First Court, the,

We used to be married well, so this separation must be the same way. Let's be in our first trial. Don't be a coward hiding behind a lawyer.

Yep. That was the last sentence Fayre said before returning home from the apartment last night. For a whole day Fayre was in the apartment to spend time alone with Arvin. I don't know how many times they gulp the pleasure of the hot activities that take place in the room.

"I have to leave immediately" muttered Arvin after finishing breakfast.

Arvin is very optimistic that the trial will be won by him because last night he had asked Fayre to accept all his claims. The woman who is still legally his wife is also willing to do that. There is a sense of disappointment that was present when Fayre was so calm in the face of this divorce. There was no longer the sad look or pain that Fayre had shown yesterday.

This morning Arvin was escorted by his personal chauffeur. While on his way to the south Jakarta district court, he was silent. Prepare to face the congregation with a loved one. Of course, none of this is easy for Arvin. He must offer true feelings to everyone, not the judge except.

After covering a distance of several kilometers and a long time, Arvin finally arrived at the District Court. His arrival was greeted by a lawyer who would accompany him at the trial. From afar, Arvin sees Fayre already present in front of the courtroom. He came alone without anyone.

"Hi" said Fayre after Arvin arrived before him. There is no face of sadness or fear. He remained calm in his seat at this moment.

"It's been a while?" asked Arvin without daring to eat Fayre. He sat beside Fayre while waiting for the call.

"No. About two minutes ago" said Fayre with a very sweet smile.

The voices of the court summons on behalf of Arvin axelle and Kyomi Fayre were heard there. The two immediately entered the courtroom followed by Arvin's lawyer. Both are welcome to sit in the chair provided. Everyone who followed the trial sat in their respective places.

"The divorce lawsuit trial with the regristation number 133,234/Jaksel/567/CR begins. Are the plaintiff's and defendant's brothers ready for this hearing?" the presiding judge asked as he looked at Arvin and Fayre alternately.

Both answered the question calmly. Several questions before the trial began have been raised by the Judge, including the identity and circumstances of the defendant and the current plaintiff and several other matters.

The two looked very calm as the judge read out the divorce papers filed by Arvin. Some advice was given by the judge to reconcile the couple. Starting from the law religiously and some of the impacts that will be received after divorce.

"Brother Arvin Axelle, you as a plaintiff have filed for divorce in this court on the grounds that you do not love your wife. Marriage happens because of an arranged marriage and you are forced to do it. All this time you've been trying to love the defendant ...." The judge read all the excuses Arvin had written before everyone present at the hearing.

"Right, Your Majesty, until now my feelings remain the same as when the divorce papers I submitted," replied Arvin firmly.

"Sister Kyomi Fayre, you as the defendant, did you receive a divorce from your husband named Arvin Axelle?" ask the chief judge to Fayre.

"No, Your Majesty." Fayre stared intensely at the judge, "I don't accept this divorce lawsuit, because I love my husband so much and I don't know if my husband is suddenly suing me for divorce. All this time our relationship has been going well. My husband loves me very much, Your Majesty," Fayre said boldly.

Arvin was stunned after hearing the answer. He did not expect that Fayre would say all those answers. Obviously this is not a plan that has been drafted by his lawyers. Yeah, Fayre's been lying to Arvin. He was determined to annul this divorce.

The judge asked Arvin first about the evidence if he didn't want Fayre anymore. However, the evidence from Arvin is less strong in the eyes of the judge who handled the case.

"I have a recording of my husband's confession, if he still loves me. In fact, we spent time together yesterday just like a husband and wife in general" Fayre said without looking at Arvin.

"Sister Defendant, can I see the evidence you mean?" ask the judge. Then Fayre got out of his seat and handed his phone to the judge.

The voice of Arvin's confession after gulping down the sweetness of a taste rang out there. Of course this makes everyone there dumbfounded, including Arvin and his lawyer. There is some evidence that Fayre showed to the presiding judge and it looks like they are weighing evidence from Fayre.

"Defendant Sister, is there anything you want to convey before I ask the Plaintiff?" ask the judge to Fayre.

"Thank you, Your Majesty, for giving me time to talk" Fayre said with a sweet smile.

"I'm Kyomi Fayre as Arvin Axelle's legal wife who is called the defendant wants to convey the truth that I know. I have one more proof, if my husband loves me so much. This divorce was not the desire of the two of us, but rather because of a misunderstanding between us."

Fayre uncovers all the truths that Arvin has hidden. He gave a recording of a conversation between Fabi and Arvin last time stating that the man was forced to file for divorce.

Arvin shook his head in disbelief at everything Fayre knew. He did not expect Fayre to have a recording of himself and Fabi at that time. If it had been like this, then, the chances of divorce would not have been granted and it seemed like Fayre would have won this trial.

Arvin's lawyer is out in the fog over the hard evidence Fayre has gathered. The lawyer had to rack his brains to win this trial.

"Sorry Your Honor, I object if the evidence of the defendant is just a recording. I doubt the truth of this evidence. Can't the footage be engineered?" The lawyer tried to defend his client.

"Sister Defendant, do you have any witnesses who can corroborate all your evidence?" The judge asked Fayre.

This time Fayre could not dwell because he did not have the witness requested by the Judge. He was pensive and thought about finding a way for the judge to side with him.

"Sorry Your Majesty, I am late in this trial. I was a witness who knew that a couple loved each other." Suddenly there was a voice of a woman who entered the courtroom followed by two men.
