AD CHAPTER 46 - The Sweetest Farewell

“What do you mean?” shinta asked not understanding.

“You're holding Bobby accountable. You tell her well and tell her the truth that you have been pregnant with her child.” Andre gave advice.

“But Bobby won't marry me, Mas.”

“Why doesn't he want.?”

“He still doubts Mas. He said this baby wasn't his. Though I have explained the same to him because I am the one who knows better this is whose child.”

“If indeed he is still in doubt with the child in your womb, you tell him. After this baby is born you should have a DNA test on your baby. Then the result you gave him.”

“But he doesn't want to talk to Mas. He always dodges.”

“This is your job to explain it or you just go to his family and tell his family the truth. His family still exists, right?”

“Ada Mas, but her father's sister.”

“Yes if so. You go to her family's house and you say you're pregnant with Bobby's son. If indeed Bobby does not want to also marry you, yes is the only way you have to sincerely take care of your baby without a father. Never regret it, but you must repent. Hopefully this will be a lesson for you.”

At Andre's suggestion, Shinta finally meets Bobby's family and speaks kindly. But Bobby still refused on the grounds that the child conceived Shinta is not his son.

“True Bobby, this is your son. If you don't believe me, after this baby is born I'll have a DNA test. I'll prove to you that this baby is your child not Andre.”

“Yes if it is like that, I will marry you if the DNA test results state that the baby is my son.”

“But I beg Bobby, marry me now. I didn't want to when this kid was born without a father.” Shinta hopes Bobby will marry her.

“You don't let Shinta. Many women give birth to children without a husband.”

“Why do I want to admit the child is my son, while you still have a husband. Could be your husband also take part in this.”

”But I've been almost two months untouched by my husband. I only slept with you a month ago and my pregnancy is also only a month old. That means this is your son.”

Once in the car he immediately drove his car at high speed. He seemed to have no fear of dying from his frustration with Bobby. While driving forward Shinta thought hard how to find the best solution.

Then he remembered Bobby's family. Shinta immediately drove her car to Bobby's family home.

The house looks small and simple. There was a middle-aged woman sitting on the porch. Shinta immediately said hello to the woman. The woman immediately answered him kindly and invited Shinta to come in.

A little later came a young woman who was Bobby's older cousin. Then Shinta told her the problem that was happening to her.

“Why doesn't Bobby want to admit the kid, the kid he is?” ask his cousin Bobby.

“Because I still have a husband, Ma'am. That's why he doesn't admit this is his son. He was not sure if the child I was carrying was his. He assumed the child I bear is my husband's child,” explained Shinta in a sad tone.

“That Bobby said there's a point too Shinta. You will have a husband, it could be your husband's child because you are more often in touch with your husband than Bobby,” explained his cousin Bobby.

“Mbak's thinking has a point. But now that's been a problem for almost two months I haven't slept with my husband. I only slept with Bobby a month ago and I was only one month old. Means the kid I'm carrying is Bobby.”'s kid

“But I was actually confused by what you said just now. You said you had a husband, but why would you sleep with Bobby. Even though you have not been touched by your husband for almost two months, it does not mean you can sleep with other men. That's his name zinah.”

Then Bobby budenya a little angry at his son who is the brother of his cousin Bobby.

Finally, his cousin Ani was silent. Shinta was ashamed of herself.

“Shinta, forgive Bobby yes. Maybe Bobby was surprised to hear all this so he wouldn't marry you. But then mom will talk to him slowly. Hopefully he will marry you. She is also ashamed of what she did to you. So what about your husband knowing this?”

Shinta immediately bowed sadly.

“Our neighbor's house has been cracked long ago. And we're not together anymore. She now lives in Jakarta and once a month comes back here to see our son.”

“Are you divorced?” ask Bobby again.

“Actually my husband wants a divorce because our household has been cracked for a long time, but I am not ready to be a widow. I am against this divorce so administratively we have not divorced but in reality we have separated home.”

“So your husband already knows?”

“Already Bu,” replied Sinta.

“Then what was his reaction?”

“He's normal Mom. There was not a bit of jealousy or anger. Ever since I found out I had a relationship with Bobby, my husband had no respect for me. But for the sake of our son, our household can still survive.”

“Means you've been in contact with Bobby for a long time?”
