CHAPTER 21. Comas
Moments later an ambulance came and took Doctor Erik to the nearest hospital, Medical Health hospital.
Bagaskara drove his car following the ambulance from behind.
The ambulance stopped in front of the Medical Health hospital. Bagaskara got out of his car and approached the doctor who came out to greet the ambulance.
"Doctor! Please save this man. Whatever it costs I'll pay!" bagaskara.
"Good Sir! We're taking him to the operating room now. You can take care of the administration first," said the male doctor.
Without wasting time Bagaskara took care of the hospital administration. Waiting in front of the operating room.
After waiting for almost three hours, a male doctor was seen coming out of the operating room.
"How are the patients doing, doctor?" ask Bagaskara.
"The patient has passed his critical period. But the patient is bleeding in the brain so it's in a coma now" replied the male doctor.
"Koma? When can the patient wake up from his coma?" asked Bagaskara with a worried tone.
"It all depends on the patient and the will of God. It could be a week, a month, a few years. There were even those who could not wake up at all from his coma. I hope you prepare yourself for the worst" replied the male doctor.
"Good Doctor! Thank you," Bagaskara said to the male doctor.
"I must contact Mr. Jackson to inform him of this," Bagaskara's heart said.

Jackson, who saw a call from Bagaskara to his phone, picked up the phone with excitement.
"Hows it? Who is Miss X's real identity?" ask Jackson to Bagaskara.
"Sorry Mr Jackson! I was at the Medical Health Hospital. The doctor who gave birth to Miss X was in a coma because she was hit by a car" Bagaskara replied.
"What's been going on?" ask Jackson.
Jackson did not expect the good news he should have received to turn into bad news.
"When I introduced myself as a subordinate of Mr. Jackson, Doctor Erik was surprised and ran so fast that he was hit by a car" Bagaskara replied.
"The doctor ran away from Bagaskara? Did she hide something about the delivery five years ago?" heart of Jackson.
"Bagaskara! Transfer Doctor Erik from Medical Health Hospital to Healing Hands Hospital. I'll have Felix give him the best treatment. Doctor Erik has to get out of his coma!" jackson's orders.
"Okay Mr Jackson! I'll take care of it now" replied Bagaskara.
After hanging up the phone with Bagaskara, Jackson called Felix.
"Hello."
" Felix! Wherever you are now, you must go to Healing Hands Hospital right now. Bagaskara will take a comatose patient from the Medical Health hospital there. Give her the best treatment. You have to try to get it out of the coma right away" Jackson said.
Felix knew this patient must have been very important to Jackson so he wanted to know more clearly.
"Jackson! Who's the patient?" ask Felix.
"She was the doctor who delivered Miss X five years ago. I'm sure she knows the identity of Miss X" Jackson replied.
"alright. I'm going to Healing Hands Hospital right now" Felix said.
Felix knows the most important thing now is to find Miss X in order to get new umbilical cord blood to treat Chandra. Felix wants Chandra to recover from her illness.
"Thank you Felix! I'm going to Healing Hands Hospital after I finish my work at the office" Jackson said.

Felix drove his car to Healing Hands Hospital and called Healing Hands Hospital to prepare a VVIP patient room that would be used by transfer patients from Medical Health Hospital.

