Just in time for the afternoon break, Alex's secretary stood in front of the ICU room with her strapping body and sunglasses. Instead of being called a secretary, Alex may be more worthy of being called an assistant because of his multifunctional self in charge. Sofia who saw his arrival immediately approached him with a small run of his collar.

"Good day, madam." said politely.

"What are you here for?"

"Master is waiting for you to be in the car.”

" You mean Nando?"

"yes." yeah."

"Isn't that the driver who's gonna pick me up after lunch?"

"Master wants to have lunch with you."

"But I'm on secretary Alex's duty. Please understand. I am a government employee who must obey the rules." Sofia protested. Indeed, he felt bad for his colleagues on duty, let alone he was a new employee there.

"Why did you come here?" ask Sofia to the point.

"We ate together."

"There could be another day when I don't have a morning shift."

"Mas, I work and have responsibilities."

"Stop working then. I can make ends meet without you having to work Sofia." At once Sofia's anger was ignited.

"Aren't we committed from the beginning if I can still work even though we're married?"

"I want you to stop working."

"no!" sofia protest loudly. Being a doctor was her dream. Being a civil servant is also her goal. How does Fernando tell him to stop working? the man sitting beside her seemed to have no respect for her struggle at all.

Sofia went down carefully with mixed feelings. What did he do just now? getting angry for no reason without giving Nando a chance to talk. Keep him from going into the house. Elle who was still spoiled around her neck spontaneously took it off and ran up to her.

"Mama, thank you for coming home and accompanying me" he said cheerfully. Sofia glanced at Nando who turned towards his study. No more conversations between them.

"OK, mama took a shower and prayed first. Mama Temenin Elle will sleep." Elle cheered and ran to her room first. Being in Elle's room kept her a little entertained. The princess looked happy as she read a story about the princess and prince of her dreams until she fell asleep in a smile. Sofia herself forgot how long she had been sleeping beside Elle who was always hugging her loving neck.

It was Adhan Ashar who woke him up. Besides, Elle is still asleep and Sofia does not want to wake her up because Elle needs a lot of rest. The young woman inched up from her sleep slowly, afraid that Elle would wake up because of her. His stomach was hungry because he had missed lunch.

"Good afternoon Mary. Elle's still asleep. Will you accompany me to eat?"

"I don't know mistress. But you haven't come out of his study."

"hmmm alright, I'll deliver a delayed lunch for her." Sofia undoes her intention to eat because she remembers that Nando has not eaten since lunch. He decided to bring a tray of food to the study.

Without knocking on the door he entered the spacious room that seemed empty.

"Mas, here's your lunch. You must not have eaten." There's no word. Nando was still standing in front of the window with his hands crossed.

"out!" Sofia was silent. Nando came back as cold as when they first met. Without saying anything Sofia came out. No more hunger. He decided to go to the park, calm down.

Later that night, Nando doesn't even walk out of his study until dinner is over. The man had also locked his room from the inside until Sofia or anyone could not get in there. There was no response when she or Elle knocked on her door.

Sofia could only wait for him in the room, hoping for her husband to come in and rest. But hope remains hope. Nando does not return to their room until Sofia falls asleep waiting for him at dawn. It was almost seven in the morning when he woke up and jumped out of his bed. Drowsiness still attacks him when the footsteps of some people on the lower floor are heard. Curiosity made him come out immediately to ascertain who was coming.

"Ehmm.Who's under Mary?"

"The madam's office."

"This early in the morning? sir's gone?"

"It was early this morning."

"Why are they here?"

"Master told them to get the files here. Mr. Alex has not been able to get to the office because he is still delivering the young master. Mr. Alex will take care of the company and the house as long as you leave."

"pe...go? go where?" ask Sofia. Maria looked at him confused.

"The lady doesn't know?" Sofia just shook her head weakly. Nando didn't say anything to her.
