Marriage is a sacred bond between lovers who love each other. A bond that can deliver a pair of men to His Jannah. However, that still does not apply to Infiera and also Abhimanyu.
Marriage because of matchmaking. Gunawan and Ratna, Infiera's parents suddenly told the girl that there was a young man who would propose to her, and finance Infiera to continue his lecture which had been delayed due to cost issues.
Of course, it is difficult to be rejected by a 21-year-old girl because she already craves to continue college when she already has money.
During this time, Fiera filled her free time by writing novels in several applications to meet her needs. However, his income is not enough to continue college.
While Abhimanyu, a lecturer in literature as well as a famous writer could not refuse at all when his parents said that he would be betrothed to a girl from the city of Bandung.
Until the end, this is where they are now. Living in the capital, away from parents, in a house after their wedding. Despite being on the same roof, Fiera and Abhimanyu's relationship never looked like husband and wife. Abhimanyu who was indifferent and also fierce as a lecturer, always made a clear wall on Fiera.
Fiera had heard that Abhimanyu had a lover at the time, but he never found out and did not want to know.
As for Fiera, she just lived her life, as a student. Like his dream—forward college—lalu worked in the field he loved, namely the world of literacy.
So far, Fiera had never thought about how the future of her marriage to Abhimanyu would be. Maybe they will get divorced after graduating from college.
Whatever, the important thing is that he went to college, even though for almost a year their marriage was like a stranger under the same roof.
The two of them had even lived in different rooms all this time. It was Abhimanyu's request, at the beginning of their marriage, when the two moved into the house to live an after-marriage life.
Yigg!
The door outside the room was opened and closed with a loud sound.
Fiera, who is working in her room, is writing a follow-up to her online novel because her readers are terrorizing her constantly. Turn and look towards the door.
“She just finished?” muttered Fiera, referring to Abhimanyu who had just walked out of his study. She grumbled as it turned out, her husband came out late. It's almost midnight now.
Normally, Abhimanyu would leave his study at about nine p.m., and that was when Fiera's change came into his office. There, Abhimanyu had many books that Fiera could use to study.
What's more, now he has a punishment from Abhimanyu for making a book review. He needed some novel references, and there Abhimanyu already provided them.
Fiera chuckles amusedly. “Not bad either.”
Abhimanyu never gets angry if he uses his study room, even though he deliberately provides the books he needs.
It was clear when Fiera needed some books and it was difficult to get, it was not long before the book was in her husband's study.
He ended up giving a little tolerance, although Abhimanyu's words sometimes hurt, but he remained the responsibility to make Fiera finish his lecture.
Fiera walked into her husband's study, walked to Abhimanyu's bookshelves and smiled as she saw the novel pile there.
Fiera always felt enthusiastic about every step into the room. Look at the books lined up there, right there, make her excited again—forgets the incident a few hours ago when Abhimanyu called her brainless as she forgot her mother-in-law's package delivery from Palembang near the side gazebo.
Infiera had been in her husband's study for a long time, working on Abhimanyu's punishment today because she had fallen asleep in her class.
One hour, two hours, did not feel Infiera doing his job until three in the morning. Infiera even fell asleep in Abhimanyu's study. He woke up as the sun penetrated into the room from the cracks of the window.
“Ah, I fell asleep again. What time is it?” Fiera turned to the wall clock that was near the Abhimanyu desk, her eyes round because the time had shown nine in the morning. Though, he had class today around ten o'clock.
Fiera hurriedly got up from her seat and ran out of the room without having time to save back to where the books she had picked up last night were from Abhimanyu's shelf.
Fiera came out, she did not find her husband's whereabouts in the living room, which meant that Abhimanyu had already left for work. Fiera knew that Abhimanyu had other jobs besides being a lecturer and writer, but she never found out about other professions from her husband.
Fiera walked into the kitchen, she grimaced at the healthy food made by the vegetable Abhimanyu—salad and also the two eggs.
Just looking at it, made Fiera feel nauseous. He could never adapt to Abhimanyu's lifestyle of food.
Infiera decided to put her salad in a plastic bag to throw away and pick up the eggs. He'll have breakfast on campus, with soy sauce-fried rice made by the canteen's mother. At least, the eggs he could still eat.

Arriving at the college, Fiera runs towards her class. He saw his teacher already in class. Through the slightly open door jam, he waved his hand at Bimo, his friend who was clearly visible from there.
Bimo was initially unaware of the woman's whereabouts, until he raised his head. Bimo surprised, ‘Are you crazy this new clock is coming?’ Bimo spoke only with the motion of his lips without making a sound, and also his hand pointed at the clock.
‘Do not talk first.... . Has the lecturer been in class for a long time?’ Fiera did the same to Bimo.
Before Bimo replied to Fiera's question, suddenly the entrance opened wider. A 35-year-old man, who was none other than his lecturer, stood up, then folded his hands on his chest.
“Do you know what time it is, Fiera?” ask him firmly.
Fiera was stunned, then grimaced. “Ma-sorry, sir, I got stuck in traffic earlier.” Giving reasons, even though traffic to campus from home is not too jammed.
