo! Someone must have influenced him!

One of the waiters came with a towel and a change of clothes for him, ”Young master. I'll wash you and help change clothes.”

Xiao Qing Xuan was stunned upon hearing that. He then tried to get out of the tub but, suddenly, he felt stiff in all his joints. ”My body is stiff as wood! How's this?” he said while staring at some servants nearby.

Meanwhile, Xiao Ruo who had just walked out of the room was in disbelief that he would be able to hit him like that. He hit the wall many times and leaned in front of him.

”In the end, I can treat little brother Xuan like everyone else. In this way, at least he will not rely on me anymore.” Xiao Ruo muttered as he looked at his palm that had quite severe burns. ”... Still is. My destiny as a dead man is inevitable. This body won't last long. What Hui Song said was true. After all, this body was just a lump of flesh that would rot and burn to ashes. When he saw her go away, Liu Zhang Chen held onto her shoulder that had come into contact with Xiao Ruo. He looked anxiously at Xiao Ruo's departure and muttered, ”Her body is very cold and her heart is not beating at all. Hui Song is still a deceitful god. Why does he want to go there?”
