Call Me Rain

Call Me Rain
Proposal

Alula was still fixated, staring at the man in a neat suit standing before her. The man's gaze was so deep and gentle that Alula had misbehaved him.

"Will you marry me?" mirza asked, the man repeated his question, because Alula was silent.

Alula opened her eyes, she sighed in disbelief. In front of him now, stood two boys and an adult man with almost the same face, looking at him with a hopeful gaze.

Goody! currently, Alula felt that she was being proposed by three people at once.

"Answer Ma!" shaki exclaimed, as if impatiently waiting for an answer from the mother.

"Mama said yes!" Shaka nodded his head, as if telling Alula to do the same.

Alula was still silent, with an elusive look in her eyes. His gaze began to blur, as clear liquid began to fertilize in his eye fertilizers. Wanting to say no, He was not ready to rearrange his heart, He was not ready if again had to swallow disappointed. But a small hand that pulled his hand, making Alula's attention distracted.

"Ma." It was Shaki, the boy grabbed Alula's hand with both hands. Slowly, Shaki nodded his head. Highlight the eyes of the boy seemed to beg, Alula could see Shaki's longing for the presence of a father figure. It was not hard to believe that Alula disappointed him.

Is this a good time to break down his ego?

Alula took a deep breath, before she finally said, "Yes," she said as her tears shed.

"Alhamdulillah."

"Alhamdulillah," thanksgiving from some of the people sitting behind the big table ahead.

Can Alula see, Mirza smiled full of relief.

"Thank you" Mirza said without a voice. Alula simply replied with a nod of her head.

"Yes," cried Shaki clenched his hand. "okay." Then the boy put his index finger together and his thumb marked the person behind a large urn not far from where he was standing.

"Sasa!" hist Alula could not believe it. He wiped both his cheeks that were wet with tears.

Apparently Marsha's taking part in tonight's show. Shaki is smart enough to play with his feelings and steal his heart. Apparently, there's Marsha behind her son's attitude.

Marsha comes out of hiding with Marko. The man who has been a lover of Marsha for the past year also cooperated with his lover.

"Udah napa, stand there, pegel tau!" marsha complains while whining. Distract, so Alula doesn't get mad at him.

Mirza invited the woman in a peach-colored minidress, matching the black pantofel shoes to walk to the large table where everyone was sitting there.

"You don't think about it anymore?" mama Indri asked when Alula reached the table.

"Mah." Mah." The gaze of protest from Mirza became the answer to Mama Indri's question.

"Mama's just the name." Mama Indri giggled to see the face of the child.

"If he changes his mind, trouble me later ah. It's hard to make a plan."

Everyone laughed at Mirza's grunts, the man in a neat suit pulled a chair for Alula to sit on.

"So, is this all planned?" Alula glanced at Mirza, Marsha, Marko and her two children in turn.

"Well," said Marsha quickly. "Kiki kereeen acting." Marsha pointed her thumb. "It could be a great actor later."

Alula snorted in annoyance, she felt cheated.

"Can't do it dong—."

"There's no re-broadcast, you answered yes." Mirza cut off Alula's protest quickly. The man grinned, looking at Alula's annoyed face as her speech was cut off just like that.

"But Mama Seneng, you finally really want to be Mama's son." Mama Indri grabbed the hand of Alula who was sitting next to her. He never thought, if the feeling was so great on Alula.

"Ma—."

"You promised me, I won't be going again!"

Alula just smiled in response to Mama Indri's words.

"If he leaves, Mama's real son can go crazy" Pa Sanjaya quipped, with a mocking smile.

"Maybe he went abroad again, for the reason of taking ice bonbon," said Marko.

"Why ice bonbon, Bang?" Marsha's forehead shriveled.

"Kan, when he was out of the country he took S2, now what do you take? S2 is over, ice bonbon is over." Marko nodded with his joke.

"Ck, that's not it." Mirza clucked in annoyance, responding to Marko's joke.

"If you're married to Papa, we can sleep together, right Onty?" That innocent question came out of Shaki's mouth. Of course, since the first child seems most eager to unite both parents.

"It could be dong, baby." Marsha stroked Shaki's head. Then with a pinch of one of his cheeks.

"It hurts, Onty." The Shaki protests, which were only met with a whimper by Marsha.

"Oh, not just that. Later Shaka same Shaki can have many baby sister." Marko giggled as he looked at the sparkling faces of the two twins.

"Well .. I want five." Shaka pointed his five fingers.

"I'm ten." Shaki was no less enthusiastic, the boy even held his hands in the air.

"Eleven, let's play ball." Marko rattled with his own words.

"God ... Teach me what my son is." Mirza hit Marko's shoulder sitting not far from her, only to be blocked by Shaka.

"Dragon!" alula protests on Mirza. She doesn't like Mirza to do that, especially in front of her children.

"Have a charmer," ledek Marko, when he saw Mirza silent not continue his blow.

"Now it's clear what kind of relationship you have, it feels inappropriate if you don't ask Pa Abhi's permission first, Mir."

Ah yes, Mirza forgot that she had not asked permission nor was she officially blessed with Abhi's father. So happy, he forgot something so important.

Mirza cleared her throat, to throw off her nervousness.

"Pa Abhi, earlier I apologized for not having held a sacred event for tonight."

Abhi's father simply smiled, then nodded in response. He understood that Mirza's struggle to get to this point was not easy. Alula, is not an easy woman to reach her heart. Being able to nod and say the word 'Yes' alone, Abhi's father also felt relieved.

"I just wanted to have a dinner. But, it's like this." Mirza smiles.See a happy face there.

"Maybe, this isn't my first. It's common knowledge, how was my life in the past."

Her first marriage to Gweny was not as smooth as imagined, she felt she had failed to become a head of the family.

"But honestly, this was my first experience applying to someone."

It is undeniable, the marriage of Mirza and Gweny first, without any preparation, without a sacred application process, even though both have long been bound in an engagement. It is simply held in a simple manner, and is housed in a hospital anyway.

Mirza paused, she needed space and time to relieve her sudden heartbeat.

"I ask for the blessing of Pa Abhi, I want to marry your daughter as soon as possible" Mirza said firmly and clearly.

"After this, I promise. That no matter how difficult the trials that will come later, I will remain next to the daughter of the Father, I will make the daughter happy, keep also protect the two grandchildren of the Father."

"And ... Another one, I promise, will be a husband to Alula also a good father to my children later."

Not only Mama Indri, even Pa Sanjaya to the point of hearing Mirza speak. Never once did they hear Mirza say that sweet. Even his late wife, Gweny. They judged Mirza too rigid and too cold, so it could not create a harmonious relationship.
