Being a Paralyzed Doctor Bride

Being a Paralyzed Doctor Bride
Chapters 11. Calm Yourself

"You don't feel sorry for our parents if we get divorced? Can you carve a disappointment in their hearts?"

The sentence that just came out of Andri's lips actually made Yuan sick. He rubbed his tears again which were still flowing. The woman took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly.

"Then, if it continues, does my heart not get more broken and hurt? Don't be selfish, Mom!"

"I'm not selfish I just ...." Andri's words hung in the air as it was cut by Yuan.

"What only? Ha's? Now this is it ...." Yuan took a deep breath, then exhaled it violently.

"We tell the woman to leave here, or am I leaving?" asked Yuan in a firm voice.

Andri was again made silent by his wife. If he could choose, he wanted Yuan and Pearl to stay. But surely that is impossible.

Yuan who saw the husband daydreaming and looking silent finally smiled wryly. He went to the cupboard and took his suitcase out of there. The woman put all her clothes in the suitcase.

Andri swiftly approached Yuan, then pushed the wife's suitcase using the end of her wheelchair. Yuan's suitcase finally shifted to hit the door. Yuan immediately stared intently at the husband with tears flooding back into his cheeks.

"What do you want, Mas!" yelled Yuan frustrated with the deflated chest.

"Stay here! The pearls will go away after giving birth to the baby!"

"Then after that? You're gonna love that baby, and dump me? Didn't he? Or are you using me here to be his nanny, then marry that woman? Tega you, Mas! How can I live one roof with a person my husband still loves? I never thought about how I felt, Mom!" yelled Yuan among the broken sobs.

The commotion in the room of a couple was heard to the ears of Drini and Anton. They immediately got out of bed and walked quickly to the son's room. After arriving at the door of Andri and Yuan's room, Drini rushed to knock her fingers on the wooden object.

Shortly after, the door of the room opened. Drini was wide-eyed to see the condition of the room and the feelings of its inhabitants were chaotic. He walked up to Yuan who was now sitting limp with his back leaning against the closet.

"Why are you, Nduk?" ask Drini gently.

"Mom, Yuan believes in Mother. But, why did you come to lie to Yuan about the Pearl? Why didn't I tell you that Mas Andri had a girlfriend? Pantesan Mbak Tiara always looks at me cynically!"

Hearing sobs and sentences expressed by the son-in-law made Drini's heart sliced. He immediately cried. The woman hugged Yuan and tried to calm the son-in-law down.

"Sorry, Yuan. Mom had no other choice. At first I was also shaken because I did not expect Andri to do such a thing to women before marriage. But, how else? Everything is already over. Mommy can what?" Drini finally shed her tears.

"Sorry Yuan, Mom. But Yuan wants a divorce from Mas Andri. Yuan can't do this. If Mas Andri had done something like that with Mbak Tiara, it would have been great because he liked it so much. I won't be able to shift Mbak Tiara's position until anytime!"

"Ssttt, what are you talking about? She's just gonna hitchhike here till she gives birth, Nduk. After that, he'll go."

"Are we really in control of someone's feelings and thoughts, Mom? It could have been during his stay here, Madam Tiara changed her mind! Who knew he wanted to get back together with Mas Andri and become his wife? When that happens, I'll just be considered a piece of shit in this house, Mom!" Yuan's chest deflated when he imagined if it really happened to him.

"You calm down, son. You slept with Mom tonight, huh? Tomorrow I'll take you to Win's house."

Yuan was forced to agree to the mother-in-law's offer. He also could not get out of the house in this state of turmoil. Finally that night, Yuan slept with Drini.

Yuan was tired, but his eyes would not be closed. He stayed awake until dawn. After the sun shone brightly, Yuan immediately prepared to return to his mother's house.

Drini also delivered the son-in-law as promised. Along the way, Yuan remained silent and answered as necessary the questions posed by Drini. Without feeling Yuan and Drini arrived at Winarni's residence.

"Mom," said Yuan with teary eyes and a swab.

Winarni just gawked at the sudden arrival of the princess. Moreover, Yuan was ushered in by Drini in chaotic conditions. The three of them finally entered the house, then sat in the living room.

Winarni continued to hug Yuan who started to let out sobs. He tried to calm the princess. However, the more Drini calmed Yuan down, the more his daughter wept.

"Nduk, mother Denger. Your father should not hear your cries. He just got to sleep. Last night your dad said he didn't feel good for me."

"Sir, let Yuan rest. He hasn't slept all night." Drini walked slowly so as not to be heard by Siswoyo.

"What's up, to, Drini?"

"Later explain, Mother." Drini looked seriously at the besi.

Finally Winarni escorted Yuan to his room. He made the princess calm down first. Winarni returns to the living room to hear what really happened to his son.

"Sir, I wanted to say a deep apology. What I'm telling you now, patilah will make Madam Win also hurt as a mother and also a woman." Drini took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly.

"What really happened?" ask Winarti.

"A few days ago, Andri's pregnant lover came to the house. She said she was pregnant with Andri's child. Not only Yuan, I was shocked and disappointed by this incident." Drini's eyes began to glaze over and her voice trembled as she recounted the incident.

Winarni also silenced his mouth using his right hand. Now he understood why Yuan seemed to be in a state of frustration and frustration. If Drini was in that position, surely his heart would not be as strong as Yuan.

"But the woman is also self-conscious, kok, Ma'am. She said that if Andri was married, she would leave the house after giving birth. He just wants to cover all of his family in Pidie. Having no other choice, I and Mas Anton agreed to let her stay in our house."

"I'm disappointed in you!" winarni exclaimed with tears that had dripped down her cheeks.
