Fulfilling Yudha's Invitation

JOURNEY from the clove fields towards Takisung Beach five kilometers away. Jauhari repeatedly warned Sabran to reduce the speed of the motor they were driving.

"I'm afraid we don't get to the beach, but the hospital," Jauhari shouted at Sabran's ear.

"Don't worry, Jauhari. I'm a racer," replied Sabran actually increase the speed of the bike. Jauhari's hand-continent gripped Sabran's shoulder firmly.

"Dark-bodied young man, you mean!" yelling Jauhari followed by laughter Mat Yusi who sat at the back.

"What the hell did you bring, Mat?" tanya Jauhari moved her back.

Mat Yusi initially did not want to tell. However, there was no way he could hide it with a sitting condition like now. One motorbike they ride three. "trident only. Just in case," Mat Yusi reasoned.

Although tonight their goal is to make peace, he remains vigilant if everything that has been planned is not as smooth as Jauhari imagined.

But he did not intentionally reveal it. After all, Jauhari will insist with his opinion, that not always people become evil.

"You moved the trident back, my back hurt with the iron tip," Pinta Jauhari.

"Don't shake too much, Mat. Could fall us later," cried Sabran when he felt the motor he was driving. Mat Yusi's large body was a bit difficult when taking the trident tucked in front of the stomach.

When Mat Yusi tried to move the trident, Mat Yusi's body was forced to lean back, while Jauhari made room by sticking his body to Sabran.

"You're a racer, just a little protest" Mat Yusi said after successfully moving the trident.

"That was, Mat. Now I just found out that Jauhari also brought keris," replied Sabran quickly.

There was confusion on the faces of Jauhari and Mat Yusi, while Sabran only chuckled while watching the streets ahead. "The gris is also moved to the back can not, sir?"

After a long time of thinking, Jauhari began to understand what Sabran meant. Not a real keris in question, but something inside the pants.

"You back off a little, Mat. If my dagger is pierced by Sabran, it can rust him to death," Jauhari and Mat Yusi laughed.

"If something happens on the beach, don't be afraid. We leave three, go home must be three," Mat Yusi patted Sabran's shoulder as if reminiscent of the humiliating cow robbery.

He still remembers when Sabran hastily asked him to meet Jauhari while showing the cardboard tear left by the robbers. With charcoal, they wrote a message to Sabran.

"WE TAKE HIS MOTHER FIRST, YOU RAISE HER SON. WE'LL BE BACK."

Sabran's face wry if Mat Yusi reminded of the embarrassing incident. Because of his emotions, Sabran decided not to keep the calf and handed it to Jauhari.

“Already, Mat. Don't you mention the incident again" Pinta Jauhari.

"That's not what I mean. Hasn't it been Sabran who's been robbed? Many people keep cows."

Sabran was speechless thinking about Mat Yusi's words. He looked at the lonely streets. "Are you guys thinking the same thing as me?"

Jauhari was surprised to see Sabran pull off the speed of the motorcycle they were riding.

"It's not necessarily them" Jauhari tried to guess what was inside Sabran's mind.

"The robbery must have been Yudha's men. They did all this to me!" Sabran hopes Mat Yusi supports him. "I'm sure you agree with me, Mat?"

"Actually from the beginning I've been thinking that way. Yudha always had a rotten plan" replied Mat Yusi.

"Then why was Sabran targeted?" Jauhari can't wait to hear Mat Yusi's conclusion so that he can immediately continue the journey.

"We'll think about it later. But we better be careful," advised Mat Yusi to make sure that Yudha is currently preparing her rotten plan.

Sabran was not given another chance to connect his words. Jauhari forced Sabran to start the motorcycle immediately. Along the way, Sabran is increasingly haunted by misgivings.

Evening hide tired face of Takisung Beach. At the top end there, the dim moonlight framed the clouds. While from the beach, the sound of waves crashing continues to hit the rock and drag everything scattered.

Former bottles of drink were tossed and thrown back to the beach. The little crabs kept running into the hole between the pile of old logs before the waves hit back.

The bridge that Sabran crossed screeched. Down there, the fishermen's boats mute in the dark. Sabran turned off his motorcycle. Mat Yusi went down and immediately turned on the flashlight towards the iron-fenced entrance that was never locked.

Jauhari and Sabran followed from behind. They went to Wisma Jejung Buih which was on a small hill. The guesthouse had long been left dull. Large banyan trees cover the roof of the room on the side of the house making the outer walls become moist, moldy and the paint peeling.

Jauhari climbing steps made of cement stacked towards the top. Not a single bit of light was visible from inside the guesthouse. Mat Yusi looked around the courtyard overlooking the beach.

"You sure this is the place, Sabran?" ask Mat Yusi.

" This guesthouse is the only one on the beach" Sabran is sure not to hear wrong. "Maybe we're going too fast" Sabran stuffed his palm into the jacket pocket.

"Then you guys just wait here, I'll be right back!" Jauhari decided to find out what happened on the beach these few days.

He walked alone to the gate. Sabran and Mat Yusi sat on the grass. The cold sea breeze made Mat Yusi intend to make a fireplace. Sabran follows Mat Yusi collecting dried tree branches, coconut shells, and scattered bottles of used mineral water.

Sabran told Mat Yusi who was sitting on his back towards the entrance. Two people are approaching them. Mat Yusi instantly gave the code with his flashlight. The two men then retaliated by turning on the flashlight repeatedly.

Sabran followed Mat Yusi to his feet immediately. The tension seemed to drive away the cold that still had run through Sabran's body. Mat Yusi ensures the trident that is still tucked in the back of his waist is easily removed when it should be used.

"It looks like we have to go home now" Jauhari told Sabran to get ready.

"Nobody has come here since except you" said a fisherman who had walked with Jauhari.

"Well, why are they asking us to come to this place?" Sabran. He then immediately descended by jumping off the rock.

Mat Yusi was plagued with feelings of anxiety. True or not what he was thinking, Mat Yusi asked Sabran to run to pick up his motorcycle.

"We need to hurry, I'm afraid something's going on with Patra!" said Mat Yusi running towards Sabran who had preceded him. Seeing that, Jauhari soon followed them.
