Chapter 60. Lord's Help

People at John's wedding panicked. They were also worried to see the bride suddenly faint.

John did not dare to take Ainisha to the hospital, even though Ainisha was currently unconscious. John is afraid that Ainisha's whereabouts will be known to his family.

He just called the doctor home to check on him. A doctor who is an acquaintance of John and can be sure he will not divulge the whereabouts of Ainisha in his house.

"Sir John, what about the wedding, will it continue?" ask one of the men who will witness John and Ainisha's marriage.

"of course. Please, ask the pengulu sir to wait a while," John told the man.

"Okay, John sir."

John is a little anxious if his marriage will fail because of Ainisha's unhealthy circumstances. John thought about forcing Ainisha, even though she was in a state of pain.

"Where's the condition, Doc?" ask John worriedly.

Doctor Edi looked at John and for a moment he fell silent. This made John worry.

"So, tell me, is he okay?" ask John again.

"Sorry, John. But I have to say this. He was in a very depressed condition and it affected the fetus he was carrying" replied Dr Edi.

"What, what fetus?" john asked in surprise.

"So you didn't know she was pregnant?" ask doctor Edi in shock too.

"No. So, is Clara pregnant?"

"really. We are entering Week 4. Right now he needs a good mood, a lot of rest. He should not be under much pressure either inborn or inwardly. It was very influential on the baby" said Dr Edi explained.

Meanwhile, pak Penghulu is still waiting patiently in front. Although in the end he came to see John to hear directly from John's decision.

Mr. Penghulu was surprised when he heard the doctor say that Clara was pregnant. He then returned to his seat again. He conferred with his friend.

"We'll just wait a minute" said pak penghulu.

John came to see the gentleman to explain the current situation. John informs her that her marriage will be postponed to an unspecified time.

"Sir John, then, we have to go home soon" said pak Penghulu after hearing John's decision.

"Sorry, we're delaying your time. I'm very grateful for the time you've given us to wait for us" John said, shaking hands with the penghulu and others.

After their departure, John sat down limp. The fact that Ainisha was pregnant took her by storm. John was sure the baby belonged to Haikal. John did not expect that Ainisha would get pregnant that soon after marriage. Her hopes of having a family and children with Clara are dashed already.

For a moment, John was pensive. His desire was not to be too sad. If he could not be happy with Clara, then Haikal would not be able to live happily with her either. John will keep Clara hidden from his family at all times.

John got up from his seat and went to the room to see the state of Ainisha. Ainisha was still not awake. He sat staring at the face of Ainisha who became Clara with great disappointment. Supposedly, Clara married him and the child he contained was his son.

John remembers that he and Clara used to love each other. However, the love was lost after he met Resia. John does have a nature that quickly bored with couples. He cannot live with one woman. He is a true playboy.

However, when he meets the current Clara, his heart is pounding again and John is sure that he has fallen in love with Clara. Even his love this time, was able to make him stop being Casanova. He wants to have a happy family like everyone else.

When he finds out from Haikal that Clara is not Clara and Haidar is not his son, John is unwilling to accept the reality. Even when the evidence was already given to him, he would not care. Because she did not want to believe that the woman she loved, was not Clara but Ainisha the wife of Haikal.

John took a deep breath, as he finally realized that the woman he loved was Ainisha. That's why, when Ainisha asked him to return Haidar to his family, John agreed without saying much. Because what he really wanted was Ainisha.

John then went out and asked Bibik to take care of Ainisha. He went to see a lawyer who was also his best friend to ask for advice and input. John wants to make both Haikal and Ainisha hate each other.

A few days later, John meets Ainisha to get her autograph. John also accidentally tells Ainisha that Ainisha is currently pregnant.

"Clara, this is a letter of agreement. I'll protect you and your baby, as long as you're willing to sign this letter" John said rather gently.

"Why don't you just let go of me. Right now I am pregnant and I want to be with my son and my husband" Ainisha said.

"can't. You will be forever beside me even if you don't want to. If you don't want anything to happen to your baby, sign the letter!" john's orders.

"What are you going to do with my baby?" ask Ainisha in a panic.

"I could've dropped the contents. I'll kill him, if you don't want to sign it" John laughed.

"Don't do that. She deserves to live and see the world" Ainisha said, holding her stomach.

"Then, sign it!"

Ainisha took the letter from John's hand and read its contents. It is written that Ainisha will live with John for 3 months. After that, John would let Ainisha go.

For the safety of the baby she contained, Ainisha was forced to agree to the contents of the letter. Only 3 months. Ainisha immediately signed the agreement without a second thought.

"Catch two, don't forget" John said.

Without the slightest feeling of suspicion, Ainisha signed the covenant letter, as many as two. Because Ainisha thought it was a copy.

John smiled after getting the autograph from Ainisha. He immediately went to his room to rest. He threw himself down while looking at the covenant letter in his hand. There was a sense of satisfaction seen from the glare of his sharp eyes.

"It turns out it's very easy to get a signature from Ainisha. It would be easier to get a signature from Haikal. They do have to get divorced soon" muttered John with a sly smile.

John smelled the paper in his hand and he was sure that the 3 months would be enough to make Ainisha and Haikal part forever.

Even if John knew Ainisha did not love him, but he would not let anyone else have him either.

Just wait for the destruction of your family Haikal. You and Ainisha won't be able to laugh over my heartache, John's mind.
