Chapter 24's

In the afternoon Soo Jae comes to see Yeri again. As he said yesterday, if Soo Jae will come back to visit Yeri.

After finishing all his work at the office, he immediately rushed to the hospital to visit Yeri. He stopped by to buy fruit and flowers. As he is now in the flower shop to give to Yeri, yet Soo Jae is still confused and thinking hard, to bring what kind of flowers to Yeri.

"What flowers should I buy? A rose?" ask Soo Jae confused at her,

"But, isn't a rose just to give to a lover? Me and Yeri were just friends.. Haish then I have to bring her what flowers?!" su Jae is confused.

"Sorry sir, how can I help you?" ask the flower shop employee who approached Soo Jae.

"Can you tell me, what flowers are suitable for visiting a close friend of a woman, who is ill?" su Jae answered asking a question.

"Ah, would you like to buy flowers for your sick lover?"

"Not lover. Just a friend." Soo Jae replied quickly.

"Well, sir, I'll have a flower bucket ready for you."

The store clerk immediately prepares flowers for Soo Jae. 10 Minutes later the store clerk returned to supervise one bucket of roses with different types.

"Roses? Isn't a rose just for lovers? I'll give it to my girlfriend not my boyfriend." Soo Jae asked.

"Master, roses are not only related to romance to be given to lovers only. The rose jug..."

"Already, no need to explain. I'll take this." said Soo Jae, accepting his bucket and handing over his blackcard to pay.

After completing the payment, Soo Jae immediately left the flower shop and headed to where his car was parked.

"I hope Yeri likes it. This flower is beautiful just like Yeri." said Soo Jae when he was in the car.

Soo Jae smiled warmly looking at the flowers she was going to give to Yeri.

Soo Jae immediately drove his car to the hospital which was not far from the flower shop where he stopped by.

Hospitals...

In Yeri's nursery, now there are both Yeri's parents and Hwan who is still looking after Yeri. However, as Hwan looks after Yeri, the two of them do not talk much and Yeri always chooses to sleep instead of having to chat with Hwan who he thinks is a stranger.

"Appa. There's something I want to talk about." said Hwan, who had been sitting on Yeri's nursery couch, facing off with Yeri's parents.

"What's up Hwan? Say it." replied Mr. Park.

"I want to propose to Yeri and want to marry her immediately" Hwan said without hesitation and nervousness.

The two parents of Yeri who heard that were a little surprised, will be the proposal submitted by Hwan.

"Are you serious, Hwan? You know for yourself, don't you know how Yeri is doing now? Are you sure you want to talk about that now?" ask Mr. Park.

"Yes Hwan. Yeri still thinks you're a stranger, because of her memory loss. How can you want to immediately marry her, in the condition of Yeri who is still not fully recovered and remember herself." said Ms. Park.

"It is precisely because of that, appa eomma. I want to marry Yeri soon, so that I can help Yeri remember everything about herself and the people around her." replied Hwan confidently.

"But.."

It's not over, Miss Park finished her speech. The outpatient door opens and displays the figure of Soo Jae who just came, with both hands carrying fruit and flower buckets.

"Soo Jae, are you coming? Come in." welcome Mr. Park to get out of his seat with a warm smile and go straight to Soo Jae.

"Yes, sir, I promised Yeri to come see her again" Soo Jae replied,

"Yes, let's go see Yeri." take Mr. Park.

"Madam, this." said Soo Jae handed over the fruit he was under.

"Geez, why are you so bothered. Next time, there is no need to pay anything" said Ms. Park received the fruit with a warm smile.

"No fuss, madam."

Soo Jae's attention is suddenly distracted from Yeri's parents, looking at Hwan who is still sitting on the sofa.

They both looked at each other coldly. Because Hwan recognizes Soo Jae. The man who had hugged Yeri in public and made Hwan feel emotion until Yeri jumped out of his car.

"She was still asleep not yet awake after lunch. But it looks like he'll wake up right away if he finds out you came to see him." replied Ms. Park.

"Yes, madam."

Soo Jae also approached Yeri who was fast asleep on her bed. He looked at the face of Yeri who did not look pale.

"Beautiful." Soo Jae's inner self with a thin smile.

Soo Jae still continues to look at Yeri's face that is asleep in sleep and without Soo Jae realizing, Miss Park is standing next to him.

"Why do you just shut up?" ask Miss Park after patting Soo Jae's shoulder gently.

"Sorry lady. I can't bear to wake Yeri." Soo Jae replied.

"Let eomma wake up."

Madam Park also stroked Yeri's head and slightly bowed closer to Yeri's face.

"Dear, wake up. Soo Jae is here." Park slowly woke Yeri up.

Yeri blinked her eyes slowly waking up from her sleep and smiled sweetly at seeing Soo Jae beside her eomma.

"I'm waiting for you, oppa." said Yeri with a distinctive hoarse voice waking up.

Soo Jae also returned Yeri's smile with a warm smile.

"Here, I bought it for you" Soo Jae said by giving her flower bucket to Yeri.

"Thank you oppa. The flowers are beautiful."

The two of them looked at each other deeply and smiled warmly. It was as if there was a familiar feeling between them.

"I feel comfortable around her." Soo Jae and Yeri's inner selves together as if their inner selves are tied together.

Leg.deg...

Soo Jae and Yeri's heart beats, though only they can feel it.

Lady Park who is still standing near Yeri's bed and is next to Soo Jae, just being able to smile warmly looks at Soo Jae and Yeri who are staring at each other warmly with smiles engraved on their faces.

The day has changed the night, Soo Jae decided to leave after spending the afternoon to meet with Yeri. Now he had walked to the parking lot of his car which was in the hospital parking lot.

"Wait!!!!" hwan said he stopped Soo Jae's footsteps when he was about to enter his car.

Soo Jae turned her back on her head because she recognized Hwan's voice. He put on a flat and cold face when dealing with Hwan.

"What's wrong?" ask Soo Jae.

"When did you know Yeri? Are you guys really having an affair?" asked Hwan in a cold tone.

Soo Jae who heard that smiled and approached Hwan.

"Since when I've known him, it's none of your business. And, we're not a cheating couple. Unlike you and Kang A-yeong." Soo Jae's reply was full of emphasis right in Hwan's ears.

Grep...

Hwan ignited emotions until he gripped the collar of Soo Jae's shirt.

"You!!!" said furious Hwan.

Srek...

Soo Jae took off Hwan's strong grip and tidied up his tie that was messy due to the grip made by Hwan.

"Keep that dirty hand away from me" Soo Jae said furiously, "And I ranked it on you. Stay away from Yeri soon, or you'll deal with me." Soo Jae continued to warn by staring hard at Hwan.

Soo Jae, who does not want to linger with Hwan, enters his car and leaves the hospital area.

"Dammit!! I'll give you a calculation." said furious Hwan saw the departure of Soo Jae's car.
