Diamond Girl

Diamond Girl
Chapter 24. He's just the past

This is their first quarrel after marriage, occurring when Arga entertained his friends at the lake house. Arga can only watch Alya passing by and passing in front of him, wanting to catch up but his steps stopped because his friends had to leave. At first glance he could see the woman wiping her wet cheeks.

“Ga, I think we should go back faster.” One of Arga's friends shook her hand and grabbed her shoulder. “Sori really if our arrival makes Lo so quarrel with wife.”

Arga shook his head while smiling wryly. “Not your fault, wrong I slow response about the presence of the former.”

“Lo must be grateful, Lo's desire has been achieved so far. Have a partner who prefers to stay at home, rather than pursue a career outside the home. Good same wife, Lo lucky dapetin Alya.”

Arga mesem, he greeted his other friends and promised another time to gather together again.

“Lo solve the problem Lo same wife, that's why we will all bill Lo promise same us.”

“Siip!” Arga grimaced to hear him, he went to the door to take his friends home. His face turned stiff as soon as he saw a friend sigh Nesya who was still sitting in the guest chair, taking her home. But the woman refused because she still wanted to talk to him.

“OK, we wait in the car while you two talk there.” They pointed to the terrace of Arga's house.

Arga is angry. The longer the woman is in her house, the more the problem will be. After convincing his friends to give him five minutes of talk time together with Nesya, Arga rushed out and stood waiting with both hands crossed in his chest while watching the woman who had once been so close to him walk up to him with a crisp face.

It's okay for five minutes. He was sure that Arga would listen to his words, Nesya thought inwardly. The two of them now stood facing each other in such a close distance.

“You believe me, right. I couldn't possibly hurt that woman. She couldn't accept my presence in this house, and disliked me even more because she knew my relationship with you.” Nesya touched Arga's arm, she spoke by raising her face and looking right at Arga's dark bead.

Arga looked back at Nesya's eyes, then down at the full lips that used to often intoxicate himself. He permeated his words and waited for his response, was it still the same as back then. Is that shiver still in his heart?

“I did love you, but everything changed after you left me.” Sahut Arga without taking his eyes off the face of Nesya, challenging himself whether he was able to resist the charm of the beautiful and sexy woman before him.

“I know I was wrong, and I will fight to earn your trust and love again.” Nesya let go of her handrails, instead of cupping Arga's face and boldly brought her face closer. “I still love you and can never forget you. I want to get a second chance from you, so we can be together again.”

Arga unmoving. He once loved Nesya, believing that she was in love with him. They will always be together and he is the only one in his life. As time goes on, Arga must accept the fact that he is not the first choice. Nesya prefers her career and breaks up with her and goes on a journey to achieve her dreams.

Arga remembers many of their meetings which were often tinged with quarrels, then the long nights through which he had difficult eyes closed. Until the accident happens and he meets Alya, and the woman manages to turn his life back into more meaningful.

Every day he became more excited to live his days, no more shadow of Nesya's face that used to often interfere with his night's sleep. Replaced with Alya's smile that spread joy in the days that now passed. And tonight he made a mistake, by making Alya cry.

That realization jerked him, did he really ever love Nesya? Because there's no more taste or vibration now, not even a little bit. There is no longing like before, let alone the desire to get back together. Not at all!

“I think five minutes of your talking time has passed. Sorry, I'm not interested in doing it with you anymore. You see, I'm married, and I love my wife Alya.” Strictly Arga while showing the ring on his ring finger.

Arga passed from before Nesya who was silent in her place with a dumb face, still not believing the reality that had just happened if Arga had forgotten their story and did not want it anymore. Though he hoped that Arga would return to him, apparently Alya had already managed to snatch the man from him.

“You want to go home or still want to stand dumbly in this place?” reprimand someone behind him with a frown and one eyebrow raised.

Nesya turned to the door of the house that had been closed in front of him, then turned to look at the figure of a young man who stood firmly staring at him. “I can't believe that Arga has forgotten me. You know our relationship, you also know how Arga loves me all this time?”

“Aware, Yes. Things have changed, Arga has forgotten you. He has found the right woman to accompany his life now, stop interrupting his life again!”

Like losing his life, Nesya walks unsteadily towards the car where all his friends wait and look pity on him. Who can guess a person's heart, they are witnesses of Arga's holiness and how Arga was down because of breaking up and abandoned Nesya.

But look now, Arga has found a real heart patch and seems happy with his life choices now. Not to cover up his disappointment, but the fact that Arga did love Alya his wife and had completely forgotten Nesya, his past love.

Inside her house, Arga follows Alya into her room and knocks on her locked door, calling the owner by name. In his hand was Alya's cell phone, and the guilt was even more over his heart after hearing the recording of the conversation between Alya and Nesya. “Ay, open the door. I want to talk.”

Alya sat curled up on the bed, with both knees bent and hands supporting her face. He lifted his tear-soaked face and wiped it away quickly. Despite his disappointment and heartbreak, his feet still stepped towards the door and opened it slowly. He choked and retreated quickly as Arga barged into his room.

“Have you finished dealing with that woman and now want to ask my understanding that she deserves a second chance from you?” alya said in a cold tone, she wiped her unlucky tears that she did not want to be invited to cooperate. Keep flowing down her cheeks.

“What are you talking about?” asked Arga, he slowly approached and got closer until Alya felt cornered in her own room.

“I'm just an ordinary woman who has nothing more to gain than her. How can I wish more on a man who still loves his ex?” sahut Alya looked away as Arga's fingers held her chin.

Arga's tanned black eyes stared at Alya without blinking, the dim atmosphere of Alya's room lights made him unable to see clearly the change in the look of the beautiful face before him.

“The one I want right now is you, not him. You're my wife, and she's just the past to me.”

Alya doesn't just believe, “Don't lie to me, I know you still love your ex. You would rather listen to her words than see I am your wife!”

“Aargk! I was just about to ask you, but it looks like you need proof first.” Before Alya realized what Arga would do next, the man had already pulled his nape and tightened their bodies. He opened his mouth to protest Arga's actions and the man used the opportunity to silence his mouth with his lips.
