Arsenic seemed to lose the ability to speak when faced with Bellinda's parents. Since then he chose silence because he did not know what sentence is suitable for self-defense. Perhaps it was also because he was aware of his mistake and felt he deserved everything he received. All the boos from skinning his past mistakes.
Arsenic doesn't matter if the ugliness is talked to someone else. Not in front of his son. He came to mind with Colvert's gaze as he left the dining room.
“Sen? Would you like to come with me for coffee in the back garden or not?” Mr. Baldwig again offered because he had not been answered. “Rather than you staying here and hearing boring rants,”.
Bellinda gave a gesture using her head moved towards her daddy. A sign that Arsen is better off going.
Arsen who caught the movement of his ex-wife nodded. “Ya, I'm coming.” He quickly shifted the chair back and stood up. It seems that approaching and seeking the support of Lord Baldwig is much easier than the other ex-in-law.
Arsen's footsteps followed two middle-aged men. He realized that his disappearance could not be separated from the look of hatred from the hostess.
The three men sat on a chair in the back garden. The light is not too bright watering the area, but also not dark. A nice and comfortable atmosphere if to contemplate.
Three cups of coffee are on a small table. Mr. Baldwig ordered the waiter to take him there.
“Come enjoyed, while hot. Delicious slurped little by little,” said Mr. Baldwig. He grabbed the cup handle first.
It turns out that Arsen was more willing to be treated well by former in-laws. He was confused, actually what was thought by his daddy Bellinda until he had defended him and invited him to drink coffee anyway. Even ten minutes of sitting together was no offense or mention about his mistakes in the past, even chatting lightly with Mr. Dane, about business of course.
“Oh, yes? Wow ... cool. My son justu chose to freelance as an architect. He said that if you are thirty-five or married and want to manage the company.” Mr. Dane commended. “When we can cooperation. Who knows your company's business line is in line with me.”
Arsen nodded after sipping coffee. Though since deciding to come out, he had prepared himself if he would be skinned again. But, it turns out that with middle-aged men more talk about work. “Bby, but I'm not carrying a business card.”
“Let me give you the number if need.” Mr. Baldwig said as he put another cup on the table.
“You have?” ask Mr. Dane to make sure.
“Of course, he used to be my son-in-law, where maybe I did not find out his mobile number,” explained Mr. Baldwig accompanied by mild oddity.
For whatever reason, Arsen's feelings are not even desirable when dealing with the former in-laws of that one. He's getting to look like a shithead. Bellinda's dad had his number, but he didn't own or keep anything about Mr. Baldwig at all.
Apparently, faced with a kind-hearted human being that far makes Arsen look more guilty, compared to facing people who skin his mistakes. Until here he felt even more despicable and stupid because he had released an angel. It is also like having no shame because he confidently expects his ex-wife back. While he saw for himself how good Steven was, while defending him in front of everyone so that the Mistresses would stop talking about his ugliness.
Am I worth it to Bellinda? He's nice, there's a guy who has a nice personality as well who's ready to be his best man. Is the devil fit to be with angels? Is not the angel his place in heaven? Not in hell? Arsen smiled wryly mixed in with the smell after fighting with the mind. Should I let it go to someone else's?
