CHAPTERS 173. The Twins

Kelvin's still thinking hard about what's going on inside his patient's room right now.
"Why can mommy, daddy, and brother come together this morning?" kelvin's heart.
Kelvin stared at Jackson's face intensely to read Jackson's current mood
Jackson's face was very calm and there was no expression of anger at all so it made Kelvin feel relieved to feel his butt could be released from Jackson's punch this time.
Then Kelvin stared intensely at Rossy's face. Kelvin felt his mommy appearance today was very different from usual.
"Mommy isn't wearing ugly make-up today" cried Kelvin.
Kelvin believes Rossy's identity has been revealed at this time so Kelvin looks towards Chandra while giving an eye gesture to Chandra in the hope that Chandra can give him a clue.
Kelvin believes he and Chandra must have telepathy and be able to read each other's minds because they are twins.
"Kelvin! Surprise!" Chandra.
Chandra can understand Kelvin's eye cues, giving clues that they are giving Kelvin a surprise.
Kelvin smiled widely and immediately hugged Jackson because he understood the instructions from Chandra.
"Daddy! I'm happy to be with daddy and brother" Kelvin said.
"Daddy was happy to be with you and mommy" Jackson said, holding Kelvin's head with his right hand, while his left hand was around Rossy's waist standing beside him.
Chandra walked over to Rossy's side and hugged Rossy tightly.
"Mommy!" chandra said with teary eyes.
Chandra is thrilled to finally be able to call Rossy with mommy blatantly without fear of being caught by others again.
His family has reunited after being separated for five years. The four of them hugged each other for a long time with a feeling of happy and moved heart.
Even Jackson could feel his eyes ache from trying to hold back his tears. Happy tears were already flowing down Rossy and Kelvin's cheeks, while Chandra's eyes were glazed over.

"Come on Kelvin eat breakfast first!" jackson suddenly said.
Jackson did not want Rossy and his two sons to see him teary-eyed so they had to stop hugging them.
"Yes. Kelvin must have been hungry" Rossy said, wiping his tears and Kelvin's tears.
The four of them walked towards the chairs and tables that were inside the room of VVIP Kelvin patients.
Rossy pulled out the food from the food-warming thermos and Kelvin sat quietly smiling happily and occasionally heard a small laugh coming from his tiny mouth.
"Kelvin's. Why do you keep laughing?" jackson asked in a soft voice.
"I really liked the surprise that daddy gave me this morning" Kelvin replied honestly.
Jackson and Rossy smiled broadly at Kelvin's innocent reply.
"It's very thick Kelvin. Daddy forbade mommy from telling you about our arrival because she wanted to surprise you" Chandra said.
Kelvin ate his breakfast voraciously. Although breakfast this morning is not as good as Rossy's cooking, the feeling of Kelvin's heart that is happy to make the breakfast feels very sweet and delicious.
Jackson, Rossy, and Chandra sat down with Kelvin to eat breakfast.
After Kelvin finished eating his breakfast, they chatted.
Jackson asks about Rossy and Kelvin's life while in America.
Rossy asked about Jackson and Chandra's life in Bali.
Time went by quickly and they were not aware of the conversation until lunch time.
The sound of knocking on the door made them stop the conversation of his little family.
"Lake in!" jackson said in a flat voice.
Felix walks into Kelvin's VVIP patient room with Michelle. They both wear their doctor suits.
Michelle wants to meet Rossy and her twin sons before starting her day shift work so Felix takes Michelle to Kelvin's VVIP patient room.
"Michelle!" call Rossy with pleasure.
"Aunty Michelle, Mrs Felix!" say hello to Kelvin and Chandra together.
Felix looked at Kelvin and Chandra's faces alternately. The two sat side by side and looked very similar.
If Kelvin had not worn the patient's clothes, Felix was sure he would not have been able to tell the two of them apart.
No wonder Jackson and Rossy were completely unaware they were both swapped at the airport.
"The two of you are very similar" Felix said spontaneously and with a shocked face, while Michelle had met Kelvin before the Kelvin nosebleed and fainted at his rented house, act calmer and hold Kelvin's head gently.
"Kelvin! You will recover soon and be discharged from the hospital. Aunty Michelle will take you and Chandra to the beach" Michelle said.
"Okay Aunty Michelle. Pinky promise," said Kelvin, raising his right pinky toward Michelle.
Michelle hooked her right pinky to Kelvin's pinky.
"Pinky promise" said Kelvin Hartono and Michelle together and they both laughed.
Michelle was very happy with Rossy's current state of being able to openly gather with her two sons without fear of being known by Jackson again.
"Jackson! I want to have a chat with you and Rossy in my private practice room right now," Felix said in a serious tone.
Felix can read the heart of Michelle who wants Kelvin to get well soon and reunite with his small family so that Felix wants to explain more clearly Kelvin's current health condition to Jackson and Rossy and negotiate about alternative cures for Kelvin leukemia.
Jackson and Rossy understand Felix's intention to take them to his private practice room. Kelvin had no knowledge of his leukemia at all, so Felix couldn't possibly have talked about it in Kelvin's VVIP patient room.
Jackson nodded his head and stood up from his seat while tightly grasping Rossy's hand.
"Rossy. I'll accompany Kelvin and Chandra here before I start work" Michelle said.
"Okay Michelle. You two should be inside this patient's room and shouldn't be wandering outside when Aunty Michelle goes to work" Rossy said to Chandra and Kelvin.
"Okay mommy" replied Chandra.
"Okay boss mommy," replied Kelvin.
They all laughed at the same time except for Jackson who only lifted the corners of his lips slightly because he saw clearly the difference in the prominent nature between Kelvin and Chandra.
