Fretted?

The dark color had faded from the horizon. The yellow silhouette at the eastern end began to disappear due to the power of the king of rays. Blue dominated the sky this morning. Looks like, today the weather will be sunny like the twinkle of Linda's face this morning. Although not as warm as before, Linda was quite happy when she saw her son and daughter-in-law sitting together at breakfast. This kind of sight is what Linda misses for a few days.

"You leaving now?" ask Linda after breakfast.

This morning Linda and Fay will go to see a psychologist at one of the hospitals in South Jakarta. Ms. Linda has made an appointment with the psychologist and today, they will be consulting on Fay's condition.

Before leaving, the two women did not forget to say goodbye to Mr. Bram. While Arvin was just silent because Fay did not intend to pay his respects to him. His wife just passed after saying goodbye to Mr. Bram. Really, how sad is Arvin's fate right now.

"Prophey! It's only natural that your wife behaves like that!" bram said after seeing the change in his son's facial expression.

"Arvin left for the office first, Pi," said Arvin after standing up from his seat.

"Yes. Be careful," said Bram before Arvin passed away.

The house feels lonely because everyone has left for their respective destinations. Now, stay Mr. Bram alone in the magnificent house. He pondered, trying to find a way to repel the saturation that greeted.

"I'd better go to the golf course," murmured Mr. Bram as he moved from his place.

The white car carrying Linda and Fay's mother finally reached the hospital yard. The two of them immediately got out of the car and are now stepping foot into the room of a psychologist named Zeda.

"Don't be afraid! There is Mami who is always next to you" said Linda when she felt the cold hand of her daughter-in-law.

"Yes, Mi," Fay replied with a faint smile.

After waiting a few minutes in front of the room, Fay's name was called a nurse. The two women immediately entered the room. The two men received a warm welcome from Zeda.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy that will be done by Zeda to help the recovery of the mindset of Fay, to heal from trauma to a man. The psychologist listens to every story that Fay tells. All of this is part of the therapy applied to Fay later.

"Miss Fayre, listen to me. Don't be afraid, because you're not alone. All problems can be solved. You are a strong woman, you can definitely forget all those painful events" Zeda said, holding Fay's hand.

"Not all men are evil, miss. Okay, well, let me help you change that mindset. I'm sure, Miss can do that." said Zeda as she stared fixedly at Fay's black bead.

Behavioral cognitive therapy or commonly called CBT aims to change the point of view of the problems faced by patients. CBT is part of the psychotherapy and therapy Zeda took for the case. In this case the mindset of the patient must be diverted from the problems that occur.

Fay had been in the room for a long time. Ms. Linda could only look at Fay who was undergoing therapy with Zeda. He did not dare to say a word during the therapy process to completion.

"First meeting is enough to get here. I'm sure Miss will be able to recover from the trauma. Next week we meet again. I'm waiting for the good news from Miss" Zeda said with a very sweet smile.

"Thank you" said Fay without taking his eyes off Zeda.

The two women were quick to leave after it was all over. The psychologist gave a schedule once every week, so that Fay came. There is no drug that must be taken by Fay, because Fay's condition is not as severe as patients with depression or mental disorders.

Dinner together is over. All four members of the Bramasta family were still in the dining room. They still enjoy dessert. Arvin occasionally glanced to the side, because his wife was still the same. Cold and irritated words.

"Mommy has an idea!" linda said as she looked at Arvin, "what if you're on holiday abroad? You two have never been on vacation since marriage. Yes, itung-itung to refresh that mind," said Linda with a sweet smile.

"If Arvin is up to Fay," replied Arvin directly while looking at Fay.

Hearing that answer, managed to get Fay stuck. He did not expect that Arvin threw all the decisions at him. He had to smile because he was not happy with his father-in-law.

"I haven't thought about a vacation yet, Mi," Fay replied as she looked at Linda's mother.

"If there's a plan, then say yes to Mami. Mami later gave me a good place recommendation," said Ms. Linda.

Because the new middle-aged woman often went on vacation abroad with Mr. Bram. They often spend time together, because Arvin rarely comes along. His son chose to vacation alone or sometimes with his friends.

After all the activities in the dining room are finished. Fay said to go to the room. He said he wanted to rest because he was tired. Step by step has been passed until it reaches the room.

"Remember Fay! Arvin's not a bad guy! He is your husband!" Fay continued to suggest his own thoughts when he remembered the traumatic event, as the psychologist had suggested earlier this morning.

The night is getting late. After he finished preparing, Fay immediately went up to the bed. Until now, Arvin did not go into the room. This is what makes Fay a little nervous.

"Why do I wish he was here!" Fay muttered after coming to his senses with that ridiculous thought.

Fay hastily flung his body back to Arvin's bed. He closed his eyelids after hearing Arvin's footsteps in the room. As before, Fay prefers to pretend to know what Arvin is doing. There is another feeling that sneaks into the recesses of the heart when you feel the movement of Arvin on the bed.

"So, she sleeps here?" fay muttered in his heart.

Unknowingly the two corners of the lips were pulled inward as it felt a soft caress on its head. Fay was happy to feel that. He felt calm when he felt the softness of Arvin's hand caress.

"I just hope you get well soon, Fay."

Fay smiled again after listening to Arvin. But the smile faded when Fay felt Arvin get out of bed. She had expected that her husband would have moved.

"Surely he's sleeping on the couch again" Fay murmured as he opened his eyelids. There is a sense of disappointment in the heart when it comes to knowing that reality.
