Nathan stared boredly out his bedroom window. I don't know what he should do now. Wanting to contact his mother and Dusk but his phone left behind at Sintia's house. There's no way he could've taken that phone.

" Login!" Nathan said when the door was knocked.

" Hey, Nath." Greet Randy with a shy face.

Nathan was a little flabbergasted to see the figure of Randy he had been looking for.

Randy approached Nathan sitting on his bed. He dared not look at his best friend's face. Does he still deserve to be called a friend after he plunged Nathan into the abyss.

" Sit down." Nathan said in a very calm voice. There was not a hint of anger on his face.

Randy sits on the side of Nathan's bed.

" Explain what's really going on, Ran."

Randy slightly raised his face and glanced at Nathan's calm face and lowered his face again. " It's all Rena's will." Randy hesitantly begins his sentence.

Nathan is still waiting for Randy to tell him everything until he becomes a victim of Sintia's obsession.

Finally Randy tells everything from his wife's meeting with Sintia to his business on the verge of bankruptcy to Rena's plan to bring Nathan to Sintia.

" I'm sorry, Nath. It's up to you to do anything for me." Randy is full of regrets.

Nathan just smiled seeing the deep regret his best friend had. " It's in my destiny. So yes what should I do to get everything back."

Randy looked at Nathan in disbelief. Nathan still speaks casually to himself. " Aren't you angry?"

Nathan took a deep breath. " I was angry at first. But what is it about anger that things will come back again? don't you?"

Randy looked down again and became even more sorry for his actions. " I shouldn't have followed my wife."

" I'm sorry about you guys. Anyways. Lo my best friend. My brother." Nathan patted Randy's shoulder gently. " If there is a problem. Story to me." Nathan broke his body. Tired of just sitting there doing nothing.

" Hey." Sapa Nabila cheerful. " This is a new phone for you." Nabila handed over the paperbag she was carrying to Nathan.

" I can buy it myself, Nabila." Nathan refused to accept it.

" Comeon. Just accept it." Nabila kept pushing and put the paperbag over Nathan's stomach.

Nathan took the gift and opened it. Latest phones.

" It's too expensive." Nathan refused it.

" Things that have been received cannot be returned." Reject Nabila and sit back on the sofa.

" You didn't ask who he was?" Nathan asked astonished at Randy's indifference.

" You're the only one I've ever known." Said Nabila relaxed and folded his hands also crossed his legs.

Nathan stared in disarray.

" From him I know that Sintia's obsessed with you. Do you know if Randy and his family. I'm hiding it." Nabila explained everything again.

Nathan understood all these situations. And why suddenly the figure of Nabila was present to help him.

" I understand now." Nathan said. " Where's Rena?"

" He's at his parents' house." Randy answered with a sad face.

" You're separated?" Randy nodded weakly. " Why?"

" There is no reason for him to survive as I am on the brink of poverty." Randy explained in a heavy voice.

" Ryan?"

" He's coming with me. Rena changed drastically when she knew Sintia. His attitude was not as gentle as before. He was often rude to Ryan. That's why she handed Ryan custody to me."

" yes. I was confused where to go home. No way to continue living ama Nabila."

" Go home to my house. My mother must be smirking." Nathan suggested.

Randy smiled at Nathan's words. His best friend is still being nice when he used to make it in this situation.

" Temporary time. You guys stay in my house. I'll pick up your mother too. Until things are really safe." Nabila Advice.

" I have to go home." Refuse Nathan.

Nabila again sighed long and slightly regretted hearing Nathan's rejection. " Do you like to refuse?"

" I just don't want to be troublesome. That's all."

" I'm glad I could help with your problems. So accept my help until this matter is completely resolved." Nabila a little pushy.

" What about Dusk?"

" The twilight is safe. There are my men who take turns to look after him. Anyways. Sorry I had to say this. There's Reza who's always with him."

Nathan let out a long breath.

" Are you okay?" Nabila felt a little anxious to see Nathan suddenly speechless with a blank look.

" Nathan." Call Nabila wake up.

" yes. I'm fine."

Dusk stared at the red orange sky on the porch of his house. The warm afternoon sun was on his face. He used to spend a lot of time with Nathan. The man who had occupied his heart for a long time. He missed that guy. How's. Their last meeting was in an unpleasant situation. Where he sacrificed for his freedom.

Slowly. Dusk shed her tears. Nathan, whom he loved so much, kissed another woman in front of him. It hurts even though he knows that Nathan did it by force.

' Ddrrrttt' His phone suddenly rang and found a foreign number contacting him.

Dusk hesitantly answered the phone call.

" So."

" Are you okay?" Ask someone over there who made Dusk a joke. Unable to answer because of the unpleasant pleasure of hearing that voice.

" Nathan." Dusk returned with tears pouring down.

" Yes." Yeah."

" I'm fine. How's yours?"

" I am too."

" You're still with that woman?" Tanya Dusk was afraid to hear her answer.

" no. There's a good man helping me."

Nathan's reply made Dusk give thanks and breathe a sigh of relief. " Can we meet?" Ask Dusk.

" Not now. I'm still being treated. I don't want you to see how I'm doing." Refuse Nathan. Dusk would definitely be very sad and feel guilty if he saw his body full of bruises.

" Let me take care of you." Pinta Dusk.

" There are nurses and doctors who treat me. The doctor who examined me visited. I'll close first. Assalammu' alaikum." Nathan ended their conversation.

The twilight kept shedding tears. Continue to be grateful that Nathan was released from the devil woman's entanglement.
