Bellinda's face looked serious. Before it was all too late, he had to say the whole stirring taste in his heart. The invitation has not been spread, so even if it is canceled there is still time.
“Look, Steven. I'm asking you to please, cancel this matchmaking plan, huh?” pinta Bellinda with a face full of pleading.
Steven's forehead immediately shriveled as if it did not accept. But he is not a man who is always passionate in emotions. “Why?”
“I ... don't love you, Steve. Even though you've been trying to get close to me for the past two years, but there's never a vibe of feeling in me.” Bellinda bowed as an apology.
Steven did not immediately respond. He shifted the chair backwards until the sound of a four-foot wooden squeak with the floor was heard. The man moved to sit next to Bellinda.
Steven's hand grabbed the woman's shoulder with a gentle gesture. He is not a rude person. Be Bellinda facing towards him who is sitting sideways.
“I know it's hard to grow love. Is it better to be loved than to love? I'm sure, as time goes by, if we're used to it we'll grow feelings for me too.” From that sentence alone it can be concluded that Steven refused to cancel the marriage.
The man grabbed Bellinda's hand and clasped it. “We continue, yes? I promise I will always make you happy, always in every condition. Whether it's good or bad you, I'll accept everything,” then.
“I've been married in a one-sided love position. At first I thought the taste would slowly grow over time. But, in the end it is not.” Bellinda patted Steven on the back to give understanding. “I don't want you to feel any discomfort. Better, end it here. You should know that loving alone is bad.”
Steven's lips look at a smile. He was not angry, but his hands rubbed Bellinda's smooth cheeks. “Just because you've experienced something like that, shouldn't you know how to treat the person who loves you? Because it has been in a position like me, and understand how unpleasant unilateral love.” Her fingers removed the strands of hair that covered a little of the face. “Learn love me, Bel. You wanted what I expected, right? Then, let's just try. If indeed in the end it still does not work, then the decision I will give you completely.” With a quick movement, he anchored the kiss on the forehead.
Steven was back in his seat when the waiters delivered the order. He still looks calm and not the slightest emotion even though clearly Bellinda had just refused an arranged marriage. It was like there was never any debate. “Drink, while it's cold.”
The widow was confused on how to get Steven to cancel everything. Strawberry milkshake his favorite to not succeed in making a napu to sip.
“I know you're a man with a free lifestyle, Steve. Isn't marriage just gonna curb you?” Bellinda actually does not want to bring up the problems of other people's lives. But this time it was forced. He wants to end a bond that has not been fully established.
“Several months I have stopped, and intend to stop completely after marrying you,” Steven replied while enjoying his drink.
