Chapters. 67 Punishment for Linda

Dinda rushed out of the apartment, feeling she had been played by Kevin.

As he was about to get out of the elevator, he suddenly ran into Kevin. Dinda showed a sullen look on her face, while Kevin had a flat expression.

"Thank you for your help". Said Dinda while looking the other way.

"It just so happens that you're here, this is my wedding invitation. Don't forget to come tomorrow". Kevin without a sense of hesitation.

Dinda turned in disbelief with Kevin's words, he forgot the promise that night. His body seemed weakened to hear Kevin's statement, until Dinda forgot to accept an invitation that Kevin offered.

"I'm definitely coming, congratulations!" Said Dinda with a forced smile. Soon he turned his face away, without intending to take the invitation letter.

Dinda leaves Kevin, his tears will fall he does not want Kevin to know if now Dinda is in sadness.

After Dinda left, Kevin smiled. He was satisfied to see Dinda bend his face, Kevin had guessed that Dinda was jealous of his attitude. From here he was sure, that Dinda did look to love him.

'This is a punishment for your stubbornness'. Kevin muttered with a look at Dinda who was getting away.

"Is that what you said?" Hendrik asked in disbelief, when Zidan informed the incident of Lidya's arrest by telephone.

"I'm not lying right now! That's why you shouldn't be too careless, not because that woman is sexy to let her stay in this mansion". Answer Ketus Zidan.

"You're lecturing me, whereas right now you're making a foreign woman your personal assistant". Reply the same Hendrik.

"That's another story, she's different from your woman". The answer is like wanting to win by yourself.

"As for you, I'm really lazy to argue with you". Hendrik Protest.

Hendrik immediately disconnected the phone, he did not want to long argue with his brother who sucks. They always argue in everything, never seem to get along and it has become their habit from childhood.

Hendrik was very sorry to have trusted Lidya, his mother's taste had been misused by Lidya. Lidya's narration is very convincing, making Hendrik free what Lidya wants. And so busy he was in the business of his work, to the point that he forgot the investigation about Lidya's true identity.

'I feel ashamed of Mr. Kevin'. It flows in the heart.

Rio walks in with two policemen behind him, he is now in police custody after turning himself in and admitting his guilt has trapped Dinda.

He lowered his head when the one who wanted to meet him was Kevin, the shame mixed with fear plaguing his mind at this moment. He sat down with Kevin and immediately began a conversation with his apology.

"Sir Kevin, I'm sorry for my mistake. This I did because I wanted to take care of my Mother and Sister, Lidya threatened to hurt my Mother and sister". Rio.

"I just want you to never touch Dinda with your crimes again, even though you told me about Dinda's whereabouts but you still deserve to be punished. Because of you, Dinda almost suffered. I won't let anyone else give Dinda any suffering". Strictly Kevin.

Yes, it was Rio who had told about Dinda's whereabouts. That night Rio could not sleep, his worry towards Dinda was not playful. So that the next day he surrendered to the threat of Lidya, then told Kevin about Dinda as well as the whereabouts of Lidya who was in Hendrik's mansion.

"I understand, but please take care of my Mother and Sister. They are the only family I have right now. I don't want Lidya to succeed in hurting them". Reply Rio.

"They'll be fine". Kevin said, making Rio calm.

The sound of knocking on the door broke Dinda's daydream in front of the window of her room, the door opened and showed the figure of her father with a neat appearance.

"You're not ready yet, Dinda?" Yanwar asked with a furrow of his brows.

"I don't think I'm feeling well, Dad, maybe I won't come to the show". The answer.

Yanwar immediately approached Dinda, then he sat on the edge of the bed smiling at Dinda.

"Dad knows, you're disappointed in Mr. Kevin. But, you must remember! Without her kindness, our family would have been broken. Maybe you are not to be betrothed at this time, but just to be brothers. Patience heart". Yanwar.

Yanwar's words influenced his stance, and he immediately agreed. Maybe what Yanwar said was true, they were found not to be betrothed.

"Alright, Dad. I'll attend the wedding". Dinda replied, it made Yanwar smile. He believes his daughter is a strong woman.

"You sure you're gonna marry Amelia?" Ask Alisha to Kevin.

"Hem". The answer.

"Will not regret it?" Ask again.

"Hem". The answer.

"Basic, son of a bitch. Your mommy is talking seriously". Ketus Alisha's.

"I've answered your question, Mom. Can't you see I'm tidying up my appearance?" Answer Kevin.

"I'm in vain to talk to you". She flicked her feet and left Kevin. It made Kevin smile, he managed to prank Alisha.

Dinda had a neat look, yet she was still hesitant to step out. His heart still felt heavy accepting all of this reality.

"Why can't I break up the marriage? It hurts so much in my heart. Why does a man never feel sensitive to women?"

"Clearned, Dinda. Ikhla.. It's not your first pain, it's a lot of pain you've been feeling".

"The eyes don't cry.. You're embarrassing me, I'm not a whiny woman. So stop shedding tears".

He did not stop with his disorder, his heart was so agitated and his feelings were increasingly uncertain. To the point that he blames his eyes for tears. He continued to strengthen himself, by encouraging himself many times.
