Xiao Jinyu stopped after finishing jogging ten rounds. Tang Su followed him to a stop.

“buuuk... haahh... haah.Tang Su immediately sat down in front of his hostel room and inhaled a deep breath.

“Xiao Jinyu... You're really torturing me... haah...”ucap Tang Su is still panting then resuscitated his body against the wall while straightening his legs.

“This is just the beginning later you will long get used to it after often doing it regularly.”ucap Xiao Jinyu smiled satisfied after seeing Tang Su's clothes wet with sweat.

Five minutes later Xiao Jinyu said goodbye.

“Chubby... It's time I got back ready to go to campus. See you there. Tomorrow morning I will be here again.”tapnya then go passed leaving Tang Su.

Tang Su then stood up and walked into his room. Because of thirst, he drank three large glasses of mineral water.

“Haah... leganya..”ucap Tang Su while putting an empty glass to the table.

He sat down for a while to dry his sweat.

“My stomach and legs are currently in pain and soreness.”gumamnya while touching his achy legs.

After his sweat dried he went into the bathroom to prepare to leave for campus.

After taking a shower, he sat down at the table and prepared to eat some of the sandwiches he had prepared before the bath.

Tsng Su took one and started eating it. The second time he felt his stomach was full after drinking the previous three glasses of mineral water so he returned the stuffed bread that was taken.

Tang Su left for the campus and walked slightly dragging his feet as it felt heavy.

At night when he lay down on the bed, he could not close his eyes because his whole body was sore and painful.

He closed his eyes even though he could not sleep. Two hours later the girl fell asleep until the morning when she woke up to hear someone knocking on her door.

“What is this morning already ? It felt like just slept for two hours.”mum Tang Su stared at the door then immediately got up to open it.

“Hai...”sapa Xiao Jinyu smiled slightly behind the door greeting Tang Su.

“How are you ready to sit up now ?”xiao Jinyu asked directly to the core of the matter.

Tang Su rubbed his eyes and spread out both of his hands. He immediately lay on the floor still in his pajamas and began doing sit ups.

“One.... two... three...” as usual, Xiao Jinyu started counting as Tang Su started to sit up.

On this second day Xiao Jinyu saw that there was little progress. The girl just stopped after twenty counts.

“Haah... I'm not strong anymore help me.”ucap Tang Su stop sit up.

“Well you're still like yesterday. Alright I will help you.” Xiao Jinyu replied then sat down in front of Tang Su while holding both of Tang Su's legs and holding her hand as the girl bent her waist forward.

Finished sit-ups they both went out of the room and did jogging like the day before.

After jogging, Xiao Jinyu returned home and prepared to leave for campus.

Xiao Jinyu for a week accompanied Tang Su on her diet program.

Today is the seventh day. After she finished jogging Tang Su asked the man to wait for her for a while.

Tang Su opened the refrigerator and took out some fresh liquid milk then poured it into a glass.

“This is for you. Drink.”pap Tang Su put a glass of cold milk in front of Xiao Jinyu as his gratitude.

When Xiao Jinyu was drinking milk she could not help but weigh her weight when she saw the digital scales in the corner of the room.

“Maybe my weight has dropped even though a little.”batinnya.ia also immediately headed to the corner of the room and weighed her weight.

Tang Su was silent and only as he looked at her and as if in disbelief as he found his weight falling by two kilos in a week.

He immediately got off the digital scales and put them back in place. Tang Su then sat down near Xiao Jinyu.

“Xiao Jinyu... My weight dropped.”ucap Tang Su smiled broadly with cheerfulness.

“Tu new a week and if you want to add a diet program again then your weight will drop quickly.” replied Xiao Jinyu.

Since it was time for him to return and be prepared, he said goodbye.

In the afternoon Xiao Jinyu returned to Tang Su's place after the girl had previously agreed to do aerobics.

Xiao Jinyu sat on the floor waiting for Tang Su to change into a training shirt.

"I'm ready.”shout Tang Su with spirit after finishing changing clothes.

Xiao Jinyu went home and Tang Su went back into the room and closed the door. This time his clothes were completely wet due to his heavy sweat.

To quench his thirst he took four large glasses of mineral water.

In the evening Tang Su only ate half a portion and no snacks because he felt that his stomach was full of water that made him full.

At night he again experienced insomnia while lying in bed because he felt his body aches all.

Tang Su sat down and recalled that he had not finished reading Princess Wu Shuang's novel.

Tang Su sat down at the table after picking up the novel and started to open up continuing the page he had previously read.

He stood up again and took the silver needle underneath from the novel and sat down again.

“cuss..” Tang Su stuck a silver needle into the area of the hand that was related to the nerves in the brain. And within seconds the girl was unconscious on the table.
