DIVORCE PAPERS

DIVORCE PAPERS
The Funeral

Arka and Tika walked hand in hand leaving the tomb. No one spoke, both of them were busy struggling with their own thoughts. Some people seem to be watching them. Perhaps they saw a dramatic incident in the middle of the tomb just a moment ago. Or they were observing the faces of one with puffy eyes typical of people who had been crying clearly printed on the faces of both.

Both of them did not care about the look of astonished and curious eyes that radiated from the gazes of the people around them. Casually and mouth-locked, the two of them passed by without caring for the discordant voices that were guessing what the two had experienced. Sometimes Tika glanced at her husband and hoped that the man who still ruled her heart was fine.

Arka tightly grasped the hand of the woman in a wide hijab who was still his legal wife status with a raging feeling. On the one hand, he wants to attach importance to his feelings and let his household end. But on the other hand, he felt very tormented if he had to let the mother of his only child hurt his heart. The magnitude of Tika's sincere love for him is really a burden for him. This is what makes it hard to continue his desire to choose a divorce. When his heart faltered and tried to improve the situation again even though he had to be willing to spend the rest of his age with a woman he no longer loved, his wife was clamorous in her stance was not willing to continue knitting the love story of their small family. Arka clasped his wife's hand tighter hoping to cool her brain boiling and turbulent.

Tika is actually not in good condition either. The honesty of Arka who now does not love him anymore is a crushing blow that drops and destroys his mentality which of course is not easy for him to rearrange his mental and psychological as before. he tried to hide his mental slump and behave as if what he experienced was a question that needed to be addressed. Therefore, he firmly rejected Arka's decision to abandon her intention to divorce him. What he had in mind, Living a household with someone who loved him very much he felt anxious about the existence of a third person, let alone continuing the bond of household with someone who clearly admitted that his love had evaporated. It is the same as being ready to be betrayed or at least sharing love and husband, Tika shuddered in horror at the tragic fate of her if she still wanted to accept her husband's invitation to continue the bond of the household that was no longer solid.

Without feeling the couple whose mental condition is in a hurry has arrived at the parking lot where they left their car earlier.

"Mother's just come with my father's car, then mother's car let Farhan, father's assistant". Take Arka with a hopeful smile.

Tika nodded obediently, her smile engraved very sweetly on Arka's vision.

"Where's your car? Didn't you see your mom's car?".Ask Arka while turning her head to and fro looking for the whereabouts of his wife's favorite car.

"It's on the other end there, under the Cambodian flower". Tika replied, suddenly pointing to the direction where he parked his four-wheeled vehicle earlier.

"Where are your car keys?. Let me leave it to the parking attendant here, to make it easier for Farhan to later take your car". Pinta Arka while releasing his hand grip that is still at home linked to the palm of his wife. He then raised his hand and asked for the wife's car keys.

Tika immediately reached into her branded bag to retrieve the car keys stored there

" But, what will not trouble you if you have to take your mother home first. Don't you want to go back to the office again". Tika asked in succession, she looked at Arka with a look full of doubt.

"Dad finished the father's work in the office before deciding to make a pilgrimage to the father's tomb. And this afternoon I want to spend time with mom alone, du-a.". Arka reassures Tika by emphasizing the words together at the end of her sentence and a seductive smile and twitching her eyes flirtatiously.

Tika's forehead was wrinkled, there was something strange about her husband's answer. His mouth was already wanting to ask again but Arka hunted past after snatching the key of the car that was still in his grasp.

With a quick step Arka approached the parking attendant who had just parked a luxury car. Arka entrust the car keys Tika and do not forget to give tips to the parking attendant. The parking attendant received with a beaming face, he seemed to nod his head to understand the instructions Arka conveyed.

Arka's car crawled slowly away from the burial area after making sure the seat belts were properly attached to the bodies of the two.

"Hm...Did you go to Dad's grave?". Tika asked while looking at her husband. Arka turned her head at a glance accompanied by a thin smile and answered Tika's question with a slow nod.

"Why? my father also misses him. Father had come to him to ask permission to invite his daughter and promise to treat her like a queen and love her with all her soul". Arka asked back and seemed to know what Tika was thinking. The man answered his own question then sighed softly.

"But I failed to maintain my love for my mother, until I was surprised at the day my father visited him to return the daughter he loved as he had wished to my father". Continue Arka with a heavy breath, without taking his eyes off and focusing on driving.

Tika was still stuck, her gaze straight, in her breathing as much oxygen to fill her chest cavity which suddenly felt tight.

"After you think carefully, you will stay by your side, I think it's better. We're gonna raise Sifa together in a whole family". Arka firmly again with steady.

"Sorry, mom can't be dad. Mother refuses to defend our household. This divorce is something we can't avoid anymore". Tika replied no less firmly.

Arka sighed again, she knew it would be difficult for her to persuade Tika not to proceed to the divorce stage again. He knew Tika was a firm man in his stance and it was not easy to shake.

"Mother, I know you love me so much. The proof of mother to shock and enter the hospital. Why is it so hard for you to give your dad a second chance to try to love you again". Ask Arka wonder. He is not inexhaustible with the attitude of Tika who does not want to maintain the value of their love again.

"Please don't put you in an unpleasant position". Tika said as she cupped her hands together, pleading.

His forehead Arka frowned. Car on the shoulder of the road.

"What do you mean, mother." Telisik Arka scanned his wife's face. He really did not understand the meaning of his wife's last word.

Tika did not answer Arka's question, she chose to turn her face and throw her gaze out the window.
