YUDHA vented all her frustration by kicking the rattan chair until it slammed against the wall. Her cheek is hard. It was very exciting to smash the glass in his grip onto the face of Dul Sanif who had made his plan fall apart.
"You should have helped me get things going as planned" Yudha said. “It was in vain to bring you here just to make things messy!”
"Damage you say! Try to remember. From the beginning who promised not to hurt Mat Yusi? It turns out you just deny it" said Dul Sanif lightly. He was not afraid even though Yudha was angry.
"You've seen it for yourself. Isn't she okay? May Mat Yusi exaggerate his story to you," asked Yudha curiously.
“Not to tickle. I've been a robber frontman for a long time. The way you do it is easy to guess. You secretly sent your men to surround the Jauhari clove field. Don't I know your destination?”
“They are just in case Mat Yusi doesn't want to be reconciled. If you do not believe, call them inside and ask yourself,” let Yudha stand up to call his men who are still on guard outside.
“No need. They're your men and there's no way they'll tell you the truth.”
“Why are you turning against me now? They can't do anything if there's no trigger. Wasn't that kid who started attacking first?” Yudha defended herself.
“Do not twist the story and intend to lie to me, Yudha. From the beginning you brought them indeed to provoke a commotion. The boy just happened to defend himself because the hut was on fire. If Mat Yusi was in the hut, you wish we had a disagreement and a fistfight, right? Basic sneaky!”
Yudha did not give up. He remains defensive. “Just your thoughts are bad. Though, I only want to protect you in case something happens.”
"I was there and saw it. Then why did you have to burn that clove field?" dul Sanif's voice is rising.
"You don't have to interfere in my business. Your job is to just take Mat Yusi away and execute all our plans."
“Do not switch the conversation. I'm asking for your explanation about the burning of the clove fields of Jauhari.”
“What is your business with that clove field? Does it bring profit for you so you have to discuss it?”
Dul Sanif could barely control his emotions. Yudha always tickled. However, he thought if he had to fight Yudha, then his arrival to this place would be in vain. All plans will change.
“From now on, everything related to Mat Yusi is my business. Clove fields, Patra, Jauhari, and this place. You cannot take action without my knowledge!”
“Our agreement is not like that,” Yudha feels objection.
“Now different. You think in a way you can get Mat Yusi invited to work together? The great mafia out there is not only evil, but they are also good at organizing strategies. But you are zero big,”, said Dul Sanif.
This time Yudha laughed. “So, now you feel better setting a strategy? You forgot about your failed robbery? Who finally has to clean it all up?”
Dul Sanif had to admit that Yudha had done much for him.
“I know you've done a lot. But don't forget that it's all because we work together. I'm sure Mat Yusi's business can be quickly finished if we share the tasks and plan together.”
“You're just a big deal. Mat Yusi couldn't have agreed to leave this place.”
“It's about easy. I can take Mat Yusi away. In fact, ready to protect you if in danger.”
“Now where is the result of the robbery you promised? Remember, you promised the treasure yourself in exchange if I wanted to help Mat Yusi's parents,” attack Yudha again.
“If you want to get big fish, then fish in the sea. Follow all my plans and I'll bring a big fish in front of you. If it's just a little fish, you should be fishing in the river. I see your work is careless, it can only hurt others without adding any advantage to you.”
Dul Sanif laughed out loud realizing Yudha's stupidity. He did not expect how petty and short Yudha thought.
“Then, I was willing to shut up in front of the police to protect you. If you do not remember your promise to make me rich, at that time I would have called your name as a container of our robbery goods.”
Yudha. His emotions instantly receded as he recalled all of those events.
Before being caught by the police, Dul Sanif hid in his house within a few days. Yudha could do nothing when Dul Sanif threatened her to tell the police that he had been selling the robbed goods to her.
Dul Sanif hid for three days. Before leaving, Yudha asks for help so that Dul Sanif does not tell their business relationship if caught by the police.
Yudha also promised, he was ready to spend money to bribe the judge so that the sentence was lighter.
Dul Sanif agrees. He won't carry Yudha's name at any risk. With pleasure, Yudha hugged Dul Sanif and promised to give him a lot of wealth.
“For the sake of the past, I will listen to all your plans. The original destination we planned should be running.” Yudha finally decided to surrender and let Dul Sanif take control.
“Leave this place immediately!” the Pinta Dul Sanif.
Yudha. “I'm ready to do anything as long as it doesn't make me lose! Leaving this place is impossible.”
“I promised it to Mat Yusi. If you do, Mat Yusi is yours.”
“Sial.!” Yudha looks riled up. “You should talk to me first.”
“He hates you so much, so I give him what he likes. Just this way for Mat Yusi to follow my words.”
“Only for a person like him, I have to sacrifice a lot of money.”
“More precisely, only a person like him would bring you a lot of money!” Dul Sanif.
“For this time alone I will do it for you. Next time, all your decisions should go through my knowledge.”
Dul Sanif's eyes sparkled. He succeeded in making Yudha give up.
“Then you take care of everything and I will meet Mat Yusi tomorrow to inform you that you have agreed,” Dul Sanif embraces Yudha's shoulders while watching the whole room.
“Sometimes I want to hear stories of how good it is to have a wife of three like you,” whispered Dul Sanif did not want his voice heard by anyone.
“What is Halima alright?”
“Quiet, he only knows you're doing business in Kalimantan. Even until now Mat Yusi did not know who the man who became Halimah's husband,” Dul Sanif handed over a glass of coffee he took from the table.
“Alright, I trust you. Do not let our business affairs fail because of women's affairs.”
Dul Sanif nodded his head while smiling meaningfully.
“Although a lot of money, but actually you're a moron. Precisely as long as Mat Yusi does not know, you will not dwell with me,” said Dul Sanif in his heart filled with a sense of victory.