“Macet? Where are you stuck stuck in traffic? Is it in your room?” The lecturer named Gerald Keegan was staring suspiciously. Despite not knowing where this girl lives, but Gerald knows enough with the traffic towards the campus where she works.
Fiera grinned, like she was asserting the lecturer's words.
Gerald sighed. “Because this is the first time you've been late in my class, come in. But, standing behind as his punishment.”
Fortunately, Mr. Gerald was kind, thought Fiera while stepping in. If only it was Abhimanyu class, maybe he had been punished not to follow his class for several meetings in the future.
‘Stupid!’ bimo taunted Fiera who was standing behind him.
‘Be quiet!’ the upset.
“Bimo, do you also want to stand behind?” Gerald's voice intruded on both. Bimo turned around, facing towards the front back. “No, Sir.”
The class continued, Fiera listened and recorded all her lessons with a standing state.
Calls sounded in unison as Gerald gave the assignment at the end of his class.
“Fiera, as an additional punishment, please collect the duties of your other friends and bring them to my room.”
“Good, Sir.”
After giving the order, Gerald stepped outside leaving the classroom. While Fiera, heaving a sigh of relief because her legs were already sore, continued to stand throughout the lesson.
“Heh, Fiera, your tumben is late. What else is washed now?”
“Anturium,” said while taking the task from the hands of his friend Anis. Anturium is an ornamental plant that meets the side yard of his house and also Abhimanyu.
Anis chuckled at the words with an annoyed tone from her friend. In fact, all this time if it's too late Fiera always has a similar reason.
Washing clothes, washing dishes, washing plants. Sometimes Anis always teases her. “Surprisingly, you work side jobs as a housekeeper.”
In fact, Fiera was not looking for an excuse at all and was not joking. He does always do his own homework, including washing his clothes and also Abhimanyu.
Fiera ignored the temptations of her classmates, stepping towards her lecturer room. He knocked on the door before entering and pushed slowly on the door when he heard permission to enter.
Fiera stepped in, past a man who was none other than Abhimanyu sitting at his desk next to Gerald's desk.
“Pak, here are the tasks.”
“Yes, just put it there,” said, then look up at Fiera. “Fiera, have you considered my offer to become a lecturer assistant?”
Fiera was surprised to find out, Gerald asked her offer to become a teaching assistant last week. Though he had rejected it that day because he felt he would not be able to, because he had to write after all his campus assignments were completed.
“Pak, I already rejected it, right, last week?”
Gerald clucked lazily. “It turns out you still remember your answer. Already go.”
Fiera smiled sweetly at the grunts of her lecturer. Gerald is famous for being kind and witty, although a little stingy when it comes to value.
“Good, Sir, excuse me.” Fiera turned around, she completely ignored the existence of Abhimanyu sitting on her desk. He could see with the tail of his eyes, if the man could glance at him.
“Abi, you also teach in her class, right?” gerald asked Abhimanyu after Fiera's departure.
Abhimanyu cleared his throat, turning his eyes away. He had a chance to see Fiera's sweet smile before leaving. In fact, all this time the girl rarely smiled in front of him.
“Hmm!” Abhimanyu simply replied with a murmur of his mouth.
“Gue asked him to be an assistant, but he refused. Hah .. whereas if he agrees, I will be able to approach him. Who knows we match.”
Abhimanyu who was trying to ignore the ravings of his colleagues immediately turned his head. “What do you mean?”
Seeing the fierce look on Abhimanyu's face, Gerald said, “What? There is no prohibition, right, for the lecturer to marry his student? After all, she is also suitable for marriage.” Gerald smiled thinking about his own words.
For some reason, Abhimanyu did not like Gerald's words.
“Are you not afraid of gossip?”
“Why be afraid? Anyway, I don't intend to date, I intend to get married.” The blaster guy laughed. “Unfortunately, she's an insensitive woman. In fact, I was blatant if I invited him to marry.” Gerald turned sad.
The corner of Abhimanyu's eyes twitched hearing that, his jaw slightly stiffened, but he remained calm. “Then, what's the answer?”
“Lo want to know?”
Abhimanyu was silent, indicating that he wanted to hear the answer.
“He laughed, then said, ‘What did you eat wrong?’ Of course, I'm embarrassed, right? At last, I invited him to be an assistant professor. Crazy, he even replied, ‘This father is-there, if you want to nawarin become a lecturer assistant, why should you spin pretending to marry.’ Crazy, he said richly so while laughing loudly. I wish I drowned to the bottom of the earth's crust.”
Gerald grumbled, aware of Infiera's insensitivity, student. In fact, when he married with a serious face, hope the girl believes that she is sincere. Unfortunately, Fiera only assumed that it was just a prank.
“Unfortunately, I am even more curious about him like that.” Gerald continued his story.
Abhimanyu just kept quiet, listening to the words of fellow lecturers as well as his friends. He stared at the exit, where Fiera had disappeared from his sight. Gerald's words, successfully disturbed the Abhimanyu.
