Chapter 18's

"Follow me."

Yejin pulls Yeri's hand to follow her, but Yeri continues to rebel, releasing her hand from Yejin, but in vain. Yejin remained unwilling to let go of Yeri's hand, until they were at the back of the faculty building.

"Take off" said Yeri and pulled her hand from Yejin's grasp.

"Explain to me, why do your wrists hurt so much? You why Yeri-a? What's wrong with you?" yejin said slightly raising her voice and gripping firmly on Yeri's shoulders asking for an explanation.

"Remove, Yejin. Don't try to interfere in my life. So stop asking that question and don't bother me anymore." replied Yeri furiously and looked up at Yejin's guts.

Yejin was flabbergasted by Yeri's words and gaze. He felt he did not know the figure of Yeri in front of him at this time. Jeri before him was not the Yeri he knew.

Bugh..

Yeri walked away from Yejin by deliberately bumping into Yejin's shoulder rough, to get out of her way and make Yejin stagger slightly back.

"He changed. What's wrong with her? Did he get any more violence from his app? Why did he change so much" said Yejin staring at Yeri's back that had moved away from her.

"Then, who was the man who drove her this morning? What is Yeri's lover? But, something is strange." said Yejin again, while remembering the face of the man who drove Yeri.

"Hmm, I really miss the morning atmosphere of my country of birth. I'm happy to be back here again" Yejin said cheerfully as she walked to her new campus.

"May I make many new friends at my new campus" Yejin said excitedly.

"Oh.. Isn't that Yeri? I didn't see it wrong?" yejin said as she accidentally saw a familiar figure, Yeri, her friend.

Yejin sees Yeri in the car with a man she does not know. Yejin can clearly see Yeri's interaction with the man. The windshield was not too dark, so Yejin could see clearly the two figures who were still sitting in a parked car not far from the main gate of the campus.

"That's exactly Yeri." said Yejin happily, "That means me and Yeri are one campus. Well, I finally met my old friend again." he continued.

Yejin continued to watch Yeri who was still not getting off the car. He saw Yeri still chattering with the man who was driving her.

"Why does Yeri look like such fear?" yejin said as she saw Yeri get off the car and walk hastily away from the car.

"I have to go after Yeri. I miss her so much." said Yejin with a big smile and walked quickly after Yeri.

"I have to find out. I won't let Yeri be alone and hurt herself" Yejin said sadly.

Yejin and Yeri are friends who share the pain they feel. Yejin is the son of divorced parents. Even Yejin from childhood had to see the quarrels of her parents.

Yejin and Yeri are the same person, both having poor memory from their childhood. Their friendship used to be so tight because they shared all their bad memories with each other, but their friendship was also wrong. Because they both become students who like to truant, go together until they forget time, even they have tried drinking alcohol when they have not turned 17 years old.

Who dares to rebuke them, no one dares because they are both children of a distinguished and wealthy family in their country. Yejin and Yeri can do everything they want, because they are just children their own parents never notice.

Until, one day Mr. Park, Appa Yeri learned of the behavior of the two of them. That's when Yejin has to separate from Yeri, the only friend she has. Yeri transferred Mr. Park to Jeju. That's where their relationship started a little. However, when Yeri was in high school, Yeri was transferred back to Seoul. And it became their reunion, until they liked to ditch together again even though they were different schools.

"Sorry Yejin-a." said Yeri while hiding behind the walls of the warehouse while watching Yejin who was still silent at their place earlier.

"Darling, thank you for taking me shopping so much" said one spoiled woman.

"Beloved together. Anything for you." replied Hwan while peeling the back of the woman's hand.

"Darling, you're staying here tonight, right? When did you break up with that girl? I don't want to keep having a relationship like this. I want you to be mine." said the woman with a look of annoyance.

Hwan was in the woman's apartment, they had just returned home after spending time together with shopping at the mall.

"You're a cunning man, baby. But I love you."

"I love you too, A Yeong-a..."

Kang A Yeong, the woman who became Hwan's affair almost 1 year. Hwan is a cunning and greedy man. He establishes a relationship with Yeri only to make use of Yeri's wealth. He always relied on Yeri's finances to let him have fun with A Yeong, the woman he had been cheating on.

"You're ordering lunch?" ask A Yeong.

"Of course baby. You order food from expensive restaurants. My money is still very much." replied Hwan arrogantly.

"Hmm, you're the best, baby." said A Yeong, peeping at Hwan's lips.

Drrt...

hwan's mobile phone vibrating voice shifted his attention, he immediately grabbed his phone that was on the table. Vibrate the phone from the notification of the message received by Hwan.

When reading the incoming messages he received. Hwan immediately turned his face cold, and clasped his phone tightly.

"Darling, I have to go. You don't mind eating lunch by yourself?" pamit and ask Hwan.

"Hm, did he act again? Even if I arrest you, you'll still go see that girl?" asked A Yeong flatly.

"Sorry dear."

"Go away.. I'll have lunch by myself."

"Thank you dear. I'll be back soon, I'll go first." said Hwan while peeping A Yeong's darling forehead.

Yeri was walking lethargic on the side of the road, he continued to walk without knowing the direction and destination. Yeri was feeling guilty for yelling and being rude to Yejin. He really can't control his emotions.

Yeri kept walking, she even ignored her phone which kept vibrating in her bag. Yeri's gaze was so empty and her mind kept twisting the bad memories she had. Till...

Yeri was pulled back by a man. Yeri almost got hit by a car if only the man did not swiftly pull Yeri off the street.

"Suncle.." Inner Yeri.

Yeri was in the arms of the man who had saved her. He can hear the sound of the man's heartbeat that has saved him and Yeri subconsciously returns the man's embrace, because of the comfort that Yeri feels.

"You want to die" said the man in a heavy voice.

Yeri did not reply she just remained silent and hugged the man. It was as if he was looking for comfort for a place where he was unwinded and the burden of his mind. Yet..

Akh...

"You have the courage to be behind me until you hug another man in public" said Hwan after pulling Yeri's hand rough from the arms of the man who saved Yeri.

"I'll teach you a lesson, little jal*ng." said Hwan whispered in Yeri's ear, and immediately pulled Yeri away from the place.
