AD CHAPTER 78 - Go, Let Him Seek You
It was raining so hard when Jia and Daniel reached the hotel building. They entered through the side door, not through the main lobby.
Daniel then took off Jia's hat, checking if Jia was wet, but fortunately everything seemed fine, Jia's clothes still looked neat. Although on the arm look a few drops of water.
"Go back to the HK room, tell Mr. Abbu not to pick you up. Come home with me" said Daniel.

"No sir, no need to drive me. I already have another appointment," Jia replied.

"You betting? he won't come, let alone rain like this. I think he forgot his promise to pick you up, too" Daniel replied later.

"Will you wait until what time? it's too late, don't wait anymore. We better go home together." take Lisa.
Just like Daniel, Lisa did not want Jia to be tricked again by her love. Jia's heart was so soft, it was so easy for people to play games.
"I'll wait a little longer, go home first" Jia replied.
Lisa could not force it, she finally gave a small nod and left Jia in the waiting room. Employee-only waiting room near the main lobby.
Shortly after Lisa left, Daniel approached with a smile on his lips.
As he had expected, Alex would definitely not come.
"Let's go home," asked Daniel directly without further ado.
"Don't make me pull you," led Daniel, because he's talking to his annoying face in Jia's eyes.
"I'll go home by myself, I've booked a taxi" Jia replied.
"Cancel what's hard, I'll pay the restitution."
"I don't want to go home with you."
"Why? keep Alex feeling, now you're separated. No need to look after each other."
"But we're fixing everything."
"Fix it, let's just say I'm your driver."
Jia took a slow breath and let out her breath. Talking to Daniel is not easy.
"Do you want to pull it?"
"I can walk alone."
"Good." Daniel grinned, he went first and his sweet duckling followed behind.
