BAB XXXI Motorcycle Racing

After yesterday's permission, Nuna went to school as usual. In the morning bring Rigel's bag. Follow the lesson with Rigel that interrupts until school ends. Then went on to Muay Thai training ground and trained his painting skills.

All the agenda today is quite smooth and her sister Nino has improved so that Nuna can sleep comfortably. But the voice of the phone interrupts it.

Ding. Ding. Nuna stared at the name of Rigel that appeared on the screen.

"Hello."

"Down, I'm in front of your house."

Nuna looked at the clock on her phone which showed it at 22:30. "I'm going to sleep."

"Compensation."

Nuna let out a long sigh, "OK."

"Don't forget to change your clothes, wear a jacket also outside cold."

"Good."

Phone disconnected. Nuna changed her pajamas with long jeans and a black shirt, and she put on her jeans. After putting on her white shoes, Nuna goes to see Rigel.

Rigel put a helmet on Nuna's head. "Good."

Nuna reluctantly gets on Rigel's bike.

"Handle" said Rigel before pressing the motor.

Nuna felt a breeze on her face that made her sleepy. He almost fell asleep when Rigel stopped his bike.

Nuna then went down with Rigel and she saw a lot of teenagers around her. What are they gonna do? Fighting in the middle of the night?

"Boss, you're here" said Adit.

"Yoi. I know this is Nuna." Rigel glanced at the girl beside him. "Nuna, this is my friend, Adit and Rafa."

"Gue Adit."

"Gue Rafa's."

"I'm Nuna."

Adit then introduced his best friend, "Know Gae, my hero Bianca."

Bianca smiled and extended her hand to Rigel, "Gue Bianca."

Rigel just stared at the helping hand and said, "Rigel."

Bianca awkwardly pulled her hand back.

Rafa chuckles and continues the introduction, "This is my cousin, Monika."

"Hello, I'm Monika."

Mark and his friends approached them, "Are you ready?"

"Udah," answered Rigel briefly.

Mark looked at Rigel then turned his gaze to Nuna and smiled mysteriously.

Rigel narrowed his eyes looking at Mark's expression, he stepped forward covering Nuna with his body.

"Okay, you already know the rules, two people must enter the finish above the opposing team. We start now" Mark said.

One of the spectators became the referee of the match.

"So you're going to race a bike?" asked Nuna who had understood the situation.

"Yoi. I'll win" Rigel replied excitedly.

"It's very dangerous." Nuna looked seriously at Rigel. "What if there's an accident?"

Rigel smirked and patted Nuna's helmet softly, "Together with me, you're safe."

Nuna hesitantly got on the bike and held onto Rigel's leather jacket, "Do you have health insurance?"

Rigel chokes, "Nuna calm down okay? I have, you hold tight. I guarantee you exciting."

"Prepare everything." The referee lifted the flag. "start."

The six motors drove speedily through the set route. Rigel temporarily led the match.

Nuna's heart skipped a beat, she felt her body go limp and was about to fall off the bike.

"Missy?" call Rigel.

Nuna did not answer. He just tightened his grip on Rigel's jacket.

A pair of hands suddenly appeared and hugged his stomach. Rigel was shocked and almost lost his balance.

"Be careful" said Nuna, who felt her motorbike sway.

"Ehem. Okay." Okay." Rigel then focused on the road.

Behind Rigel, there's Mark who's piggybacking on his girlfriend Cloudy.

"Boss, plans executed now?" cloudy asked who took out a pocket containing nails from his jacket pocket.

"Yes. Do it now" replied Mark.

Cloudy then opened the bag and spread the nail at a certain point on the road that other participants would pass.

Mark had already told his teammates about his plans so they wouldn't break through this riveted path carelessly.

Rafa and Monika are in third place. Suddenly Felix overtook him and took a position that was too left to approach the sidewalk. Rafa narrowed his eyes suspiciously and followed Felix's movements, then he looked to the right side of the road and found a lot of nails scattered there.

"Cih, cheat," said Rafa upset and increase the speed of the bike to precede Felix.

Felix is surprised to see Rafa escape the trap. He also tried to surpass Rafa for the second time.

In the back position, Adit and Bianca are having an argument with Ipul and his partner.

"Lo aside," cried Adit annoyed.

"Ogah, you who move aside," cried Ipul while trying to kick Adit's motor on his left.

Adit lifted his leg and kicked back the Ipul motor. But the Ipul nimbly dodged.

Ipul laughed disdainfully until his motorcycle tire suddenly erupted and he immediately stopped the bike. Ipul hits the handlebar of his motorbike hard, "Gue forgot argh!"

Adit braked his bike and looked back. He found a lot of nails under the tires of the Ipul motorbike. This must be their cunning plan! Adit sneered, "Hahaha. weapon eat sir."

"Diem lo!" Ipul angrily immediately contacted his friend.

"Hahaha, bye bye." Adit's running the motor back.

On the other hand, Rigel had already crossed the finish line and the spectators were cheering. Nuna went down and her body staggered.

Rigel immediately hugged his shoulder."Why lo? Dizziness?"

Nuna stabilized her body and moved away from Rigel. "I want to go home."

Rigel's eyebrows shot up. "Wait, just a moment. It won't be long."

Mark was second. Rafa and Monika. Then Felix and his partner. Adit and Bianca are fifth.

"Gue won, again," said Rigel staring lightly at Mark. "Lo look at the greatness of my squad."

Mark snorted and took his suitcase.

"Eh uh, I don't accept cash. Transfer it away." Rigel doesn't want to get into Mark's blast trick.

Mark grinned, "OK." He then looked at his squad members. "Let's unplug."

They left Rigel and his friends.

"You guys are amazing" Rigel praised and tos with Rafa and Adit. He was about to chat when his jacket was pulled.

Rigel saw Nuna's hand clutching her jacket.

"I want to go home" said Nuna once again. Tomorrow they have to go to school. He doesn't want to be late, okay!

Rigel chuckled and took Nuna's hand and held her. "Yes yes. Okay, I'll go back first. Bye all."

"Be careful on the road, boss."

Rigel waved his hand and rode his motorcycle towards Nuna's house. Arriving at the door, Nuna did not come down yet. Rigel looked back and found the girl asleep.

"Nuna, wake up" said Rigel, making Nuna wake up from her dream. He blinked his confused eyes and got off the bike. Rigel looked at the girl standing up and closed his eyes again. Seems very sleepy?

Rigel got off the bike and carried Nuna into the house.

"Miss," a waiter who knew of Nonanya's departure awaits her return.

Rigel looked at the waiter and asked, "Where's Nuna's room?"

Doubtfully the servant replied, "Here." He opened the door and let Rigel lay his lady on the bed.

Rigel looked at Nuna for a moment then glanced at the maid. Without saying goodbye, he came out of Nuna's room and went back to her house. On the way he laughed remembering the innocent face of Nuna who was very sleepy.
