The Part 58

Today the first hearing of the skeleton discovery case at the Faculty of Letters will take place.

Sandria Anastasya, the Public Prosecutor, was prepared with all the evidence and witnesses to complete the trial that day.

Likewise with the Legal Counsel of Dewi Laksmita, namely Antonio Agustaf is also ready with material refuting the demands of the Prosecutor.

Sandria and Antonio shook hands expecting smooth agenda that day.

Not long after, Johan Abadi as the Chief Justice entered the courtroom from a special door, this was accompanied by the submission of the substitute Registrar as moderator, “The Judge entered the courtroom, the audience was asked to stand.”

All participants, from the Public Prosecutor, Legal Counsel, to trial visitors simultaneously stood up to welcome the arrival in the courtroom.

After the Assembly of Judges has succeeded in occupying their respective positions, the trial participants are welcome to sit back.

Crowded court visitors filled the courtroom that day. News reports, Dewi's family and even Agia, Stevina, and Damar also accompanied To witness his mother's trial.

After a state of calm without any vote, the Chief Justice opened the hearing by mentioning the name of the state court where the trial took place, as well as the number of criminal cases. The opening of the trial ended with the hammer three times.

Next the Chief Justice asked the Public Prosecutor, “General Prosecutor, is the defendant today ready to follow the exact agenda?”

“It's ready, Your Highness.” Sandria answered with confidence.

“Defendants are welcome to enter.”

Goddess Laksmita walked in flanked by two officers and handcuffed. He was then directed to sit on the examination chair right before the Chief Justice.

Agia glanced at For who showed wakahbsendu watching her mother walk like a sickle.

“Good afternoon the accused named Dewi Laksmita, are you in good health?”

“True, Your Highness.”

“Are you ready to take part in today's conference?”

“Ready, Your Highness.”

“Are you accompanied by a legal advisor?”

“Iya, Your Grace.”

The Chief Judge then turned his gaze towards Antoni. “What is your true Legal Counsel of the defendant at this time?”

“True, Your Highness.” Antoni moved closer to the Chief Justice's table to submit a special power of attorney and a license to practice the lawyer to the Judge.

After the Chief Justice has seen the power of attorney, the letter is shown to members of the judge and the prosecutor.

“Good. Today's hearing will be presided over by myself, I hope the accused pay close attention to the details of today's agenda.”

The Public Prosecutor is then invited to read his indictment.

The visitors of the trial can't wait to hear the verdict to imprison the suspect for as long as possible.

Sandria began to reveal the facts and speculation as well as the motive of the perpetrator.

The face of the Goddess was seen relaxing on the examination chair.

“The casualty figure was found by several active students at the Faculty of Letters. Armed with a strong instinct, they dug a park in the corner of the campus and reported it to the police. After going through an investigation conducted by the police, it was found that the discovery of this skeleton was a murder case that led to the lone perpetrator, Dewi Laksmita.”

“Mother Dewi Laksmita is a school friend and also one-hundred with the victim, Asih Prabandari. The DNA of the perpetrator was found in the victim's clothes, as well as in the blade allegedly used as a weapon to take the victim's life.” Sandria, the Public Prosecutor, gave a pause on her explanation for inhaling a little oxygen. He suddenly hesitated with his explanation because he saw the gaze of a man from the court visitor's chair.

“Please continue.” The presiding judge gave the order and made Sandria aware and continued her charges.

“There was a fight between the perpetrator and the victim before the deadly stabbing right in the heart. Since the incident took place thirty-five years ago, the forensic team was unable to find out the cause of the victim's death. From the evidence we have, and the defendant's statement, we conclude that the death toll was stabbed in the core organ with a knife by the perpetrator. After killing the victim, the perpetrator dropped the victim into the park through a window using rope and plavon wood as a pulley. As the picture we include following.” Sandria showed the results of Jimmy and his team's investigation of the friction results on the second-floor plavon wood.

“The victim also inserted the victim along with evidence in the form of a knife into the ground that has been excavated previously by building workers. Isn't that right, Mother Goddess?” Sandria ended her explanation.

