only the ones in the hall at the moment. Fang looked calm even though he was still in the hall.

May kept quiet and turned to Fang, Smiling inwardly as she was not the only one suspected by the palace attendant.

“Okay sir, please ask me a question.” replied Fang as if challenging the task of the palace.

“Miss Fang, you became the prime suspect because you were serving that food back then so you had a great chance to put poison or something like that on that food.”the palace attendant sitting in front of the maid looked at her sharply.

“Master... I told you earlier that I served the food, but Miss May gave the food to me.” replied Fang as she turned to the right side looking at May.

The palace attendant continued to ask Fang questions, though, and the waiter could answer smoothly without the slightest doubt and fear and prove that the other concubines who ate his cooking the same day had nothing to poison, which made the palace attendant not suspect the maid with her reasonable answer.

The palace attendant turned to look at May and began to interrogate her.

“May, Miss Fang said you gave her the food. Why are you giving food to Miss Fang ?”the palace attendant repeated the question he had asked the previous day.

“No... I didn't give it to Fang. He made up the story.” replied May.

The palace attendant still remembered the servant's answer earlier and this time the answer he gave was different.

“Didn't you say you were the one who gave the food to Fang's waitress?”the palace officer asked a question again.

In the palace some of the palace attendants faced the Emperor.

“Hail your majesty. We have found the perpetrator who mixed poison on noble food and also Consort Wan Rou.”ucap the palace attendant reported respectfully.

“Your work is good. Tell me who did it?”emperor Luoying said with a big smile after praising the performance of the palace attendants.

The palace officials told him that the culprit was May and that they had now thrown the maid into a holding cell.

“What punishment should we drop on that servant for a noble attempted murder case ?”ask the palace attendant.

“Tomorrow I will impose punishment on him for now find out who is behind all this, is there a palace party that interfered or is he alone ?”emperor Luoying again gave orders to the palace officials.

“Good noble one !”replied the palace attendant in unison. They immediately left the room and returned to the detention cell to conduct further interrogations on May.
