A very painful longing is a longing for people whose bodies have been gnawing on the ground. A longing that can never be solved in any way.
Micah was too busy thinking about the fate of her life that she forgot to visit her brother's house.
I don't know when Micah last came, he doesn't even remember.
Micah took the roses of Gilang. Micah wanted to put the roses in Maulida's house.
If Gilang does not come to apologize directly to Maulida, let the flowers represent him.
But Micah's guess was wrong. Micah's arrival at Maulida's house was greeted with a warm smile from Gilang. He also brought flowers to Maulida though not as many as the flowers given to Micah.
"We'll see you again." Gilang said slowly. Gilang's red eyes became a sign that he had just cried in front of Maulida. Micah was stunned.
Micah smiled and nodded. "Yes. It's old?"
"Udah. This is going home. I'm sorry for Maulida."
"Thank you, yeah. Brother Uli must be sorry Lo, really."
Gilang nodded his head. "Yes. Hopefully, yeah. I'll take care of you."
Micah looked at Gilang who was walking away from Maulida's tomb in lethargy.
I don't know what Gilang's thinking. Her lips were indeed smiling. But his eyes couldn't lie if he was thinking about something.
Micah took a deep breath. Nevermind, thought. He and Gilang are done. The hope is only that God will give the best for himself and Gilang.
"Hi, Brother," said Micah to a gravestone bearing the name Maulida. "Sorry, I've only come now after a long time. I was too busy thinking about my messy life" he continued.
"Say come here, brother. He's sorry for you, brother, right? Finally, huh? I hope you're sorry for him, yeah." Micah continued to speak despite only the afternoon breeze that seemed to be the answer to what he said.
"I also brought flowers from him to my sister. I love red roses too, right? I put it here, brother, let brother's house get better."
Micah arranged the flowers into a vase above the Maulida navel. While a bouquet of flowers carried by Gilang he placed next to the headstone.
"I'm saying goodbye, yes, brother. I'll be here again sometime."
There were actually a lot of things Micah wanted to tell me. But time is almost dark. Since Micah was a little timid, Micah had to go home soon.
"Shhhhh!!!"
Micah's hair stood up at once to hear the voice. Just intending to go home, Micah was already bullied.
Micah's face grew increasingly frightened as he looked in all directions, but found no one.
"Lang, Lo is still here?"
"Sttt!"
Micah's heart was pounding. His feet were trembling at the sound again. "Say no kidding!" he said he almost cried.
"Sttt!"
"Youngpam... Mamaa!!!"
Micah ran as fast as he could to leave Maulida's tomb. The gate of the cemetery was only about seventy-five meters. But it felt like Micah had to run for tens of kilometers. Far and far away.
Micah also did not want to look back. Fear of other creatures chasing him.
"Dor!!!"
"Let'soooooo!" Micah's shout along with his tightly closed eyes as his shoulder was patted by someone. "Agod! Kan, I'm not bothering you. Why are you bothering me? I just want to go to my sister's grave. Don't be nosy, dong."
Not long after, that little laugh whose voice he knew so well was heard in Micah's ears.
Slowly Micah opened both of his eyes. At that time he had seen Gavin standing before him with an innocent face already frightened Micah.
"Sir Gavin?"
"That's a big deal, anyway?"
"Don't be funny!" Micah hit hard on Gavin's arm. "I'm really scared, brother. Thankfully I don't hang. Bummer is so a person! What's the big brother doing here?"
Gavin's laughter hasn't stopped. Seeing Micah scared became her own entertainment for her.
"Not funny!" Micah quickly stepped out of Gavin's legs. It felt so upset that Gavin bullied him that he was scared.
"Sorry, Honey. Kan, just kidding."
"I said it wasn't funny."
"Mikha, wait!"
"No!"
"So someone died wanting to be buried here. I think it's in front."
Hearing this, Micah turned his back and ran towards Gavin. And neither did Gavin have the power to hold back his laughter.
"Joking again, huh? Get me again?" guess Micah while looking right and left. "Ih, no one digs a grave. Basic bummer!"
"Wait, Honey! Don't run away again."
"What, anyway, Brother? I was so happy with my sister. Do you know I'm a coward what big brother kayak is? Where in the grave again."
"Yes, sorry."
"No. I'm angry with my brother."
"Let's go."
"Will meatballs?*
"Oh, what girl am I? Time he persuaded to wear meatballs."
"Tas branded the price of four hundred million want?"
"Four hundred million to buy a bag doang very dear money. Four hundred million bought meatballs in all their stalls. You can make an effort too."
"Didn't want meatballs?"
They kept arguing all the way to the parking lot.
"Magain diet."
"A skinny person is so into a diet? Mending bigin asset let's gemoy a little."
"Oh, brother Gavin!!!"
Again Gavin could not hold back his laughter. Teasing and upsetting Micah was a pleasure for him.
That afternoon they finally ended up in a meatball stall two hundred meters from the public cemetery.
"What's at the funeral?" Micah opened his voice in between his busyness enjoying a bowl of meatballs.
"If you eat, don't talk. Could be choking later."
"So, brother also spoke."
Gavin shook his head slowly. It was not Micah that could not answer all that Gavin said.
"Remain brother to the funeral? Follow me, huh?" mikha was still curious. Evidently. That one question never got an answer.
"Nothing. Kan, did you follow? Wanna get you."
"Ih, bummer."
"Are you better off with Gilang?"
"How do you mean?"
"Cancel your divorce suit, for example."
Before answering, Micah ate a meatball first. Drink orange ice after swallowing the meatball chew.
"Java!"
"Say if you eat no more while talking."
Gavin widened both his eyes to hear Micah's reply which mimicked his earlier answer.
"It can be so hard to answer. Micah is amazing. Only Micah would dare to believe me."
"Gee. Yes, yes, Brother? Great am I?" Micah laughed loudly.
"So, just answer me, what's the trouble, anyway?"
"Where can you conclude that I'm better than Gilang? Brother's nagging, huh?"
"I didn't listen intentionally."
"That means you've been a long time, dong, at the tomb?"
Gavin was silent for a moment. "Not really. Together with you, the person in the room said I was following you, really," replied Gavin.
"Huh, get caught, right?"
"what will? I told you earlier that I was following you. Mending answers sister's question, dear Micah. Don't keep switching the conversation away."
Hearing him, Micah looked at Gavin with lips that revealed a seductive smile.
"Is it just like that smile?"
"Sister jealous, huh?"
Gavin melengos doesn't like it. All he wanted Micah to do was give an answer. Not even to ask her to guess.
"Ih, latch!"
Not wanting to see Gavin angry, Micah told him what happened today between himself and Gilang.
Gavin looked at Micah with a gaze that Micah could not understand after hearing Micah's story. The gaze kept many things that Micah felt were still kept tightly by Gavin.
"Why, Brother? Brother angry?" micah asked to finish her curiosity.
Gavin shook his head slowly. "No" he answered without taking his eyes off Micah's eyes. Micah until his wrong behavior.
"Then?"
"I'm proud of you" said Gavin accompanied by a gentle swipe at Micah's head.
