Rossy and Sister Lisa stopped their conversation for a while as the cafe waitress approached their table, serving drinks and food they had ordered.
"Chandra, you eat first huh," Rossy said as he thrust a plate of Fish and Chip before Chandra.
"Well mommy," Chandra replied obediently.
Rossy accidentally ordered a kids menu for Chandra. As a chef, Rossy knows that every place to eat either restaurant or cafe always prepares a standard portion of food so Rossy chose the kids menu for Chandra because the portion of the food has been adjusted for children.
Chandra can finish its food so it does not waste food.
Rossy also ordered a large pizza to eat together while chatting.
Sister Lisa sees Chandra eating quietly and remembers Chandra's invisible twin.
"Sorry Rossy. If you may know, where is Vin Vin ?" ask Sister Lisa.
Rossy was silent for a while after hearing Sister Lisa's question.
Rossy was thinking about whether he would tell her about Kelvin's disease to Sister Lisa.
Michelle fell silent and did not say a word. Michelle wants to leave all the decisions in Rossy's hands.

"Sorry Rossy if my question offends you" Sister Lisa said, looking down.
Sister Lisa feels awry in front of Rossy.
"I'm not offended by your question, Lisa. I just thought about where to start telling you everything" Rossy explained with a smile.
Rossy decides to tell Sister Lisa everything. Rossy is sure Sister Lisa will be on his side and help him.
"From the beginning of your return to Bali, "said Michelle.
Michelle knows Rossy decided to tell Sister Lisa everything now.
Rossy nodded her head at Michelle and looked towards Sister Lisa.
"I lived in America for five years and came home to Bali about two weeks ago.For these five years, I had absolutely no idea about my twin babies. Inadvertently Kelvin and Chandra were swapped at the airport so I could finally figure out my baby was twins" Rossy said.
Sister Lisa bows her head again in guilt for making Rossy part with her first son for five years.
"I came back to Bali because Kelvin had leukemia and needed cord blood to heal him. However, the maternity hospital didn't keep Kelvin or Chandra's umbilical cord blood when I gave birth" Rossy continued.
Sister Lisa was shocked by Rossy's words. Sister Lisa did not expect the baby who accompanied Rossy during bedrest a week in the maternity hospital, apparently suffering from leukemia at a young age.
Sister Lisa knows so well how to get cord blood to treat Kelvin's disease that Sister Lisa suspects Rossy wants to get a baby from Mister W again.
"You want to get cord blood through Mister W?" ask Sister Lisa carefully to Rossy.
"Yes. I already know Mister W's real identity is Jackson Wijaya. I now work as her personal chef and she still doesn't know I'm Miss X" Rossy replied honestly.
Sister Lisa recalled Rossy's recent words about Chandra and Kelvin that had changed since Rossy arrived in Bali.
"That means Kelvin is being treated in the VVIP Healing Hands Hospital patient room right now?" ask Sister Lisa.
"Yes" replied Rossy.
"I kept my identity a secret from Jackson Wijaya for fear that he would accuse me of reneging on the deal five years ago and snatching Kelvin from me. I hope Doctor Erik will soon wake up and be able to witness me in front of Jackson later" Rossy explained.
Rossy tells Sister Lisa everything, her reasons for hiding her true identity and her plans when Doctor Erik wakes up from a coma.
"Me and Doctor Erik will be your witnesses" Sister Lisa said confidently.
The problem of twins Rossy was only clearly known by Doctor Erik and Sister Lisa so Sister Lisa took the initiative to propose to help Rossy.
"Thank you Lisa" Rossy said.
"Lisa's. I hope you can keep Rossy's real identity a secret from anyone including Jennifer" Michelle said.
"I promise, Michelle. The matter of twins five years ago I always kept that secret meeting. No one else knows but Doctor Erik and I," Sister Lisa said confidently.
Rossy and Michelle believed Sister Lisa's words. Thirty minutes later Rossy's party parted ways with Sister Lisa at the cafe.
Rossy went to the toilet mall to make makeup ugly again because he was going home to the Wijaya Mansion.
Moments later Rossy came out of the restroom with the appearance of Jackson's personal chef.
"Let's go to the optical shop first before we get home from the mall," Rossy took to Michelle and Chandra.
The three of them headed for the optical shop that was inside the mall. Chandra advises Rossy to buy a natural-colored lens that Rossy will use at Violet and Febrian's engagement party this Saturday.
The theme of their engagement party was a mask party so Rossy's big, old-fashioned glasses wouldn't work that day.
During this time Rossy tricked Jackson that his eyes were minus so he had to use thick glasses this ancient.
Rossy has to prepare his own contact lens so that Jackson does not suspect later.

Michelle drives Rossy to Wijaya Mansion and Rossy gets off Ayla Michelle's car which stops not far from Wijaya Mansion.
Rossy accidentally asks Michelle to drop him there because she doesn't want Chandra's identity uncovered.
Everyone in the Wijaya Mansion knew Chandra and would have been suspicious if they saw a little boy with the same face as their young master.
Michelle runs her car to Healing Hands Hospital after seeing Rossy enter the Wijaya Mansion safely.
Mr. Lesmana welcomed Rossy's arrival while smiling kindly.
"Miss Rossy is back" said Mr. Lesmana.
"Yes Mr. Lesmana. I'm going to the kitchen to prepare dinner for Mr. Jackson right now" Rossy said.
"Miss Rossy doesn't need to prepare Mr. Jackson's dinner and can rest now" Mr. Lesmana said.
"Mr Jackson overtime at the Wijaya Company?" ask Rossy.
Rossy knew Jackson was a hard worker and always worked until night in his study if any office work had not been completed by Jackson.
"Mr Jackson just said there are important things that must be done so that it will not be dinner at the Wijaya Mansion," replied Mr. Lesmana.
"All right Mr. Lesmana. Thank you for the info" Rossy said and walked into his bedroom.