Today Michelle works the night shift because she replaces her co-worker, Winona, who is unable to come to Healing Hands Hospital.
Michelle and Winona often change shifts when one of them is unable to work according to the schedule given by Healing Hands Hospital.
As usual Chandra was in the children's playroom waiting for Michelle to finish work.
Now Chandra always wears a Kelvin hat and jacket to Healing Hands Hospital .
Chandra always walks with his head down so that his face is not clearly visible.
Chandra does so to avoid CCTV footage at Healing Hands Hospital and also avoid meeting people who know his true identity.
"Michelle! You are waiting for the arrival of the ambulance from the Medical Health hospital. A male patient who was in a coma was transferred to Healing Hands Hospital" said Dr Anna, a senior doctor to Michelle.
"Okay, Doctor Anna" replied Michelle.
Michelle walked towards the entrance of Healing Hands Hospital to wait for an ambulance from the Medical Health hospital.
Felix who walked from the parking lot to the front door of Healing Hands Hospital was delighted to meet Michelle.
"Hello Michelle!" greet Felix.
Michelle was just as surprised to see Felix today. Felix rarely appears at Healing Hands Hospital.
"Hello Felix!" michelle said with a smile.
"Angelku," Felix said as he looked at Michelle Angela's smile.
"Yes Felix. I'm on the night shift today. I'm waiting for a transfer patient from a Medical Health hospital" Michelle replied.
"Patient transfer? The patient in the coma?" ask Felix.
"Yes Felix!" michelle answered, wondering why Felix knew the patient was in a coma.
"I came to Healing Hands Hospital tonight because of that patient as well" Felix said.
Michelle nodded her head at Felix's explanation.
"I'm glad to see you" said Felix.
"You mean?" Michelle who is still single and innocent does not understand the meaning of words.
"Sir.I mean I'm happy to be on duty with you" Felix said nervously.
Michelle replied to Felix with a faint smile on her face.

Moments later an ambulance from the Medical Health hospital arrived.
A young doctor from the Medical Health hospital came down from the ambulance with Doctor Erik lying in a coma.
Michelle swiftly ran up to the young doctor while asking everything about the comatose transfer patient. They walked together into Healing Hands Hospital.
Felix saw Bagaskara get off his car, which followed the ambulance from behind so Felix walked up to Bagaskara first.
"Sir Felix!" greet Bagaskara.
"Bagaskara! Jackson called me. I'll do everything I can to get him out of his coma" Felix said.
"Yes Mr. Felix" said Bagaskara.
"You haven't had dinner yet?" ask Felix
"Not Mr. Felix," Bagaskara replied.
"The food at the Healing Hands Hospital cafeteria is pretty good. You can eat there first. Jackson's coming in a minute. I'll wait for him" Felix said.
"Thank you Mr. Felix," Bagaskara answered and walked to the Healing Hands Hospital cafeteria.
As Felix walked into Healing Hands Hospital, he passed a young doctor from Medical Health Hospital.
"Where's that patient, Doctor Michael?" asked Felix while looking at the name tag on the young doctor's shirt.
"The patient was already in the VVIP patient's room. Doctor Michelle is observing it" Dr. Michael replied.
"Thank you," Felix replied and walked towards the VVIP patient's room.

Doctor Erik's VVIP patient room is adjacent to Kelvin's VVIP patient room.
Felix walks into Doctor Erik's VVIP patient room and sees Michelle reading Doctor Erik's personal and medical files.
"Patient name: Erik. Age: 30 years. Occupation: Obstetrician. History: Got hit by a car near the practice site. Three hours of surgery at the Medical Health Hospital. Because there is bleeding in the brain, the patient is comatose and transferred to Healing Hands Hospital for treatment." Michelle read the contents of the medical file from the Medical Health hospital.
Michelle felt sorry for the patient's professional relationship with her.
Michelle looked at Doctor Erik's face lying on the bed. Michelle felt like she had seen Doctor Erik's face somewhere.
"Doctor.... obstetrician!" michelle said after remembering where she met the patient lying on the bed in front of her.
Michelle walked closer to the bed so she could see more clearly the man in the coma.
"God! Not wrong anymore. It was this doctor who helped deliver Rossy and handed Kelvin over to Rossy" Michelle cried.
Michelle still vividly remembers the face of Doctor Erik who came to Rossy's patient room and handed the infant Kelvin to Rossy.
Michelle subconsciously retreated back two steps and almost hit Felix who was behind her.
"Sorry! Pardon me! michelle said to Felix.
"It's okay Michelle" Felix said calmly.
From earlier Felix had observed Michelle's attitude towards this coma patient.
"Do you know this patient, Michelle?" asked Felix in an investigative tone.
"know it? Oh no no. I don't know him. I just pity him for his professionalism" Michelle said as she tried to calm her heart.
The reason given by Michelle was so reasonable that Felix did not suspect her anymore.
"Now this patient is my personal patient. I'll tell Doctor Anna to let you help me take care of this patient" Felix said.
"Well Felix," replied Michelle.
