Ch. 49 - Semester Holidays

At the end of the seventh month, when my first semester exam was hard, in the middle of a very hot summer, I was supposed to take a break in the boarding house and enjoy the cold air of AC.

I am tired of facing them both. It was not strange to see Yurina acting this aggressive, but Akemi, who was originally secretly, was now starting to get frequent attention as well. He obviously liked me even though he never wanted to say it.

After a long argument, they finally made peace.

"Yes, let's spend some time here. Akemi can come along too."

When I entered, I thought there was only Yurina herself inside. Turns out, there was a bule girl I had seen at school, but didn't know her name. I didn't expect him to be friends with Yurina.

I'd love to tell her a joke, and say I want to be her husband in the future. But I'm afraid Akemi takes it seriously.

"I just graduated first. After that, I went to any major that could get me a job in the office. Less is more."

They stared bored, probably because my answer was too ordinary.

This semester, I decided not to go back to Indonesia. I want to spend my vacation here with my classmates. That reason also made Yurina not return to Russia.

Besides, I want to enjoy my precious time, when I am in this beautiful dream. One day, when I was growing up and preoccupied with work, I would definitely miss the quiet days that I am today.