“Honored Your Highness the Chief Justice, whom I respect the trial participants today. I Antoni as a lawyer Mother Dewi Laksmita will refute some of the things alleged by the prosecutor. First, the defendant had no plans in the stabbing he committed against the victim. The defendant only defended himself because he had been stabbed first by the victim. Knives that are evidence are carried by the victim himself. Because of the stabs nailed by the victim, it caused physical injuries that could not be lost until recently. This proves that the victim does have the intention to hurt the suspect. Anyone on the face of this earth will put up a fight to the person who hurt him first.”

“The second, everything that the prosecutor revealed was just a guess. No witness saw the incident, let alone buried the victim alone with the injured leg? That's not possible. So much from me. Thank you.” Antoni closes his brief refutation. The opposing team is very confident and believes that no witnesses saw the incident in the past.

“Your Majesty, now allow me to ask the defendant a few things.” Sandria appealed for her permission to the Judge who answered with a brief nod.

“Defend Goddess Laksmita, from various reliable sources, you are mentioned to be in the same class when attending school first, right?”

“Iya true.”

“Information sources say that you often quarrel with victims. Is true?”

“Not true. We just exchange ideas and sometimes a little misunderstanding.”

“Very many incidents, murder cases start from misunderstanding.” Sandria smiled cynically to the Goddess who was reciprocated with a dislike gaze from the Goddess.

“There is also a mention that victims often experience verbal violence from you, even you had to lock the victim in the school warehouse. Is that true?” Sandria asked raised her tone.

“Not true. It was just an accident.”

“What's the truth victims often beat you in various fields?” Sandria subtly mentioned the sentence.

Sandria often conducts psychological training to intimidate the interlocutor by controlling and controlling his mind.

Assertiveness as a prosecutor can strengthen themselves professionally to let the interlocutor stop silent activities during the question and answer session. The mind games performed by Sandria are able to channel emotions in the defendant, not least Goddess.

“The prosecutor's question has nothing to do with our client's case.” Legal adviser Dewi cuts quick question Sandria.

The Chief Judge turned to Sandria to hear her intentions and purpose in asking the question.

“Your Majesty, let me explain a little relation to the defeat of someone can be considered as the origin of the occurrence of revenge and even murder. I just want to hear an answer directly from the defendant.” Sandria stared firmly at the two eyeballs belonging to the Chief Justice.

“Please continue.”

“How? I repeat once again, does the victim often beat you?” Sandria twisted her body quickly to stare at the Goddess.

“Not true. I never felt like racing with Asih.” Be careful while glancing at Antonio.

The smile of victory was shown by Sandria. He felt that the Goddess was beginning to be provoked by his emotions.

“Death does not always mean defeat. It could be he who stays alive who actually lost because of the death of his conscience. So from me.” Sandria occupied her seat again after asking a few questions.

“The next agenda is the inclusion of evidence and witnesses in criminal cases.”

Sandria again stood up to explain through the images on the projector that she and her team had prepared.

“The first proof is the victim's clothes in the form of jeans. There was a blood stain on the victim's pants and DNA test results were matched with the defendant's biological child stated that the blood stain was indeed owned by the defendant, namely Dewi Laksmita. DNA test results we have been lampiri.” Sandria took a breath before giving her testimony.

“According to the defendant, blood stains on the victim's pants were obtained from activities with his friends during college. They held a party and accidentally sliced his finger with a knife, so that the blood dripped on the pants. The defendant confessed that the pants used by the victim were his personal pants that were loaned to the victim. Is that right?” Sandria made sure to the Goddess with a cold face.

“Iya true.”

“It's true that you lied, right?”

The goddess did not answer. He just stared at Sandria.

“The investigator has confirmed to his college friends that he has never held a bachelor party on campus as the accused told investigators. In conclusion, you lied about the bloodstains. In fact, the stain is created when you and the victim struggle, right? Without you realizing that there is blood dripping on the victim's clothes. Or do you feel that no one will ever know that the victim will be found?”

“Next proof, small green knife on the handle. The forensic team found DNA of the victim's blood that had been matched with the victim's hair, DNA of the defendant's blood, the victim's fingerprints, and the defendant's fingerprints. Why can that be?” Sandria threw a question that the Goddess could not answer.

There was a noise coming from the direction of the visitors.

“Defendants tried to remove evidence by burying it in a pit.”

“This is the strongest evidence to make the accused the perpetrator of the murder of the victim.”

“Secian of me. Thank you.”
