" Papa. Gio will go to school." Said Gio as they were all sitting at the dining table.

Nathan, who had been chewing his food, looked at Gio. " What's wrong? kok tumben brother asked in temenin papa."

" Today's the reporting division, Pa. Kasian kalo mama. I've been bothered to take care of Yusuf's dede." Answer Gio.

Nathan who was at all scheduled Gio activities at school immediately looked at Dusk full of questions and Dusk only answered with a small nod as if to understand the meaning of Nathan's gaze. Nathan turned to look at Gio. " okay. Papa goes to his office after taking your report." Nathan replied making Gio's reaction cheer with excitement.

" Yes dear." Nathan said softly and drove his vehicle when the gate was opened Mr. Mamat.

" Why are you smiling?" Nathan asked Gio who was silently holding back his smile.

" Mama's funny. Mama's jealous of Papa." Said Gio plain.

Nathan rubbed Gio's face slowly. " Little child." Her speech. " Do you know what jealousy is?"

" Mom's afraid of losing papa." Gio replied with his innocent face.

" Schoolers are starting to know they are jealous. You know where you are?"

" From the phone." replied Gio.

Nathan could only shake his head. He who is too busy sometimes forgets that his first child still has to be watched. Nathan gently ruffled Gio's head.

It didn't take long. Nathan and Gio have arrived at Gio's school. Nathan took Gio's hand. As always. It became the main attraction of the women. Nathan seemed unconcerned by the gaze full of admiration that led to him. Nathan heads to Gio's class which is in the corner of the school.

" Excuse me." Nathan said before he entered.

" yes." replied homeroom teacher Gio and was flabbergasted when he saw Nathan on the doorstep.

And so did the other students. Those who had deliberately come to their house on the grounds of visiting Gio were still staring fixedly at Nathan. As if to pounce on its prey.

Nathan seemed to walk away without responding or just giving a smile to them. Nathan and Gio chose to sit in the back so as not to be the object of their eyes that the majority of the students' guardians are women.

Someone suddenly hit Nathan who was heading to the parking lot hit by someone from behind.

" I'm sorry Sir. Sorry sir." He said and cleaned up the scattered items.

Nathan helped collect the woman's belongings and gave them to her.

" Nathan." She was a little surprised by the man who had helped her.

Nathan narrowed his eyes for a moment thinking considering the figure in front of him.

" same. The Economic Faculty's son." The answer.

" ah. Ja. Rani." Nathan remembered the woman a little. " How are you?"

" good. Sorry it hit. I'm in a hurry."

" No problem."

" Is this your son?" Rani asked as she pointed towards Gio.

" Yes." Yeah."

" Mama! Hurry dong!" Shouted a small child at Rani in a tinge.

" That's Vira. My stepson." Rani explained. " I'll excuse you, Nath. It's my phone number." Rani gives Nathan a business card. " Please tell me ya." Rani said with a slightly scared face and immediately approached her car with half a run.

Nathan just looked at Rani with a confused face. Rani looks very scared of the boy. But Nathan doesn't care about his feelings. He immediately took Gio into the car and went home.

Nathan felt a little tired on his body. Open the coat when you get home. Twilight took something that fell out of the pocket of the suit and read it.

" What's your business card, honey?" Ask Dusk.

Nathan's heading to the room. He turned to his wife and approached.

" Oh. My college buddies. I saw you last time I took Gio's report." Nathan replied flatly.

" Why did he give you a business card?"

Nathan simply flicked his shoulders and headed back to their room.

" My feelings are not good." said Dusk.

" I did too when he gave me that business card. He looked terrified when his stepson called him. His face also looks bruised even though it has been disguised with make up." Nathan explained the situation.

" Did he go through the same thing as Virni?" Terka Dusk.

" I don't know. I don't want to interfere." Nathan said reluctantly.

" Pity him if it really happens." Said Dusk with a pleading face.

" Don't start, baby."

" At least you call him." Pinta Dusk again.

" It's been too late. It's not good that I called him." Nathan refused.

Nathan took a breath and then took his phone to press the number on the business card.

Several times his calls went unanswered. Nathan wants to put his phone back on, but Dusk persuades him to call back.

" H - h-hello." There was a voice over there with sobbing and gasping breath.

" What's going on, Ran?" Nathan asked worriedly hearing Rani's voice so frightened.

" Who are you talking to? You're a woman m*rahan!" There was a voice over there and was greeted with the sound of a slap and like a person slamming things.

" Pardon Me." I heard Rani's voice pleading.

Nathan and Dusk were listening to the voice from inside his phone. Can only look at each other. The man's assault on Rani was heard continuously repeating.

" We're calling the police, baby." Say Dusk quickly.

" Yes." Yeah." Nathan called the police immediately.

" Do we have to go there too?" Ask Dusk when Nathan has finished giving his report to the police and hangs up his phone call.

" No need, baby. I don't want to interfere. I just want to help him. No more than that." Said Nathan and immediately headed to the bathroom that was in his room to clean his body.

Dusk just breathed a disappointed breath. And looked at her husband walking back to her. Dusk can only hope. Hope Rani is okay.
